but thinking of farmer abby coming back into the house after a long day of planting. she's covered in dirt and grime, sweaty as all hell, bone tired and ready to fall into her wife's arms. but she can't! because she knows you wouldn't want her to get into the bed you spent so much time fluffing up and caring for.

so after she eats dinner with you at the kitchen table – because the bed may be off limits but dinner cannot wait – she heads up to the bathroom. she nearly melts when she sees a set of pajamas laid out of her, some soft boxers and a light cotton bralette, that had to have been there since before dinner. it makes her so fucking soft, all the little things you do to take care of her. she showers as fast as possible, making sure she's completely clean before she can even think of getting into bed with you.

by the time she's out and done with her routine, Abby is practically jumping into bed. you're already there, in your soft lil pjs, waiting for your wife. the second she's in bed, you shift to lay on your back and pull her into you. abby, sweet needy girl that she is, instantly shoves her face into your chest and snuggles close, mumbling in your soft skin.

Why I like them: My love!! I went into FDTD already a fan of Madie’s but Kate quickly became one my fave characters!! I love that she’s so small and cute but will absolute wreck you if you mess with her or someone she cares about!! lmfao She’s so fierce when she needs to be and doesn’t take shit from anyone, but she’s also so nurturing and forgiving and I think we all need a little of that in our lives. Absolute sunshine, not to be taken for granted.

Why I don’t: Sometimes she goes a little too far tbh. She doesn’t know when or how to say no. It’s not that I don’t like that about her, but it absolutely gets her into situations that could otherwise be avoided.

Favorite episode (scene if movie): Again season 2 episode 1!! I love how she sasses Seth in that episode. lol

Favorite season/movie: Hmm... maybe season 1.

Why I don’t: Okay I found the Brotherhood anime Edward pretty goddamn annoying sometimes with all the screaming and cartoony reactions to things...

Favorite season/movie: I definitely preferred the 2003 anime... Brotherhood might be canon but idgaf!! I still haven’t read the manga. :P

Unpopular opinion: NGL I loved the 2003 anime soooo much more than Brotherhood because they didn’t cut every potentially emotional scene off at the knees with some comedic BS to lighten the mood. The 2003 series really gave the story and characters time it needed, and it really allowed us to get to know the brothers and grow an attachment to those characters. That series just had wayyyy better character development imo and I really grew to love Ed and Al so much because of it!! I haven’t actually read the manga still after all this time. lol I’ve been meaning to.

The male farmer (dating Abby)'a little sister came to the Valley! Apparently, she's an absolute ball of happiness and adorableness and cuteness. How would Abby and Penny react? She challenges Sam in a Videogame and somehow she wins?

“I hope I make a good impression.” Abigail sighed as she leaned against a tree at the bus stop.

“You’ll do fine.” Penny said with a smile.

“Oh look, the bus!” Abigail said, immediately standing up straight again.

Indeed the bus was just coming out of the tunnel and soon pulled to a stop in front of them. When the door opened a girl came bouncing out.

“Don’t go running off!” the farmer called as he struggled with a suitcase in the carriage.

“Hello! You must be the sister we’ve heard so much about.” Penny said.

“We’re the welcoming party!” Abigail said. “I’m Abigail and that’s Penny.”

“You’re Abigail?” the girl stared at her with wide eyes. Then she broke out into a grin and hugged her.

“Woah!” Abigail looked around in a bit of a panic.

“I’m soooooo glad to meet you! I’ve heard a lot about you! Wow, you’re even prettier than he said you were!” the girl said, beaming up at Abigail with her arms still wrapped around her.

“Aw, isn’t she just the sweetest?” Penny laughed.

“Rot your teeth out, she will.” the farmer said, finally getting the suitcase off of the bus.

“Haha, it’s nice to meet you too! Wow, I didn’t expect you to be so energetic.” Abigail said, finally returning the hug.

“Is it true you have a sword?” the girl asked.

“Well, uh, yeah,” Abigail said a little sheepishly, “but I’m not very good with it.”

“Cooooooool! Can I see it?”

“Uh…” Abigail looked over at the farmer, who laughed.

“Why don’t you take her over to your place and show it off to her?” he said. “Show her a bit of the town while I drop off her stuff at my place and take care of a couple chores. You don’t mind looking after her for a bit, right?”

“Oh! No, no that’s perfectly fine!” Abigail said, then looking down at the girl, “That cool with you?”

“Yeah!”

“I think I should come too. You can never have too many eyes.” Penny said.

“Yaaaaay!” the girl squealed as she ran over to her brother and gave him a hug.

