Did some stargazing earlier tonight with a new telescope I received recently! Saw Jupiter (Which I'd seen the first time I used it, it's incredible with a higher magnification lens), Sirius (very bright and twinkly and colourful), the Orion nebula (I thought it was shaped like a dragon's head), the beehive cluster, and Mars! Though Mars was basically straight up and the telescope couldn't tilt that far back, so that was just with my eyes. It was a lot of fun! The stars are so beautiful...

Synastry observations based on personal experience, part 4:

Mars/venus first house overlay: gets a bad reputation, because people feel like this overlay is ‘superficial’ due to the fact that the first house signifies what people show of their personality to the outside, aka their ‘looks’ and also their physical appearance. They forget that what you externalise in the house of the externalised ego is you, your ego. That’s you! Your ego is a very deep and important thing about you. For some people it’s a more important than for others of course. The way you dress, laugh, look and walk and look, that *is* a deep aspect about your personality. Like those things *are* personal. For some people like mars or venus dominant people it’s the ideal placement, because this is a fiery placement keeps people from being ~bored~ with who the other is, which often happens in a bad marriage. It’s why this aspect is called thee great aspect for marriage. It’s great!

Venus opposite saturn: does not pose as big of an issue if the people have either venus in 10th house or saturn in 7th house natally. There is more acceptance, understanding and ‘seeing things the other way’ that way. It can also manifest in the honeymoon stage just being enlonged and the problems showing up later.. with the ‘honeymoon stage’ in this aspect I mean that this bond feels pretty karmic and paternalistic and awesome in the beginning, in a way that feels super attractive, safe and interesting to the venus person who’s in awe of saturn, and super intense, fulfilling and a little anxiety inducing for the saturn person involved, who enjoys venus’s quirks and air for themselves so much that they become against it and will call them things like ‘childish’ as time goes on. This doesn’t happen if there’s good trust and communication in the relationship. Most often the ‘emotional pain’ that is seen as inevitable with some synastry aspects according to some people, are only inevitable for people who really don’t know how to deal with other people in relationships. You’ll be alright when you have some supporting aspects to this.

Mars-lilith: mars and lilith have a lot in common: they are independent, sexual, feisty and go after their own fleeting pleasures. Only mars isn’t a social pariah, stays on earth and lilith is so she’s up in the air like a bird. Lilith, as the outcast, is someone who wants to impress mars to prove something to herself. Mars is someone wants to dominate lilith, to prove something to himself and also to her. You can see they have a lot of natural (sexual) chemistry but they’re sh*t for the long term lol. Mars is still part of the ‘ordinary world’ and lilith is still traumatized by that world. In harsher aspects, the empathy towards each other will be non existent. The same can even go for sympathy between the two. Also, the ‘colour’ of this union will of course depend on the signs they are in.

Moon conjunct jupiter: Why does my pisces moon have immediate soulmate-like crushes on men born in 1962/63? Oh, that’s why. I’ve had it the other way around too and I’ve seen a lovely couple with this, but I feel like this definetely gets exalted in pisces. Jupiter ~loves~ the moon person. Moon person’s entire emotional/private self fuels and twinflames jupiter person’s entire inspirational and idealistic self. The moon person feels safe while still feeling inspired and adventarous with the jupiter person. Jupiter basically adores the moon, and even that gets expanded due to the expansive and almost indulgent nature of this aspect. The moon person wants to be with jupiter. They feel their emotional self inspired and exalted when they are with them and it can be for some (for me) a very rare feeling of being so comfortable and happily understood and inspired by the other. I’ve always found this one of the best relationship aspects you can have, for me at least it’s the best because with my scorpio sun pisces moon and sag rising, that optimistic jupiternan energy on my most vulnurable side is exactly what I’m looking for.

Mars conjunct chiron: the only sexual aspect that will make a man want to marry his female partner.

Sun/venus/mercury fifth house overlay: ever had that feeling of ‘ooh this person is going to be here, now this occasion is worth it/interesting/~a party~’ and you almost saw it as like a crush? Did it feel a little juvenile? That’s this one.

Mars fifth house or in that mix^: oh and you do have a crush on this person, highly likely. Are you going ‘oh my god, oh my god, it’s him/her’ when he arrives in like an almost funny and very juvinile way? That’s this one. Okay so now I’m taking a girl reading this as the norm, but for a guy that crush would happen with venus added in the fifth house. This/these overlay(s) cause butterflies and first love vibes for the house person, giggling like a teenager and thinking the planet person is soo cool and fun and attractive. The planet person releases their inhibitions around the house person and becomes leo-esque, like the party version or radio-edition of themselves.

