Anyway, we got Yamata Dragon, Aratama, Infinitrack River Stormer, and Satellarknight Skybridge reprints for OCG Tournamen Pack 2023 Vol. 1.
Most important thing here is Yamata Dragon, since it apparently hasn’t been reprinted in the OCG since 2011. It is also the Level 7 monster with the highest DEF and FIRE monster with the second highest DEF after Infernoid Tierra, so that might be relevant.
Since Aratama and Yamata Dragon will be reprinted this means we are getting new Spirit support soonish, but it might also be because of Yata-Garusu getting de-restricted in OCG. We already got a Spirit monsters before in Series 11, so I’m guessing this will be a new Spell or Trap.

Welp, since looking at Yu-Gi-Oh blogs has me thinking about it...
DECKS KISAMA WOULD USE:
I’ll preface this by saying one would be made for him. He’d have to really be forced to make it himself, or only make one out of obligation after seeing how many world-ending cataclysms it’s prevented. That said, he’d realize he’d have to know how to use it for that plan to be any good, so he’d probably go back into ‘study mode’ non-stop for a few months or years, studying and taking classes in whatever down-time he has. In a true Yu-Gi-Oh AU, it’d be one of the things he studied while training to become a police officer, and therefore be one of the 3 things he’s good at.
INFERNOIDS: If a deck was made for Kisama, it would be extremely on-the-nose given his backstory, because Kisama’s few friends are assholes like that. Hard to pass up the aesthetic of demons with computer-like technology strapped to them, giving them a modern or futuristic look. A deck focused around easily getting out big attackers would be in Kisama’s wheelhouse as well, and he’d enjoy beating down his opponents with raw attack power. Bonus aesthetic points for throwing Tierra, Source of Destruction in there.
FABLEDS: Possibly what Kisama would pick if he had to build a deck himself. Light-attribute fiends are pretty unique in Yu-Gi-Oh, and the cards range from cutesy and adorable (There’s a unicorn card!!), to demonic creatures on thrones commanding imps. The discard-combo-style is easy enough for him to wrap his head around with practice. (Okay, I play Fableds in real life so I’m slightly biased. That unicorn card is one of my favorite cards in the whole game though.)
LIGHTSWORN/TWILIGHTSWORN: He’d focus on the Twilightsworn variant, with a specific goal of getting out Punishment Dragon and Judgement Dragon. Kisama’s absolutely the kind of person to mill the shit out of his deck so he could nuke the field and drop triple JD to be an asshole. This is probably the most fitting deck he could have, an example of his good intentions, but questionable methods. Plus, the milling nature of Lightsworn decks makes luck a pretty big factor, and Kisama is nothing if not lucky.

Construct won again if there is ever a villain who has had more “haha shit I’m back did you miss me” moments I really don’t know.

The true form of the "Shaddoll" are those who have lost their lives and were supposed to return to the "Sacred Tree" to be reborn again through "Sophia’s" life energy. However, they were trapped by "Tierra" while inside the "Sacred Tree", and imprisoned inside the vacuum tubes of the "Infernoids". Over time, their life energy began to change from those of "Sophia’s", to those of "Tierra’s", which caused the "Sacred Tree’s" system to treat them as bugs, spawning them to the world with only their bodies. In this form, they barely have a consciousness, but instead hold an innate desire to return to the "Sacred Tree" so that they can be reborn correctly.
THIS ISN'T OK
