Chapter 9

Deep state

Cellbit organized the images on his corkboard, then attached a redline to a newly applied image of Cucurucho, He then step back and observe the board Intently.

"Bom dia." An all to familiar voice called from behind, he turn to met the speaker, his eyebrows knit at the sight of Cucurucho.

The sight of the uncanny white bear send shivers down Cellbit's spine, the trauma he had with this creature is one he didn't want to re-explorer.

"The day has suddenly become a lot less good, since you've show up." Cellbit snapped back.

Cucurucho respond with a monotone laugh, staring daggers into Cellbit. "Is there a reason why you welcomed yourself in my home?" Cellbit asked

Cucurcho laughed once more, before offering a letter to cellbit, which he open and read out loud. "You haven't fullfil your duty in ages since your return, your assistance is still required by the federation." He fold the paper then turn his attention to cucurho, "oh you didn't hear, I re-signed."

"No." Cucurho respond

"You don't exactly have the option to tell me no." Cellbit Double down, "But I'll tell you what, I'll return if I can ask you some questions."

Cucurucho tiled his head at the strange requested, but show no resistance to such; Cellbit took this as a sign to processed. "I was told you trick philza, then locked him in a birdhouse?"

"No."

"You didn't trap him?"

"No."

"You're confusing me."

Cucurcho dispense a clipboard from his invertory, of which he wrote his answer down then point it at him. Cellbit leaned forward reading the message, “I did not trick him.”

Cellbit paced back and forth in the burnt forest, waiting as Phil observed a seemlingly normal spot intently. "Why did Tallulah burnt it down?" Cellbit finally asked.

Phil bent down, sensing his knees were about to give out, he then rested his hand on the ground for additional support. "Um, she didn't want me to worry about it."

"Oh, that's sweet of her."

Phil hummed in respond, eyes still trained on the stop in which the house once was. "I was in a frantic panic, so she thought burning the memory might help."

"Hm, maybe that's why you forgot." Cellbit teased

"If only it was that easy to forgot these things." Phil complained.

"Oh by the way, I finally had a chance to speak with Cucurcho." Cellbit explain, "Actually he said he was keeping an eye on you for a crime you committed. "

"The cage .." Phil whispered under his breath.

"Well, he saw you enter the birdhouse and though it was the perfect opportunity for you to serve your time."

Phil slowly stood up in silence, immediately peaking Cellbit's interest. "I spent months trying to figure out if it was real or not." Phil started. "And I now I know.. someone sent me out here.. and Cucurucho interfered with that.."

Cellbit watch Phil in concern, he could tell from the expression on Phil's face that he was going through a range off emotions. However right before what was expect to be his not so sudden snap, he shove the emotions back down then walked back to the Waystone, almost tripping in the process.

"Philza, please be careful." Cellbit warned as he followed behind him.

"I need to show you the other locations." Phil's deflected.

They would soon make there way to Tallulah's Garden, where they stood at the back wall momentarily staring at it."

"This is where the note came from?" Cellbit asked to no avail, "This was the entity you can't remember, right?"

"There's nothing here anymore." Phil quickly dismissed before he made his way to other locations, Cellbit quickly followed.

The further down they went the more impressed Cellbit found himself, as an entire aquarium was just below Phil's base.

His eyes darted to the mini petting zoo, more importantly the lone sign on it. "Missa's new home?" He read out loud.

"God please don't remind me about that." Phil plead keeping his eyes on the front wall of the aquarium, "Missa gets in his own head sometimes and thinks he's not good enough for me it's just so.. I would like to hope I got that idea out his head."

Cellbit nod in response then joined Phil. He observe the spot Phil was fixated on, below the glass.

"The eggs couldn't see it." Phill started before bending down once again. "Fit came to check it out but it was actually gone by then."

"Right, you said the first message had vines and a picture of crow skull with roses coming out of it."Cellbit inquired

Phil nod his head in agreement, "yeah this had..um ..fuck.."

