Will forever be MAD about the fact that Jeyna would definitely worked out if it weren't for Hera, and also HOW TRAGIC THEIR STORY IS. OKAY SO HEAR ME OUT.......

Okay so it was mentioned that Reyna and Jason went on quests together. questS that's plural. so, u cannot tell me that during those quests they did not LOOK INTO EACH OTHERS EYES or HELD EACH OTHER WHILE ON THE BRINK OF DEATH AND FELT SOMETHING. THEY WERE PRAETORS TOGETHER SIDE BY SIDE, LEADING CAMP JUPITER FOR MONTHS, YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT THERE ISN'T A MOMENT WHEN THINGS ARE TOO HEAVY AND THEY DEPEND ON EACH OTHER. U CANNOT TELL ME JASON DIDN'T COMFORTED REYNA WHEN SHE'S SO STRESSED AND REYNA BEING PROUD OF HIM.

Reyna is good at hiding her feelings but FOR SURE Jason can see through it. That's why he knew that Reyna doesn't like to be called by her real name, heck Jason knew HER FULL NAME. And the thing is, Jeyna has only been together for months (unlike Percabeth whose been together and doing quests for years, ig that's why their love for each other is so strong that not even Hera can manipulate it) so, i think that Jeyna are still figuring out what it was that they really feel for each other. then Hera came and wiped out his memories, and wakes up next to Piper with the idea that okay that's my girlfriend, so why not? HE DOESN'T REMEMBER ALL OF THOSE LITTLE IMPORTANT MOMENTS THAT HE AND REYNA HAD, so ig that's why he settled with Piper.

AND WHAT HURTS MORE is that Reyna's memories isn't wiped SO SHE REMEMBERS EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING THAT SHE AND JASON WENT THROUGH. SHE REMEMBERS HOW SMART JASON IS, HOW HE CARED FOR HER, HOW THEY MANAGED THE CAMP TOGETHER, EVEN THE SMALL HAND TOUCHES (which I'm pretty sure they had, u cannot tell me otherwise) SHE REMEMBERS E V E R Y T H I N G. REYNA KNEW THE REAL JASON AND HAS BEEN WITH HIM, THAT'S WHY SHE FELL FOR HIM. THAT'S WHY SHE'S YEARNING, THAT'S WHY SHE'S HURT SEEING THIS GUY SHE LONGED FOR COMING BACK WITH SOMEBODY ELSE. You cannot tell me that while seeing Jason w Piper, Reyna didn't recall all of the moments she and Jason had and it sucks that he doesn't remember any of it.. BUT SHE DOES. and he's happy now so what's the point or trying to ruin that, so she suffered in silence instead. I know a lot of people blame Jason for not noticing Reyna but I just now realized that it's not mainly his fault, his memories was wiped and wakes up with the idea that he's in love with someone else and settles for that. Hera and Aphrodite is just threatened by them cuz JEYNA TOGETHER WOULD BE UNSTOPPABLE LET ALONE IF THEY LED CAMP JUPITER TOGETHER.

just wanted to add, I'M PRETTY SURE REYNA IS READY TO TELL JASON HOW SHE FEELS WHEN SHE FOUND OUT HE WAS COMING BACK. YOU CANNOT TELL ME THAT HER HEART DIDN'T DO A SUMMERSAULT WHEN SHE SAW A BLOND BOY WHEN THE ARGO II WAS ARRIVING. then suddenly he comes down with a girl and stares at her like he barely remembers her (which he probably do 🥲💔)

a funny (but also very angsty) headcanon that i have for bruce is that he will go to jason's grave (or his memorial case) and talk to it for hours and jason will be like "i'm literally right here!" and is completely offended that bruce would rather communicate with an inanimate object rather than his own son.

Let's not forget that it took Superman literally holding Bruce back not to kill the joker, or Dick beating the Joker to death after he finds out. Or Bruce reviving him

None of them grieved properly. None of them took it well.

Dick was in space with the Titans. He didn't know when it all went down.

If we get Jason's death in live action I want the FULL story, I want how everyone reacts.

Ivy, Riddler, Scarecrow, wondering where Robin went or why the new one acts so different (because let's face it, they could tell it wasn't the same kid).

I want Jason to be grieved properly.

The JL, the TT, his team mates, the press, his classmates, the street kids he used to run with.

I want his death to be grieved so much so that at the next gala, charity event, JL meeting, press conference, etc. that people are tiptoeing around Bruce and Dick.

We know Batman gets rougher/ more suicidal with his criminals but we don't really get to see the effect it has on the public eye for Bruce nor Dick

(and Alfred I feel like his pain wasn't talked about enough poor Alfie when he found out Jason was still alive and the red hood killed me.)