Saturn conjunct an angle: weirdly enough, this aspect is not much talked about on the internet but I assume that is because people don’t have a lot to add to this one. I do. I believe this aspect can be extremely significant in reading a synastry chart romantically. So, to begin with I feel like this aspect, like a lot in synastry, plays out differently irl based on the genders of the people involved. What I’ve found is that saturn conjunct an angle in heterosexual relationships, where the guy is saturn and the angle person is a girl, the guy is easily bound to fall in love with the angle girl. This is because saturn imposes their mix of care, ownership, restriction responsibility, security, dedication, reality, commitment and karma on your angle which basically stands for a fundamental part slash pillar of your existence. Aka, this aspect is a patriarchal wet dream. The hero-instinct is immensly triggered here. This guy’s (who I also had a pretty large age gap with for our early twenties) saturn was tightly conjunct my IC, the most vulnerable angle, standing for my fourth house of the home and, using other astrologer’s phrasing, where ‘my soul is seated’. We were not together yet, but would unsolicited go “yeah, that’s important that you do that” and after some inquiring about anything “be careful that you don’t” blabla like it mattered to him. The vibe was very much like he could say “look, as your husband” and me reacting like “excuse me??” Same guy also had his saturn tightly conjunct my even younger friend’s ASC and it’s like he picked her to be like his little sister! even though they didn’t know each other that well. He would be very protective of her (although i think he could have done more, but that’s another story) and hype her up whenever she walked into a room, it was very cute. Conjuncting DSC I’d imagine it would play out like saturn worrying about the people DSC hangs out with and feeling a sense of dictatorship(?) over her social angle and who she’s seeking love from. Brooding protectiveness over the fact that DSC has been going out again with many guys who may not be up to good. Like I said, this aspect is the patriarchal wet dream. Conjuncting MC it would be exactly like jiwoo and sungmin from Age of Yourh. Making sure he’s right behind her in her goals at all times to protect her, almost like a cynical bodyguard, but somehow equal-ish partners that compliment each other. Back to saturn conjunct IC, the IC is the ingebakken way of managing things and the way you close your eyes for rest. Saturn conjuncting this part of you is like them barging into your house and giving you pills while you’re, like, there in your underwear. This angle aspect does create a deep kind of bond I’d guess. It’s still lunar! With the AC I think it’s the physical air and appearance that someone gives off that makes saturn think that they’re smol and need guidance. This is what I imagine a first impression would be like! Not getting into the relationship itself but like, you could guess. I’d say the ASC and MC conjunction will flourish as platonic and be doomed when it gets romantic and the DSC and IC conjunction will flourish as romantic and be doomed as platonic. In the right kind of relationship these conjunctions can be like ‘ahww’ and wholesome but in the wrong kind of relationship, these conjunctions could cause a major, and I can’t describe this any other way, ‘f*ck of!!!’ 😂

Moon trine mercury: I call this the best friend aspect because I’ve shared this aspect with every friend I could talk with for hours and enjoy it. Even if you don’t share the same kind of humor you can still laugh and communicate and basically enjoy each other’s brain ! I like this aspect in romantic relationships, too, because this aspect kills the potential awkward silence and it adds that green flag communication with e/o when official. This isn’t like the conjunction were the two bodies are so bang on alike that it becomes like a battle between the one person’s mind and the one person’s emotions. There is a harmonious distance that actually brings the people closer together and creates that intimacy. With the trine you constantly greatly appreciate what the other person adds to the table. This is communication that flows non-verbally as well, like through touches and looks.

Moon opposite mars: chrissttt, not to be vulgar but you both know you just want to.. do the deed together 💀 almost as if after 10 mins of talking you’ve already decided that in your head

Mars sextile moon/venus I feel like the energy that flows through the trine causes sexual arousal and through the sextile it causes a very wholesome emotional arousal. Great aspect no matter which gender.

Chiron conjunct sun: get ready to get your feelings hurt if you’re the chiron person! Well, the way this feels is actually: the sun person will just be hitting you where you’re vulnurable but most likely you’ll like it and feel almost soothed, even. I’ve had this both ways. It’s a great and genuine aspect to have.

I have many thoughts as I am a trans man who used magic for his transition and continues to do so!

