'He was just gone': Police ramp up search for vulnerable 3-year-old boy in Mississauga, Ont.
Police in Mississauga are conducting a full-scale search of the city’s biggest park for a non-verbal toddler who went missing Thursday evening. Sgt. Jennifer Trimble told reporters Friday morning that there has been no trace of three-year-old Zaid Abdullah since 6:20 p.m., when he was last seen with his parents in Erindale Park, near Dundas Street West and Mississauga Road.

The City of Toronto is introducing priority travel routes as Metrolinx’s Ontario Line construction severely impacts the downtown core. Specifically, Queen St. from Victoria St. to Bay St. will be closed on May 1 for four-and-a-half years. Dundas St., from Jarvis St. to Bathurst St., will become the first priority travel route until summer 2024. This means this stretch of Dundas will only have emergency work; on-street parking will be restricted and CaféTO Curb Lane cafes will not be installed to keep the roadway clear of restrictions. “We know we have a lot of construction ahead of us. We recognize the vital need for transit expansion while balancing the needs of the public and businesses to travel in and through the downtown core,” Deputy Mayor Jennifer McKelvie (Scarborough-Rouge Park) said in a statement. “The City is taking proactive steps to reduce the impact of all construction by mitigating traffic congestion as much as possible,” she said. “Priority travel routes are just one of the ways we’re keeping Toronto moving.” When finished, the Ontario Line will provide a 15-station subway line running from Exhibition Place, through downtown, to the Ontario Science Centre. More priority travel routes will be identified as Ontario Line construction progresses. City of Toronto traffic agents will also be deployed to key intersections during peak traffic periods.

MEGAN FOX at the 2021 Met Gala on September 13th 2021 wearing PETER DUNDAS dress, LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry, and JIMMY CHOO shoes
Look, Megan Fox is having her moment and she has been showing UP to red carpet events. After showing up in a naked dress to the VMAs, Megan had to make an entrance at the Met and I think she hit her goal.
This dress is borderline scandalous! JK. I think it's a good mix of the sexiness that Megan usually dresses but also slightly toned down for the event. She's being true to herself but elevating the outfit. I think the red was a super bold choice that she pulled off magnificently. I love the beading on the dress and the cutouts and strings make it look super interesting.
The only things dragging me down on the outfit is the bangs. I'm very particular on bangs and these just aren't it for me. They make me think of like little kid bangs because they're so short and curled. The other thing was that this outfit isn't really on theme. So while a great look for Megan, I wish she tried harder to be on theme.

Hilarious and outgoing, Brittany Forgler, is everybody’s best friend ― except her own. Her partying, underemployment and toxic relationships are catching up with her. She receives a startling wake-up call when a visit to the doctor reveals how unhealthy she is. Motivated to lose weight, but too broke for a gym and too proud to ask for help, Brit is at a loss, until her neighbor pushes her to run one sweaty block. Movie Reviews:
SWITCH.: While ‘Brittany Runs a Marathon’ is about weight loss, it never feels pandering or forced. Instead, it comes across as extremely realistic and grounded, which allows the comedy to flow. Everyone across the board brings their A-game to bring this really fresh and heartwarming comedy to life. If you’re a fan of films like ‘Trainwreck’ or ‘The Big Sick’, put on your joggers and sweatpants to run out and see this one.

Columbusbuck: Brittany gets it right – that feeling you have in the pit of your stomach when you push away everyone who cares about you. A feeling I’ve had for a long long time. So self destructive.
A 5-star movie, reflecting the reality of life, wouldn’t have a happy ending. This movie has one. But the first 60 minutes absolutely nails it.
