Hi, it's me again with the thoughts on the new Big Sky episode, so beware of spoilers as usual.
As @trekkiehood (hope you don't mind the tag) said in her post, the case was pretty obvious from the start, plus everyone has an agenda, but that's not the focus of this post. The focus is Jenny/Beau.
The tease of the ship was strong in this ep. Beau's jealousy, Jenny saying she might try marriage again with "the right guy" and her hastly changing the subject when Poppernak hinted at Beau. And then, when things were heading in romantic direction... Carla came and the moment was ruined. Ugh.
Now, don't get me wrong. I understand why Beau done such a thing. They were a family for years and he cares about Carla, Emily is his kid, he would die for them and wants to protect them from the mess Avery created. It's just Jenny looked so heartbroken as she drove away at end after hoping to spend time with him. Seriously, if the creators make Beau go back to his ex after the mess is resolved, I'm gonna riot.
That's all. Thanks to listening to my rant.

Hi, everyone! Big Sky is back from hiatus and I bring you thoughts on 3x11, so beware the spoilers as always. Thoughts below the cut.
@trekkiehood was right. Not only Beau is sleeping outside, that convo was bullshit. Emily, sweetie, I like you, but if your dad doesn't want to talk about his trauma, he won't do so until he's ready, so don't push and make him more guilty than he already is. And I know you want your parents get back together or whatever by standing up for Avery, but no. Just no. He belongs with Jenny. End of the story.
And Jenny's mom is back, bringing trouble once again. Hate her. Jenny got hurt. Which is bad, but at least we got Jenny x Beau hug out of it? Which got interrupted by Avery, ugh!
Speaking of Avery, he almost got taken by bad guys, but Beau saved him by shooting the guy. And then Avery has the gall to blame Beau! Excuse you! You are the one who started the mess! Beau only shot the guy to protect you because Carla asked to save your ass, so shut it. Bastard. Who later got taken by Tonya and Donno and tried to strike deal with them. Avery, you're not cut out for these kinds of things, imo. And serves you right for refusing to tell Beau the truth, honestly.
Also, have I told you that Barnes family (except Cormac) is bonkers? If not, I'll say it again. Because Buck has the jars with - human organs? - each labeled with a female name. Paige was about to join them until she got the upper hand and beat him up, and escaped. Dunno if he's alive, but the moment supports the "Buck is one behind the Bleeding Heart murders" theory.
Anyway, back with Jenny. She found her mom and they were forced to play a game by another crazy family or they get fed to the pigs. Getting the Benders from SPN vibes from them. Thankfully, Cassie saved them, family is arrested, as well as Gigi, the jail is where she belongs.
Back with Beau, we get an emotional conversation with Carla. While it's sweet and all, it's no JennyxBeau, sadly. Plus, Beau's worries are proven right as bad guys are spying on Emily, one of which is the guy that Beau shot. Oh shit.
And that's a wrap! All in all, it was a good ep if you ignore infuriating scene with Beau and Avery and the lack of Beau x Jenny scenes. Until the next episode, guys!
