Yo, so, this is what Diademi used to look like before the beginning of the Old War

As you can see there were a LOT more countries beforehand & a ton of them were wiped out & absorbed into other kingdoms. And the countries that we know of as large today were quite small before.

On the western continent, Tempete & Zedessa were the fucking beef cake countries. 1st & 2nd largest ruling kingdoms in the world & we can see why. Camellia, Vlaqinn, & Dahlia weren't THAT small, but like compared to their nextdoor neighbors, they might as well have been thumbtack sized.

Back in the ye old as fuck days, Agrazia was still a kingdom, before all different kinds of internal strife just made everyone watch the dumpster fire happen from afar. Lamor & Lirenth hadn't yet joined together to form the single nation of Lyttona, they do so after watching their neighbors, the Pigdeon Kingdom, get swallowed up by Zedessa at the beginning years of the war very easily.

On the eastern continent, Jailiam just like barely changes at all. And it is the biggest plot of land in the world at the time. Ignis's claim of land can be seen now, & combined with their naive island, it is the 3rd largest kingdom in the world. Hollie is a kingdom again during this time & a beefy one that hold candle to the Lareryth Empire, of whom is now much much smaller, but still quite sizeable compared to others. Hollie, the Salvlia Empire & the Bovilmandia Empire stand as Lareryth's Rivals during this time. Chrysan is still the smallest kingdom in the world even all the way back then, & hides in Bovilmandia's shadow, the only reason the Bovilmandia's don't destroy Chrysan, is because the smaller kingdom often provides royal spouses to the larger one, & the Queen of Chrysan is most often a Bovilmandian Bride, which made them more then happy. The Salvlia Empire mostly operated on slave work, from mundane tasks, to even having slave fighters in their military. The Slave workers didn't last very long, as at least half of those slaves defected to Lareryth when they were promised freedom if they helped overrun their masters.

The other three smallest kingdoms, Yador, Duzstan & Austa, find their safety with each other. The small guys got to look out for themselves after all, but it mattered very little with Lareryth turned it's full attention to conquering them, as the combined might of all three kingdoms couldn't match the hulk that was the Lareryth Empire. Asterlon & Rosazira were rivals of each other through out pretty much their entire livelyhoods, so much so that Rosazira refused to ask for help from Asterlon when the Lareryths came to conquer them. As we know now, it was a bad move on their part. The four kingdoms around the giant lake(called The Lake of Four), Asterlon, Indore, Kotsapa & Palsia, all shared an alliance between themselves, & would meet on the small island in the center of it(which was deemed neutral territory) to discuses their ideals & would often send brides & grooms to marry into each other's royal families. The alliance came to break when both Nodiba, Ignis & the Lareryth Empire pressed on the lands of the four kingdoms at once, forcing them all to fend for themselves. Herene was an island nation with heavy allyship with Palsia & Asterlon, & when their allies were attack, they briefly began to prepare to aid them, but decided against it when they saw the losing battle it was. Lareryth choose to conquer them as well after hearing they had such plots & were easily overrun. Wargley & Thyme were two kingdoms that kept to themselves & such remained so when the war began. Though they knew the Lareryth Empire would come for them, they choose to combat them the same way they combated everything else: one their own. Thyme was the first to fall, & Wargley followed years later, but both kingdoms put up very impressive fights, more impressive then other small kingdoms of their size.

🌑 CONDOLENCE 🌑

Dr. Vimukta Sharma, 54, was the principal of BM College of Pharmacy located in the Simrol area in Indore was battling for her life at a hospital nearby after a former student of the institute set her ablaze on February 20.

The accused, Ashutosh Shrivastava, 24 allegedly poured petrol and set the principal on fire over a delay in receiving his B.Pharma marksheet. Vimukta Sharma reportedly suffered over 80% burn injuries.

The management of the institute said Shrivastava had “criminal tendencies". Shrivastava had allegedly stabbed an assistant professor at the college, Dr Vijay Patel, in October last year over a similar dispute with regards to his marksheet, according to police.

Shrivastava was arrested in that case back then, but was later released on bail, the police officer added.

The college management said that the accused was putting undue pressure on the principal to withdraw the four-month-old case against him.

Dr. Vimukta sharma, principal expired on Feb 25 early in the morning.

Political influence should not be found in support of such fellows. There should not be any sympathy shown for him.

It's been 9 days since Baba passed away ; the first death I've witnessed in my family. Life gets normal faster than I'd anticipated. The silence of death is accompanied by a cheer of afterlife. The thirteen days aren't a series of serious mourning. They are, a bridge. A path, path to whatever lies ahead.