"Don't strain yourself, we still need to perform deep state later." Cellbit warned

"No I know this, shut up." Phil requested. He sat in silence momentarily before finally speaking again. "A trident!" He recalled.

"Like a picture?" Cellbit inquired further

"Yes, and they were item frames with chours fruit, ender pearls, a less cool trident." Phil listed

"Interesting, you mind if I hop in?" Cellbit requested

"The whale might try to kiss you, but go ahead." Phil joked as he removed the glass for cellbit to enter.

Cellbit rolled his eyes, then jumped in carefully observing the wall. Needless to say it look almost identical to every other wall in that aquarium, expect for one thing.

There was a crack in the wall, a rather small thing hardly noticable but in that crack, was a endless darkness that almost seemed artificial.

Before Cellbit could explore it further, the whale starting pushing it's face on Cellbit, surprisedly looking for a kiss. Cellbit pushed the whale away then swam back, meet with Phil's laughter.

"There's something down there." Cellbit information immediately silenced Phil.

"What do you mean?" He asked

"A crack in the wall, there's a darkeness behind, but it feels artificial." He climbed out the water completely then shook the water out his hair. "Like it doesn't exist in the void of light but rather exist because it could."

Phil observed Cellbit with a mix of emotions, before quietly whispering the void to himself, thankful Cellbit's ears picked up on that

He was about to inquire about why that particular word peaked Phil interest however his phone vibrated. He pulled it from his pocket as he checked the residents' chat. "Forever's ready for us."

Phil approach the chamber with some hesitant, keeping his arms interlocked with Cellbit's. the exterior structure was much like a storage unit, in fact Phil was pretty sure it was one of the many units found on the boat Forever came in on.

The interior however had more care put into it, as it was reinforced likely to block sounds and keep the water inside. Right, to deprive his sense, why was the such a terrifying concept to him?

Forever stood upright, offering his hand to Phil, which Phil ignore and instead used his shoulder as a brace. "This is fucking terrifying" he admited.

"It actually can be really therapeutic." Forever rebutted

"Isn't there supposed to be a soft light in there?"

"There doesn't have to be." Forever informed. He then lifted Phil's arm to lead him into the tank, watching his step careful. "Remove your sandles." He requested.

Phil couldn't tell what part of this was more terrifying, the possibility of drowning, horrific memories, being in an enclosed space; He felt his heart beat a million times a second.

"Phil?"Forever's voice throw him out self induced panic, he eyes darted to Forever's "I got you, it's okay." He reassured

Phil release a deep exhale and accept his situation, he then removed his sandles and entered the chamber slowly. He followed Forever's instructions, allowing himself to floating in the water while Forever kneed down.

He then offered Forever his hand par request, which he grasp tightly with both hands. "Cellbit," Forever called.

"Already on it," Cellbit respond as he pulled the door close, "just try to relax Phil."

The minute the door close the room was bathed in darkness, and Phil's anxiety snuck up on him once again. "Forever?"

"I'm right here," Forever immediately responded. "Just close your eyes and relax."

"Close my eyes, Seriously, do you see how dark it is in here?!"

"Philza, breath." Forever suggested

Phil played along, anything to delay this process any further, though once he exhaled he felt unusually relaxed. "Forever are you doing that?"

"More or less." Forever Informed.

"What..how?"

"Phil, close your eyes..relax." he'll admit with his current relax state it felt kind of pointless to fight, he'd be terrified Forever had that ability if he wasn't so chilled out right now.

He took another deep breath, then close his eyes, feeling his remaining senses slowly but surely wash away. In a instance all feel silence.

Then he Heard her, clear as day. Fill with the joy of a soul who hadn't see her for months, he finally heard her.

"Oh Child of the Sky, come on down!"

Recap of The Event for Europeans

I'm planning to unpin this on Monday btw.

This is the first time I've watched multiple streams btw. I did that for y'all. You all now owe me 1000 cookies (American version of the word not whatever cookie means in Europe)

Forever woke up!! He was wearing his president outfit lol. He had a weird dream before he woke up, though, of Richas waking him up and then it glitched to Ordo Theoritas. All the Brazillians were there with Richas in the center and then Forever woke up for real.

