Celine tried to hide the way her lips turned up in amusement as the other complained about her friends trying to set her up. God, she had lived through similar things before. with her own friends having tried to set her up in Indianapolis. But of course she had secretly been dating her boss at the time, or so she had assumed instead of just being his toy and mistress. Her mood soured and she finished her drink in one go. No, she couldn't think about that. Forcing the memories out of her mind she turned back to the pretty blonde.

"Not feeling this guy or all guys?" She asked, the smile on her lips letting the other know that either answer was totally fine with her. She herself was bi and while there was no way the other girl could know that, at least she could display that she was open to however the girl felt about her date.

Her lips curled upwards into a grin at the other's offer. "So like a game, huh? Should I guess what kind of person you are based on your drink?" She laughed softly. "I'm drinking a Tom Collins." She told both the girl and the bartender, ordering another one. "What about you? What are you drinking?"

The blonde didn't get a good look at her bar partner for the night until they turned towards her. For Kouvr to say the woman was beautiful would be a huge understatement. The presence of the other made her freeze up for a moment, not entirely able to process what she was saying before dumping, "My friends are attempting to set me up with some guy - and I'm not into it." She stuck her tongue out in disgust before sipping at her nearly emptied drink. Has she met this man before? No. She didn't need to in order to know how the night would go.

It would start with compliments and laughter and then he'd want to order them one more drink. It's never just one more drink. One more drink is the equivalent to a marriage proposal with how fast it turns to staying the night, falling into a routine and then meeting the parents. Kouvr was just... over it.

"So, what're you drinking?" Curiousness filled her features as she went to flag down the bartender yet again. "I bet I can peg the kind of person you are based on what you're drinking." The blonde raised her brows with a smile, an attempt at a party trick to further break the ice.
