Since the show has already shaken the books timeline and events up so much I'd love if they could walk Armand back from the multi million dollar tech bro he's sort of starting as, no more private jets, no more private islands please

I know he becomes a millionaire in queen of the damned to buy himself and Daniel luxury things/experiences/the island, but I feel like we are already starting the story here when we get introduced to him in the show, except it's a sort of mock version of the life he has with Daniel in Queen of the Damned.

The show presents an alternate history from the book that has Louis and Armand stay together after Paris, Armand and Daniels first meeting be at Daniel and Louis interview in 1973, Armand erases Daniels memories of him, Armand doesn't turn Daniel in the 80s, and Daniel ages 50 more years.

Instead of being in a relationship with Daniel, Armand has remained in his relationship with Louis in a very twisted parallel.

Instead of building a house on an island filled with cherished memories with Daniel, he built a concrete box in Dubai filled with loaded memorabilia to match his life with louis. They're surrounded by wealth and luxury, but it comes across cold and hollow.

Assume without Devi's Minion plotline from the 70s-80s happening (as far as we know), Armand would have had to adapt to the modern world, without Daniel, alongside Louis instead.

His hobbies he loved sharing with Daniel (from the book) are either absent altogether in season 1-2 or get reflected in a empty way with louis in Dubai. His interest in art, fashion, Interior decorating, technology are all very muted from the eccentric, eclectic, hyperfixations we know Armand from the books to have had.

SO in the next seasons I hope we see Armand post divorce, depression era 2, hoping around from hoarder apartment to hoarder apartment, I want filthy kitchens, wild outfits, books and movies scattered everywhere, tanks on every surface, cables wires and computers, every game system ever??

except instead of his interest being a source of happiness for him like in the book, they should make it a little self destructive.

I want him to spiral into his interest, I want him so out of his mind with self bought distractions he can't keep up with hiring staff anymore, he's unstable, he's on his own, he's on the city bus like everyone else, and trying not to think about how he's tanked his life.

I think that'd be interesting. A way to take his character from the book and twist it a little to match his current situation in the show.

Like Daniel is already a vampire now, he doesn't need to be sugar baby spoiled/swept off his feet by Armand in order to like him, Armand needs to be humbled even further, and once the false persona Armand built with Louis fades, Daniel will like him all the more for it, and possibly be the one to help him out of that low place.

i have to say it's been very heartening to see the reception to my nahyuta/aa6 art in general because i got pretty upset finding out what the general opinion of aa6 was after finishing it jsahgjka... i don't think it's a perfect game by any means but i really liked what it brought to the table and i find it the most interesting to explore personally...

i know nahyuta and apollo's relationship isn't as explicit or developed as some of the other rival lawyer/prosecutor duos but at least when it comes to my own taste in exploring fandom stuff i find the gaps canon leaves behind more interesting... i think even if their feelings don't show throughout most of the game the fact that they choose to be with each other by the end says more than enough ...! it feels more meaningful to me that they were pursuing different goals that ended up converging

anyway i'm just happy to see so many people enjoying their relationship, aa has so many siblings that tear me apart and i will continue drawing them 🫡

Trying this post again because I got too invested and wrote too long of a post. But. Pretender Streamer AU.

Like, post True Ending for Doppletale, Pretender gets to the surface, tries a bunch of work, and settles on Streaming I'm hid free time because it seems fun. People swarm to his channel because he's a monster and they wanna see the monster online!

1) Iconically a Grandpa with technology. Often has to have MTT or the Human help him set things up or fix things. If they're not in, he's been known to stream without a Webcam or turning a gameplay into a Q+A with the chat if the game gets disconnected.

2)Cozy-Streamer energy. Sure, every once in a while he'll lean into his spooky side, but he loves nothing more than getting a good grade in human interaction, and humans online love a good friendly Streamer:]

3) Exclusively played Horror Games for a few years, because they didn't scare him, and the atmosphere of them felt familiar. Then MTT invited him to a Minecraft server full of other streamers and he joined one day, mid-stream, without warning and just started wandering. The other streamers were thrilled to have him, taught him how to minecraft, and he never turned back (comfy cottage in the flower field biome).

4) Does he do public appearances? Sometimes. Cons are usually most likely to snag him (he loves disappearing into the crowd unsupervised) but even those are rare because he doesn't want to travel too far.

5) Sometimes during a stream he'll spontaneously decide to start giving a medical history lesson to the chat. (With a prior warning, of course.) Like, people in chat coukd ask about symptoms and he'd be likely to spew exactly what illness or problem they were referring to, with a story to boot. He's going to med school on the side, but Gaster taught him a few things over the years too. (He is not infallible. He doesn't know a lot of the updated terms for illnesses that haven't been covered in his classes, so sometimes he'll use offensive terminology w/o meaning to. Chat usually yells at him for it and he goes and looks up the new term and uses that instead. )

6) He usually wears a sweater or jacket and sits during his streams, and often has his hood pulled up and dreds down loose. (Usually streams in Human Disguise unless it's a special event.) Generally pretty bare-minimum outfits. But once MTT (prominent fashion influencer) had Pretender as a guest and dressed him up and gave him the full make-over. His fans went Feral over the fact that he was just built like that. Obviously he shapeshifts, but no change between his streams and this one besides the clothes. He lets MTT call him back on whenever he wants, because it boosts foth of their views a *lot*.

7)Completely unconcerned for his own safety/privacy. Mainly because everyone already knows he settled in the city at the base of the mountain, and because he's strong enough to obliterate anything that's actually a threat. (Plus, shape-shifting and centuries of experience mimicking people makes it *really* easy to throw people off his scent.)

8) His chat often asks him to looks like people/animals/things. A common one he always declines are animals characters. They're 2D and therefore have no working dimensions to go off of. If Pretender tried to amalgam an Anine character he'd traumatize his audience, so he refuses. (If Alphys never figured it out, no way he'd be able to do it.)

y3 has made me feel many things but one of the things that lingers with me the most about it is how majima takes every possible opportunity and makes every possible gesture to say “please don’t leave me alone again, please take me with you when you leave, I WANT to be right next to you when you need me, I’ll literally do anything for you, just don’t leave me alone again” always indirectly but in strong enough ways that i think it’d be obvious to anyone paying attention EXCEPT Kazuma Kiryu, The Densest Man On Earth, who he’s pleading to in the first place. it’s. frustrating to watch. someone needs to grab kiryu by the shoulders and tell him. for the love of god. this man loves you so much and you keep leaving him when all he wants to do is help you and be with you please just take him to okinawa oh my god
