Xuất phát từ một bức hình được đăng tải trên báo chí, ghi lại khoảnh khắc vị Phó chủ tịch HD Bank (cũng là CEO Hãng hàng không Vietjet Air) - bà Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo được nhận Bằng khen của Thủ tướng Chính phủ và của Ủy ban Olympic Việt Nam vì những đóng góp cho hoạt động thể thao, blogger Ngọc Long đưa ra nhận định sâu sắc về bình đẳng giới.

Anh viết, bản thân rất ngưỡng mộ “Madam Thảo” (cách gọi vui dành cho bà Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo) vì “chị ấy quá giỏi, không cần bàn cãi”.

Blogger chuyên theo dõi mảng truyền thông xã hội đưa dẫn chứng việc mới đây, tạp chí hàng đầu thế giới về kinh tế Forbes đã vinh danh bà Thảo là tỷ phú đô la tự thân thứ hai của Việt Nam, và là nữ tỷ phú đầu tiên của Đông Nam Á.

“Ở cương vị phó chủ tịch ngân hàng HDBank, chị Thảo bằng sự ảnh hưởng của mình đã khai sinh ra giải cờ Vua quốc tế. Dù mình biết, nếu để PR truyền thông gì đó, chắc có nhiều hoạt động khác dễ gây chú ý của cộng đồng hơn” - blogger Ngọc Long phân tích.

Anh Long cũng cho rằng, một trong các lý do khiến anh nể phục bà Thảo vì "khát vọng đưa trí tuệ Việt vươn ra thế giới và kéo thế giới đến Việt Nam" của nữ CEO này.

Đây không phải lần đầu tiên, blogger nổi tiếng này bình luận về “Madam Thảo” dưới khía cạnh truyền thông xã hội.

Trong một bài viết có gần 5.000 lượt thích trước đây, anh Long cũng nêu ý kiến bản thân không quan tâm đến danh xưng CEO Vietjet và phó chủ tịch HDBank của bà Thảo, mà vì “chị đã tạo ra một cuộc cách mạng trong ngành hàng không của Việt Nam, giúp 20 triệu lượt người có cơ hội được tiếp cận quyền đi lại bằng phương tiện hàng không”.

“Một ngày nào đó, hàng triệu người Việt Nam sẽ được uống sữa hàng ngày miễn phí, đến trường miễn phí, chăm sóc y tế miễn phí... Tất cả đều bắt đầu bởi một ước mơ. Và những ước mơ này cần được nuôi dưỡng và khích lệ bởi những câu chuyện truyền cảm hứng, từ những người giống như chị Thảo”, blogger này nhận định.

Blogger Ngọc Long cũng bày tỏ muốn được cảm ơn bà Thảo “vì 12.000 suất ăn miễn phí hàng tháng ở Bếp ăn từ thiện chùa Giác Nguyên, gần năm chục cây cầu rải khắp các tỉnh miền tây và hàng trăm số phận trẻ mồ côi được chị đỡ đầu trong bấy nhiêu năm”.

Sở dĩ bài viết về nữ CEO Vietjet của blogger Ngọc Long nhận được sự hưởng ứng nhiệt tình từ dân mạng vì đoạn cuối cùng anh đưa quan điểm “mọi người phụ nữ đều đáng ngưỡng mộ vì muôn vàn khó khăn vất vả mà họ phải đối mặt và vượt qua trong cuộc sống, chưa cần nói đến chuyện tài giỏi giàu có làm chi hết”.

Anh Long cho rằng Việt Nam cần có thêm thật nhiều "Madam Thảo" để xã hội chấm dứt việc mang chữ “đồ đàn bà” ra để chì chiết, sỉ nhục nhau.