“Come on, I’ll show you the way. I’ve got a ton of cool stuff. Do you like video games?” Abigail said as she started walking towards town.

“Yeah!” the girl said as she ran after her.

Soon enough Abigail’s room somehow became the center for a video game tournament. She had called Sebastian and Sam over to participate. Penny was voted the judge since she didn’t really feel like playing. Everyone fell in love with the farmer’s sister. Even Sam couldn’t be mad when he got thoroughly thrashed by her.

When the farmer finally showed up he got roped into the tournament too and they might have played video games a little too long. Even Penny was surprised at the time.

“It was such a pleasure to meet you,” she said, shaking the girl’s hand. “I hope you enjoy the rest of your visit to the valley.”

“Yeah! Call us up if you want to hang again!” Sam said with a wave as he, Sebastian, and Penny began to file out.

“Thank you! You’re all really cool!” the farmer’s sister said.

“Well that went better than expected.” Abigail laughed.

The farmer came up to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

“Thanks for putting up with all this. I didn’t mean to make you play babysitter today.” he said.

“No, it was great! I love your sister!” Abigail said, offering a grin to the girl in question.

“Abigail’s cool.” the girl said with a nod.

“Haha, right you are! Glad to have the official seal of Sister Approval.” Abigail laughed.

“We’ll get out of your hair now. G’night.” the farmer said.

“Night!” the girl said with a wave as she followed her brother out of Abigail’s room.

1. “I’m Serious” by DAY6: up until now, “You Were Beautiful” was my favorite “Every DAY6” release, but “I’m Serious” has given it it a run for its money. it’s so perfect and springy and bouncy, and everyone sounds so great, as always (esp Wonpil’s smooth intro, hoooo boy I got the Goofiest smile on my face when he started singing). but my favorite part is the bridge!! I love sections like that in songs, where the instruments drop out and we get some “bop bop bop”s instead (on this subject, also see: the second verse of “Congratulations.” thank u DAY6 for always delivering on the “bop bop bop”s). also the music video is so pretty and #aesthetic, and the boys are so cute goofin’ around at the beach, and Dowoon gets to hang out with a huge fluffy dog!!! good stuff. finally, DAY6 gets the not-angsty comeback I’ve been waiting for, and I can’t wait to blast it from the car this summer with the windows down.

2. “Start” by Mrs. Green Apple: I think if everyone could hear this song at least once, we’d all be happier people. I love the particular kind of excited frenzy that seems so uniquely Jpop/Jrock, like you just downed five Red Bulls and then inhaled three bags of Fun Dip and finally topped everything off with a bag of Sour Patch Kids (i.e. most anime theme songs), and that’s what this song feels like to me - it’s kind of breakneck and really sugary and it’s SO FUN. I love the "pap pap pap”/“chap chap chap” in the chorus, and all the unexpected instruments (banjo? piccolo?? conch shell?????), and the mv is so colorful and exciting and the band looks like they’re all having so much fun!!! MGA are adorable and I love them.

3. “I’ll Be Yours” by Girl’s Day: blots, you’re absolutely right - the new Girl’s Day album is pretty much perfect. I have to pick this song as my top fave, though, because it’s exactly the kind of jazzy swagger that I love - the horns and bouncy, plinky piano kill me, especially when they descend in the pre-chorus, and then the electric guitar in the chorus is the perfect extra zap of energy; it makes me want to write a story about cool-ass ladies who pull big-time heists. I love the the boxing scenes in the mv because they’re basically how the chorus feels to me, like a punch in the face. but, like, a good punch in the face. also, all the girls have flawless vocals, but I would marry Minah’s voice if I could; I love the the eyy-eyy-eyy and eee-eee-eee and aah-aah-aahs she does during the verses, and when she does that vocal fry at the very end, I Die.

4. “Beautiful” by Monsta X: ahhHHHHH. I still can’t handle how much I love this song. rap line absolutely kill it, as usual (Jooheon’s opening verse steals my breath every time), and I’m so happy that Hyungwon and Minhyuk finally get an opportunity to really shine as vocalists. and I had to link to the dance practice because the choreography is soooooo good - I love fluidity in the opening move, and the part where Shownu winds through the group and sets off the pairs in turn, and Minhyuk’s part in the first chorus (that body roll?? also his focused stare kills me), and the part where they like windmill their arms during I.M’s “oh god,” and when they use their jackets at the end!!!!! so good. and the rest of the album is 10/10 too. god, I’m so proud of them. I Would Die for Monsta X.

