The first time I watched Voyager, I didn't hear "there's coffee in that nebula" in The Cloud. I then spent the rest of the series waiting to hear it and never did. I thought it was a coffee conspiracy for a bit – a mass hallucination by the fanbase until I looked up the quote and realized I just missed it at the beginning of the series
