everyone in solisverse kalos's main cast has a different idea of what a fulfilling life entails and they all have different relationships to the idea of death methinks...

for example. shauna assigns value to her life by how many things she experiences and participates in (which is why she has a horrid case of fomo), trevor assigns value to his life by how many things he accomplishes (which is why he tends to ignore his other needs in order to make progress on his projects), tierno assigns value to his life by how useful he is to others (which is why he ignores his own ambitions and passions in favor of playing support for other people)

to shauna, death is a horrible thing that cuts off her access to the world. to trevor, death is a deadline that creeps closer no matter what. to tierno, death is something to regret.
