Lost so hard at a series in Splatoon yesterday that I beat After Alterna deathless on my second try. Btw
#needed to feel good at video games after a 1:3 win:loss rainmaker series in s rank (MY FUCKING POINTS...)#so instead of multiplayer i just hung out in single player today. and then i beat After Alterna completely deathless on my 2nd try#I'd had some REALLY good After Alterna runs this past week#but my lowest death count on the Octoling gauntlet ending was 13. and then for some reason the spirit of a better gamer possessed me#and i managed to do it without a single death#ive got the first platforming gauntlet down to a goddamn SCIENCE#the rail grind is me going 'SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT' and hoping my shots land bc if i dont get them first try i am NOT hitting w a burst bomb#the 2nd platforming is lol. lmao. easy shit#and the octoling gauntlet I've got down pretty solid for the start#but once the specials wave starts i just gotta pray i dont get splatted by the fucking wave breaker + tenta combo