Cellbit was the first to see him and immediately caught him up on all the stuff concerning the maze. So many people came to visit him. Foolish, Tubbo, Roier, Mouse, Pol, Niki, etc.

He had a private talk with Bad. (I missed the first part of their convo.) Forever said he didn't choose to be drugged. He called Bad his family and promised to bring his color back. Bad said the only way to do that was to bring the eggs back. Then he asked if the Feds told Forever anything and Forever said he didn't remember much but would tell Bad if anything came to him. Bad also gave him a bunch of stuff.

Pac and Forever had a heartfelt convo, too. I don't speak Portuguese (yet) and the subtitles wouldn't work but apparently they were talking to each other about how coming off the drugs felt. For Forever, it felt like being ripped in half.

Forever asked where Phil was, since he remembers him, Bad, and Cellbit being there before he got knocked out. Tubbo said he should be back by Monday.

They all got a message to pick up Bagi. Apparently she was requested by Forever according to The Duckling.

Bagi met Walter Bob, who working on some tasks. He asked Bagi to help him. So she started doing some tasks while everybody else failed to complete a puzzle while lava slowly rose (Feel like it's worth noting the buildings they were in were white with black splotches. Another thing is they got the riddle, "What must be broken before it can be used?" "An egg") (Fun facts about q!Bagi: She's vegetarian and she has an imaginary friend named Jorge(her chat) and she's an amnesiac)

Admins eventually teleported everyone into the building with Bagi (after Walter Bob left), which eventually started to get filled with lava. The admins eventually had to teleport everyone else out if I remember correctly.

Bagi also got a book that gave her access to The Main Channel.

She also hates Forever for bringing her to the island.

According to liveblogs, Forever tried getting some info from Quackity. Idk if he was successful. He eventually went back to the house with fake Richas and broke the pictures of flowers and the Rochas. That's where his stream ended.

Also according to liveblogs, Tubbo wrote a secret book to Fred asking for their side of the story about the maze. He also went looking for eggs again.

Bagi was given a tour of the island by Roier and Cellbit.

Bad was sadly singing happy birthday to Pomme and Dapper. Tina, Foolish, and Pac saw how sad he was and joined in. Then Bad apparently threatened Pac when he asked if he was crying.

And it's started to get late for me so I'm going to bed. I hope this was helpful and I hope future events are earlier for you guys.

hello hello okay im very tired and focusing very much on bad because. honestly i've forgotten most things that happened today not relating to him. he only streamed for two hours but those hours were Very Intense. anyway-

the mornign shift was very chill!

foolish made some roads and the admins expanded them. there was a lot of fixing up spawn and making the server nice.

there were some faceless fed workers at some point cleaning up spawn/the presidential office! (philza recognized one of them as tallulah's admins almost immediately lmao)

the afternoon shift logged on and Almost Immediately started the angst. there was a lot of talking about how to kill forever and take the pills away from him

main participants of this Take Pills From Forever plan were philza, cellbit, and bad.

forever and pac cornered cellbit in richas' room and tried to convince him to join them? <- secondhand knowledge from liveblogs

cellbit called on bad and phil to Plan Forever's Murder

they decided to try phil's plan first- an entity crammer that should kill him instantly.

while they set that up cellbit goes and investigates chume labs which was Dark and Scary and Blood was on the ground

pac left a book for cellbit about taking the drugs and trying to find a cure

pac also dug three graves in mike's room (one for richas one for walter bob one for mike) and wrote letters to each of them :c

he also left a warp plate to chume island

bad and phil at this point have been waiting and cellbit invites them along for his investigation

pac left them his briefcase of meds, a hint for the code, and something about fermentation. because of him, they're able to create a CURE to the risus medication by putting a bottle of it into a brewing stand and using a spidereye to reverse its effects (the cure had the logo of the order on it it was VERY cool)

they head back to the base. they start trying to figure out ways to get the cure into forever

at some point forever shows another cool cinematic! i did not watch it. i saw a screenshot tho and there was a fucked up looking forever sitting in a cage and a grinning happy presidential forever outside of it. it was fucked up and cool and you could probably find it by skimming the first hour (?) of his vod

and then! before they can figure out something that will work! forever fucking shows up at the base!

