As a pal from a place that's treated more like actual fucking Narnia by shipping companies; ???

one thing I’ve noticed while running an online shop is that Americans never include their country when writing their address.

I don’t mean when filling in online forms, bc that’s obviously a required element. but when emailing me for address changes for orders, they never include a country in the updated address. but I always know the country is the United States of America because literally nobody else around the world would do that.

#People??? Assume??? The product is shipped domestically???????#How much overblown nationalism have they gotta put in the feed to make people forget the rest of the work fucking exists???#Doesn't most online stuff require a country of destination????#I have had pieces of paper mailed domestically that needed a specific country address #And I live in the biggest fucking city on the damned island #I'll shit on the US for a bunch of things and this is one of them #If you get confused which country 'Wollongong' is that's kinda on you #I'm pretty sure this ain't reflective of all Americans but fucking yikes I thought the education down here was bad #Basic geography must be less useful than an ashtray on a motorbike to Americans if you forget the rest of the world fucking exists.