Because, how do you react to that? Your ceo, team member, fav celeb, competitor just lost a CHILD/SIBLING.

Because while Batman could replace Robin fairly quickly, you can't just replace/clone a whole new kid after one has a very publicized death and give him the same clothes and name as the last one in civilian form.

And for the love of God, someone please tell Jason what Dick did after finding out about his murder.

He needs to know.

If we ever get live action Jason Todd's death, I want to see the absolute anguish Bruce is in after. And I'm not talking long term, I want the immediate pain. I want to see him sobbing his heart out holding his dead child to his chest and screaming at the world. I want that shit with slow-mo ashes and burning building falling around them. I want to feel it.

And then a post credits scene of Jason's hand bursting out of the ground

because ricky was SO dumb and tried to make jason appear as percy 2.0. he introduced a new character out of nowhere - this obedient good-boy all american hero, perfect flawless appearance, super powerful son of zeus - and presented him as percy’s replacement. and it didn’t help that percy - the character everyone loved so much and had been anticipating for so long - was nowhere to be seen. therefore jason’s presence in the series was received as a threat to our main character

but then i feel like most people (including me) read all of HoO and grew to love jason dearly. as the series went on, he became more human. more relatable. the more we saw his flaws, and the less “perfect” he became, the more likable he grew to be. when i first read TLH, i thought he was SO boring. and it didn’t help that piper was CONSTANTLY going “wow jason is so perfect he has no flaws 😍.” but then their personalities began to really bloom in mark of athena. and now, i really do love him so so much. he’s adorable. he is a cutie pants. and i love the similarities and differences between him and percy.

they’re both leaders. they’re both powerful. they both had to learn how to wield a great amount of power and pressure at a young age. but where percy is hyper and has a sarcastic sense of humor, jason is calm and has a dry sense of humor. where percy is reckless and thinks with his heart, jason is reserved and thinks with his head. and i love them both.

rick just did jason dirty by introducing him as percy’s replacement. i truly believe if we would have met him from anyone else’s pov first, especially percy’s, he would have been IMMEDIATELY adored by the entire fandom. because he really is such a great character and is so lovable once you get to know him for who he really is.

This boy is so wholesome. All he does is try his best with about 3kb’s of memory, constantly tell Leo and Piper how great they are, and stand up for people being bullied.

i love Percy so much but him telling the rest of the Argo II crew basic fucking horror stories about Nico was really fucked up, especially since the stories were so bad that they shaped Jason’s whole view of Nico as a person and made everyone scared of him.

i’ve always thought about this. i wonder if in the aftermath of the giant war, if the hunters/thalia spent any time at the camp. imagine jason seeing thalia and percy acting like brother and sister. teasing each other. getting all competitive. joking around. imagine jason looking over and seeing them being all playful, and then percy pulls her into a side hug, like a brother. and thalia kisses his cheek and ruffles his hair, like a big sister. imagine jason hearing percy, thalia, grover, and annabeth joke about the old times. talking about all their adventures together. it’s clear how much they all love each other.

percy is one of his closest friends. that’s canon. the two of them become like brothers. which makes it all that much harder because part of him wants to hate percy. percy has everything jason has ever wanted: a loving mother who has always been there for him, a godly father who truly cares about him, a best friend, his true love, and right down to the close sibling bond with jason’s sister. but he just can’t hate percy. because percy is an amazing guy. and jason knows that percy has been through never-ending, unimaginable pain and suffering, arguably much worse than his own. but unlike percy, jason’s pain doesn’t come from dealing with his disabilities, or being abused, or being horribly used and traumatized over and over again - it’s that he’s always been so lonely. he’s never had anyone. and the things percy has been through are things jason can’t even fathom. but percy has never once in his life been truly alone. not even for a second.

I wish we got Jason being upset or jealous or something of Percy being closer to Thalia than he was. Annabeth too, tbh.

Like, can you imagine what that would have been like. Thalia is the ONLY family Jason really has. Camp Jupiter thinks of him as a soldier. His mom is dead and his dad is Zeus.

And he barely has any relationship with her!! He didn't even know she existed for most of his life and then they finally found each other but they had to split up after just a few hours and only saw each other a couple of times after that! Meanwhile Percy has gone on multiple quests with her and got to spend around a year with her and they were already pretty close at the start of TTC. Annabeth spent a year on the streets with her and also got to hang out with her pre-TTC to the point where Percy was competing with Thalia to be Annabeth's best friend (albeit one sided) And then there was Luke and Nico and the hunters of Artemis and even Reyna.

Just. Idk. Give me Jason wishing he could have that with Thalia.
