Give me supers who help people in ways other than violence
Bricks being the ultimate construction or rescue workers, able to move tons of stone in minutes
Heroes who can control the weather watching the atmosphere and dissipating hurricanes before they start
Heroes using their hydrokinesis to filter water and make it drinkable, or redirect floodwaters to minimize damage, or put out forest fires Heroes who can read minds being therapists who can reach inside just a little (with consent!!) to help their patients get past a mental block, or acting as translators
Or combining the two, they could be the ultimate therapists for nonverbal people, able to understand exactly what they’re trying to say no matter their communication method
Heroes who can control plants shrivelling invasive kudzu and growing stretches of trees and barley for people Incredibly tough/regenerating heroes being living bomb disposal who can clear a field of mines by just wandering around
Geokinetics building new infrastructure in weeks instead of years, helping rebuild after disasters, making shelters and homes and soft benches for the people who need them
Electrokinetics providing emergency power during blackouts, or helping to charge massive batteries so the grid doesn’t have to rely on fossil fuels to pick up the slack
Heroes who heal people
Ferrokinetics (think Magneto) separating out the components of old electronics so they can be properly reused instead of just burned
Flying bricks who can get emergency responders where they need to be in minutes, or search for people during storms when helicopters wouldn’t be able to function
Heroes who can regenerate from anything who turn themselves into perpetual organ donors
Supers with weird fucked-up fleshwarping abilities who refuse to become evil mad scientists and instead use their powers to develop new drugs and maybe cure people’s chronic disabilities
Shapeshifters who can grow gills or heat-sensing pits or radiotrophic cells to operate wherever people need rescuing
