I grip my hands tightly as tears well up and pour down, nothing will please me more than tha caressing touch of his claws. The way he carries himself to such astonishing depths towards being a moral compass towards the yielding festering frights of the world!

My eyes widen as I turn towards him, shakily holding my face. “I-I just wanted you to notice me. I wish to protect you that way I could be granted one wish…which was to be at your side and guard you with my life…Man in Red.”

The male watches me kneel whilst his garden was blooming so brightly. Such tasks I’d do for him was none of anyone’s concern, but when he asked all I could do was stutter out a pathetic reply before the man himself caressed my face and his lips graze my head. “You did so well my dear…”

I felt tears welling up once more as he continues rubbing my cheek with a thumb. “My dear man in red… Your words carry value that could cause me to never utter anything unless you told me too…”

“Your devotion is so strong, please. Join me at my side, you’ll fulfill that promise you made to me. Yes.”

I nod as my arms crossover each other to hug my shoulders. “If I fail…my dear. Man in red…I wish for you to exile me…knowing I failed- I’m not worthy of death I must live life knowing I failed you.”

He was struck to silence listening to me speak, grovel and utter our sweet compliments to him. Praising his beauty, his red everything…the male couldn’t deny it no more. You’d be perfect for his followers….

Okay, but hear me out IDVers that play XIV.

What if, for like a pair going through XIV it's a Clarity scholar/smn with their Lightwarden self Man in Red who is a Red Mage [though considering you can't get RDM until 50 they also do ARR as a sch/smn combo too]

Like idk why the idea of this amuses me, but it does. Then again, I have a mnk Naib Subedar alt...So thus may be more due to my Merc brain rot. That and the thought of queuing in to a dungeon and seeing those two names and the glam plates they could have makes me wheeze.

so there's this post that talks about how people call jason's curved knife a kris but it's not a kris 'cuz why would he have a southeast asian knife? and op's tags say if you're gonna give him an 'exotic' weapon at least make him malay or something. a later reblog adds a filipino kris as an example, and then i was like, 'omg, jason in a barong tho.' SO i tried designing a bat-barong inspired by his hood logo, for a filipino jason haha. and now here we are! 😊✨️🇵🇭