5. “Stamp!” by Scandal: I just recently started listening to Scandal (all-girl band, yesss), and goddd I love them. some of their music is that hyped-up, anime opener kind of Jrock, but some of it also sounds very American pop-punk-y, like this song. I love this music video because it feels like an American pop-punk video too, just pals hangin’ out and havin’ some summer fun (also their sense of style is [chef’s kiss]). and tbqh, when I looked up a translation of the lyrics, I teared up - they’re so sweet and encouraging I just askjdfaksj. I’ve only listened to their album “Yellow” all the way through so far, but I’m excited to listen to the others. also they legitimately have a song about how if you’re sad you should eat pizza because pizza makes everyone happy?? amazing. my kinda girls.

6. “Sports Go Sports” by Garfunkel and Oates: this is first Garfunkel and Oates song I ever heard. my roommate got me into TV show, which I finished last weekend, and I’m so sad it was only 8 episodes long :( they remind me of “Broad City,” but if Abbi and Ilana made music. I really appreciate that Garfunkel and Oates songs can be not only sweet and encouraging (“Loser”), or snarky but sorta tame (“Sports Go Sports” or “Pregnant Women are Smug”), but also real NSFW (“Go Kart Racing” or “The Loophole” (I was gonna link to “Go Kart Racing” because that’s been my actual G&O jam lately but like I said, it’s kinda NSFW, so... just a heads-up)). lady comedians who are can be flat-out filthy are my everything. along with Monsta X, I would also die for Garfunkel and Oates.

Me too!! :) I didn’t want Darius to find someone else.  He originally was supposed to, hence the enter of Kyle.  However, when i tried to play it that way, i just wanted him back with Jeffery.  I felt like he would never move on because of the way Jeffery died and how young he was.

Yep, Abby definitely looks so much like Clarissa *-* I assume she's a female Kyle, or is she his spawn with someone? Because I know female Kyle looks like his mother so much, I checked. :D

Haha she isn’t a pure clone no, but good lord she looks so much like Kyle! She may have had her mom’s hair, but i wanted her to have Kyle’s so I changed it lol.  Now that she’s an adult I can tell she’s got her mom’s nose too which is super cute <3

Fun, fun, fun! Okay, let’s give this a go. See if I’ve got match-making material.

Florians:

@kinglyben: I actually think he and @malfaeryx make a ton of sense! After all, he’s our king and she’s, like, the unofficial princess of the Isle - it’s a smart move in uniting our worlds and they seem really happy together; plus, if she’s with him, she’ll probably never go evil, which is good considering she probably has dragon-powers and that would be terrifying. But if it ever didn’t work out with Mal for whatever reason, I think I would pair him with one of the following: (A) a royal from Auradon who knows how to play the political game and can take some of that stress off his chest - I used to ship him and @eveningstardubois for this very reason, or may as I be so bold as to suggest myself or (B) another Isle girl who’s poised and beautiful and has a big heart and exemplifies how good someone from there can be so even the oldest of old stuffy people here in Auradon are forced to admit that they’re a-okay - my nomination is @dizzy-t, because really, who wouldn’t love her as their queen?

@chloeoftheball: Chloe is super sweet and pretty and smart, so I’m selfish and ship her with my brother tbh. Chad could definitely use a girl like Chloe around, and how cute do their names sound together? Chad and Chloe, Chloe and Chad. But if she doesn’t want to marry into my family, which is ridic because who wouldn’t, there are some other guys she’d be just as adorbs with. @ticktockbents or @lucasbelrose would be a good place to start - who doesn’t think that childhood friends growing up to fall in love is an adorable love story, right? Or, oooh, that @heathlemon might not be a bad fit for her either! He’s another nerdy-but-hot type and I’m not saying a couple has to have everything in common but it helps! And they’re smart in different fields, one in science and one in literature, so it’s kind of like opposites attract, right? I’m onto something here, I can feel it in my fingertips!

@lenflorian: Ugh, I love Len so much! My fellow young blondie and royal gorgeousness deserves someone way awesome. I can’t quite picture her with any of the castle boys she grew up with, though; she needs someone outside of the box. Maybe @maggienottingham? That girl is fierce and interesting and knows how to act like a royal, which is tres important when it comes to marrying into the royal family. Buuut I guess @berniewijanto could fit this role too, if he wanted. He’s so so weird but it’s in a really fun way and Len deserves all the fun in the world. I just wonder whether or not he’d look as good in a crown as Maggie would. One way to find out! Oh, oh, or @gastonlegume3! Since he’s the non-taken Gaston and also kind of seems like the nicer one? He and Len would look so so good together! And I could kind of see them getting along, actually.