he has flowers

he is here to ask bad about marriage again.

they don't have time to figure out how to force him to take the antidote, so they default back to the crammer plan. bad leads him back towards the room (which looks so shitty) and forever falls into the trap

and then the horrors continued

bad followed forever to forever's base to be the sweet little distraction while cellbit and philza tried to fix the entity crammer

forever has another. really Successful marriage proposal

bad manages to avoid answering and suggests forever talk to cellbit before making any Big Decisions and bad himself needs to talk to someone and then he'll have an answer for him

bad messages cellbit to distract forever - the entity cramming plan won't work, so he needs to go back and set up the scanner

forever has already decided they're getting married. he laughs about it in ptbr in chat about how he's "getting married" and "[bad] has money" which is an extra layer to this horror comedy LMAO

anyway. forever takes bad down to the fake house he built for the fake richas and shows him the pictures of all the eggs on the wall. he talks about the fake richas being a ringbearer in their wedding, like he was for cellbit and roier

cannot remember much else but bad successfully manages to Escape back to the order and cellbit goes to distract forever while their next trap is set up

(pac and forever try to convince cellbit to join them. forever goes so far as to build a cage to try to trap cellbit in)

bad sets up the scanner! the scanner is something that dapper discovered which is So fucking scary. it lets you remove any item from a player's inventory. so. REALLY significant that bad is letting philza + cellbit even know about this and not trying to trap forever with it on his own

but this is too important.

they set up a cage. philza suggests a slime block piston. bad readies a lasso. when forever enters the order, the plan is for bad to lasso him once the scanner has taken his items, and then drag him into the cage, and then they will wait for him to sober up/give him the antidote.

bad sends forever a few flirty message in chat to lure him back and "give him his answer." and then he holds his lasso, and he waits

(there are complications- pac comes along, so cellbit goes up to distract him while forever heads down)

honestly HUGELY recommend watching even just a few minutes of this. forever's acting is PHENOMENAL and watching him just keep smiling and asking about the marriage is CHILLING.

his smile only falls when they start talking about his stolen items

they want the risus meds to wear off quick and they all know he mentions ticking right before he takes more of them, so they start placing clocks around him

at some point pac gets brought down and caged too

forever makes a few attempts to escape (looking for enderpearls, placing a waystone, etc)

cellbit talks to him basically the whole time- the translators were being a bit silly so i was having trouble following, but essentially the medication started to wear off and forever started to hear ticking

and he started hallucinating that cellbit was cucurucho and threatening him to bring his family back

and it was SO COOL i did not understand a word but the roleplaying was SO GOOD.

then, my favourite cinematic/"oh he's fucked up moment"

(tw self harm) forever did this: (forever's vod timestamp 2:58:51). and from bad's pov (bad's vod timestamp 1:19:14)

forever spent 18 totems and did not make a DENT on the prison

if you go back several minutes in either vod you can watch them going HAM on each other w the roleplay

anyway. after That. cellbit manages to convince forever to take the antidote . forever screams. he passes out. he says something about finding richarlyson, and then he ends stream.

tubbo showed up at some point btw. he just casually walked in on forever screaming and was fucked up by it. then he continued to hang out

pac took the antidote too (bad went over to comfort him while forever was screaming) and did not pass out! i think he did scream tho

they sat around forever and talked about what to do with the pills. (put them in a vault. bbh later tonight offstream broke into the vault because it was a security risk and jaiden+foolish+ironmouse kept heckling him lmao. he's going to give them back and help make a more secure place for them later)

they brought forever's sleeping body up to the beach on a bench and then brought him Back Down to the med ward in the order, where he remains