I've been waiting to share this feeling with others, specially since it is new to me. For me, the most emotional moment wasn't watching Papa put Agni to Baba, ( which I thought was the last time I would be seeing him ), but it was collecting his ashes the very next morning. It's seems unreal how fire can transform a body to a pile of grey ash. Drain out every ounce of marrow. Evaporate the flesh.

I pulled back my tears as we swept our hands into the ashes, finding the remains, or as we call them, Asthiya.

The past 9 days have been an experience, from plain simple non spiced meals, ( which are rare in Indian households ), to daily sessions of evening Bhajans,

We took off from Delhi at noon on the 25th to reach Bhopal, much to perform the rituals and be there for Dadi. Yes, I write this post from the Heart of India, the City of Lakes, Raja Bhoj ki Nagri – Bhopal.

Although the capital city, many might say it's less developed than Indore, and to that, I'll agree. Bhopal does seem like a small underdeveloped city in comparison to the large Metropolitans we have PAN India. What's lovely about this city is that it is green. Greener than you could imagine. It is just beautiful.

2013-14 was a glorious year, an opportunity to experience this city.

Today Chacha brought home a locally made Indian Khari bread, and I've never eaten such a delightful combination of flour, salt and oil.

I woke up with a crazy dream today, which ended with me being glad that Suman ma'am, my psychology teacher survived the mystical battle we fought at school. To those who know me from school, the villian was Gulshan sir ^_^

The days pass at light speed, we're each getting older. I so wished for a trip outside during this corona pandemic, not so happy for the reason we had to travel.

India - Delhi - National Rail Museum - Dodge Brother Rail Bus - 3d by Manfred Sommer Via Flickr: The National Rail Museum is a museum in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi which focuses on the rail heritage of India it opened on the 1 February 1977. It is located in over 40,000 m2 of land with both indoor and outdoor exhibits. A toy train offers rides around that site on regular days. MAIN EXHIBITS - Patiala State Monorail Trainways: This unique steam monorail was built in 1907. This unusual train is based on the "Ewing System", and connected Bassi with Sirhind (approximate 6 miles). This was designed by Col. Bowles. The unique train system consists of a track of single rail. This mono track, the load-carrying wheel are run while one big iron wheel at other side to balance it and to keep the train upright. This train as built by Orenstein & Koppel of Berlin. This train ran till October 1927. In 1927 the line was closed with advent of better and faster modes of transportation such as cars and buses. Somehow, an engine and Chief Engineer's inspection car escaped being sold as scrap and remained in railway's scrap yard. In 1962, the remains of Patiala State Monorail Trainways was discovered by a railroad historian Mr. Mike Satow. Thereafter, one engine was restored to full working order by the Northern Railway Workshops at Amritsar. They also reconstructed the Chief Engineer's private inspection car on an old underframe. The two are now in running condition after being restored and are on display at National Rail Museum, New Delhi. - Fairy Queen, the world's oldest working steam locomotive in operational service. - Fire Engine: Morris Fire Engine was built by the famous fire engineers M/s. John Morris and Sons Ltd of Salford, Lancashire in 1914. Only two Morris-Belsize fire-engine are known to exist in world today. Apart from the one with National Rail Museum, New Delhi, a 1912 model is preserved by the Enfield and District Veteran Vehicle. The fire engine preserved at the Enfield and District Veteran Vehicle, Whitewebbs Museum of Transport, Clay Hill, London, has been converted to use pneumatic tyres by Dennis Bros. Thus, the fire engine at National Rail Museum is the only one left in the world running on solid rubber tyres. - Saloon of Prince of Wales: this saloon was built for Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) for his visit to India. - Saloon of Maharaja of Indore: This is saloon of Holkar Maharaja of Indore. - Saloon of Maharaja of Mysore: This is personal saloon of Maharaja of Mysore. The saloon is designed using teak, gold, ivory, etc. Electric locomotive 4502 Sir Leslie Wilson: This 1928 WCG-1 locomotive belonged to the Great Indian Peninsular Railway (presently Central Railway). It is one of India's first generation 1,500V DC electric locomotives. Railway employees fondly remember this locomotives as "khekdas" (crabs) since they make a curious moaning sound when at rest and while on the run an unusual swishing sound from the link motion can be heard. Its unusual features included an articulated body, which made them ideal for use in heavily curved ghat sections. They were in operation as shunting locomotives until 1994 at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. - Electric locomotive Sir Roger Lumley: This WCP-1 engine has wheel arrangements which are not seen these days. The locos were supplied from the Vulcan Foundry, UK in 1930. It was an electric locomotive which operated under 1,500V DC. It is famous for hauling the Mumbai-Pune Deccan Queen Express in the early years when it was launched.