Dubois:

@liamdubcis: I am officially writing too much about all of them, ugh, I need to chill out, but it’s hard! Especially when it comes to people with multiple options like Liam. I think if I had to pick just one for him it would be my cousin @ava-tremaine. I’m all for all of my little Tremaines ending up on some throne because let’s face it, they’re all regal and gorgeous as heck. Ava keeps it real and she’s hilarious and gorgeous and she and Liam could be interesting together but I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out that he and @faciliersfreddie would make way too gorgeous of a couple. Plus they’ve got that star-crossed angle working for them, they’re musically gifted, and can we talk about their faces?! Good Lord, if they had a baby, it would be automatically the most beautiful baby in the world. Maybe we shouldn’t ship them because of that, because of the unfair gorgeousness that is their faces side by side, but I’m a sucker for beauty!

@eveningstardubois: She and @kinglyben were so what I expected but I guess it’s been long enough that we can officially call them friendzoned, sigh. Since she’s proven to like Gamma Chi boys, what about @emmettvardaros? He’s single now and proven to be a good boyfriend, which is what Miss Evangeline needs. Plus he’s kind of got an Auradon’s Most Eligible Bachelor thing going on about him, and sorority and fraternity presidents ending up together? Wouldn’t it be so romantic?! And imagine the mixers that would be born from it. If that doesn’t tickle your tastebuds though, maybe her and @happyevieafter could make it work! Let’s do the math - they’re both gorgeous, both close to the crown, both good at seeming royal, and Evie could make sure Evangeline was always the best dressed at any event. I mean, Lina did throw Evie a ball last year, hello?! And it’d be the easiest thing ever for them to double date with Ben and Mal, oh gosh, I’m convincing myself!

@jimdubs: I used to ship @abigailtremaine with Liam when it came to the Dubois brothers, but upon further reflection, I think Jimmy might be more her speed. And that’s assuming she doesn’t stay with her fittie of a boyfriend, but hey, weirder things have happened! Jimmy is hot and funny and has a voice like melting butter and my cousin has proven to like at least two of those things. If Jimmy and Abby don’t work for you though, I would also be down for him and @lexi-la-bouff. I know everyone expects him and @maddielabouff and trust me, I love the girl - she’s a great riding partner - but it’s sooooo cliche at this point and his little Valentine’s Day video? It was more amusing than it was heart-warming; maybe that’s because everyone’s pairing him with the wrong La Bouff! And Lexi is sweet and adorable and who knows what could possibly happen?! 

Tritons:

Melody: Okay, there are more Tritons than any other royal family so I’m going to try really REALLY hard to limit my rambling. I like Melody and @parkerspan, I always have. And didn’t Parker’s dad have a thing for the Neverland mermaids? Maybe it’ll be like father, like son. 

@harmonytriton: She and @zoetomago have the robo-girl thing going for them both and they’d look presh together, but idk if I want to pair her up with someone who could help her build something scary. Maybe I’ll say @regdubois. He seems her speed.

@toritriton: Why did she and @viperbubbles break up again? Does anyone know? Because I sure don’t and I can remember a time where I thought they were the cutest thing with four legs soooooo……. If you’re forcing me to pick another option, I like her and @frankiefearless too.

First impression: i binged the whole series in a couple of weeks lol I don't really remember if I thought anything of her tbh?? I didn't ship her and Jim at first because it didn't sit right with me in the beginning when she was clearly ENGAGED to someone else. Obviously I thought she and Jim were really cute though and were meant to be together. She seemed nice though lol

Impression now: i was not a fan of where they took her character in the show tbh. I hate that her relationship with Jim became a source of conflict after they were married with kids. IT SUCKED. Their relationship was so pure in the beginning and i loved the pranks they'd play on Dwight. And I hate that she gave up art too.

Favorite moment: maybe it's more of a Dwight moment but I LOVE the Asian Jim prank XD I can't really think of anything else in particular because i only watched the show the one time. But maybe anytime she was actually friendly with Dwight and Michael.

Impression now: LOVE HER SOOOOOO MUCH!! MY GIRL!! She has such a great heart and I LOVE her character development throughout the whole series. Always improving herself and becoming the selfless, powerful, and headstrong woman she is in the end!! Still crying about it okay. She's so good.

Favorite moment: ugh because I'm almost done with my latest rewatch of the series the moment between her and Twyla in s6 after Alexis gives Twyla all her old clothes, Alexis says "cute dress" and Twyla responds "Thanks. My friend gave it to me." UGH SOBBING ABOUT IT
