crying at your course instructor feels super awkward btw
#kite rambles#finally scheduled a call right#and the last time I tried this course I fucked up and waited too long to ask if there was possibly ANY alternative to a learner group#and found out there was! I could have used simulated data! ffs if I had stopped being so damn anxious and just ASKED right?#well that was why I set up this call#but apparently there's a new chair that's decided in the last couple of months that nope no simulated data whatsoever#and like uhhhhhhhh fuck?#so my advisor was trying to give some suggestions and they're good I'm absolutely going to look into them#but I asked about accommodations because my legitimately documented mental illness has got me so fucking frozen#and I TRIED to be kind of like 'so I don't necessarily WANT to rely on it but could it be worth looking into accommodations?'#and it did not end up as nonchalant as intended I started fucking crying#benefit: was able to be 'see what I mean?'#anyway I just want to be DONE with this fucking thing PLEASE I want my degree so I can put it on job applications like HIRE ME PLS#I've submitted 3 applications today with updated resume fingers crossed
