I've been thinking so much about an Attachments by Rainbow Rowell - Steddie AU.

My arguments:

Work besties (Steve and Robin, obviously)

Someone has to read their corporate chats and fall in love with the personality of one of them (Eddie, obviously)

The person who needs to read their chats plays D&D (Eddie, obviously)

One of the work besties falls in love at first sight with the new guy from the night shift. He knows nothing about him. Falls in love anyway (Steve, obviously)

Their love story may be a HR nightmare, but they are happy they make it work at the end (See? Steddie)