This is based on popular correspondences as well as my own so it won't work for everyone but you've asked me for suggestions and I'm giving 'em! :>

Correspondences:

Elements - Fire & Air are seen often as "masculine" signs. Both also correspond with change and renewal. You could use a candle, a feather, or burn the ingredients to ash, grind them up into a fine powder, and disperse them safely into the wind. Water is associated with the moon, who is associated with transitions.

Rocks - Tiger's eye (confidence), Iron (linked to Mars, the MANLY PLANET--no but seriously, Mars is, in a lot of western culture, seen as THE masculine planet) Moonstone (associated with the moon and change) and Labradorite (associated with change)

Planetary - Mars, the Sun, Jupiter, Saturn are considered traditionally masculine. The moon, however, is known to be linked for transitions.

Herbs - The ones I would personally use are cinnamon, oak, yucca, and clove but I found this compilation of masculine herbs from Cunningham's Encyclopedia.

Tarot - Death is one of the most common "transition" cards, as it signifies an end but promises a new beginning. The king of wands is, in my opinion, the "dad" of tarot cards, and embodies a well rounded man. This could be replaced with any king or the emperor, depending on preference. The Wheel of Fortune is also a transition card, I would use it for a smooth transition.

ALSO, I hesitate to add deities to this list due to the fact that I don't want to them to be considered "ingredients", but perhaps their energy would help you or you could petition them:

Artemis - Associated with life phase transitions.

Aphrodite - Associated with transitions and has a form in some mythology with genderqueer representation.

Brigid - Associated with transition due to her relation to the transition of winter to spring.

The Morrigan - Associated with immense change and transformation, also well known to be a shape shifter which could help glamour spells.

Dionysus - Associated with gender fuckery (I feel this, at least).

Odin - Associated with transformation as he has gone through a lot, and many of his own accord, much like us trans folks who seek our transition of our own accord :>

Janus - Associated with new beginnings and transitions.

The nature of Venus

The reasonings behind the temperaments of the planets

My boyfriend had an epiphany about Venus's temperament and he gave me permission to write about it as he doesn't intend to. He's not an astrologer, he learns a lot of astrology from me and as a Venusian he was baffled to know that some astrologers understood Venus as a sanguine planet. This is at least what Ptolemy says and he is just the most influential astrologer in history. This got personal when we did his own temperament calculations and learned that he can be either phlegmatic or sanguine depending on what you consider Venus to be (he's clearly very phlegmatic). As a Libra, the ambiguity was torturous. My boyfriend is convinced that Venus is phlegmatic and not even Ptolemy's authority will convince him otherwise. I don't know if traditional astrologers think about this or are aware of what I'm about to explain, but I myself have never seen any astrologer talking about that and pointing out the pattern he saw, so I think it's worth sharing.

He was just learning about the temperaments of the planets and he was questioning why Jupiter, for example, has domicile in Sagittarius and Pisces, which are choleric and phlegmatic respectively, if Jupiter is a sanguine planet? And why does Mars have a domicile that corresponds to his choleric temperament and then another in a phlegmatic sign? It didn't make sense to him, since the Hellenistics seem to love symmetry very much. The sudden lack of symmetry was unacceptable. To him, everything had to have a pattern and logic, and I think he found them and was able to make a very good defense of the phlegmatic Venus, and I made some developments to it.

The Thema Mundi

For credibility in hellenistic astrology you have to justify things using the Thema Mundi, so if you're not familiar with what that is, this other post by @saturniandevil will help. When we study the Thema Mundi, we say we put the Sun in Leo first, because that's the height of the mythic summer, the Moon stays behind it in Cancer, because things have to start with the luminaries and the Moon is best represented in its phlegmatic phase when it's waning, when it's behind the Sun. The Sun has to see the other planets on its right, while the Moon sees them on its left, of course. And then the planets are arranged in Chaldean order from fastest, Mercury, sitting next to the lights in his role of assisting power, to slowest, Saturn, opposing them.

If you notice you'll see that the Sun and the Moon have temperaments that correspond to their domicile signs. The Sun is hot and dry, as is Leo, the Moon is cold and humid, as is Cancer. Next comes Mercury, the dual planet that is either melancholic or sanguine depending on its phase, cold and dry when it's after the Sun, and hot and humid when it's before the Sun, as illustrated below. It has domicile in Virgo and Gemini, which are melancholic and sanguine. If it stopped here everything would be already perfect, the Sun, the Moon, Mercury number one and Mercury number two cover all 4 temperaments and make sense in their domiciles.

But things have to change when we get to the malefics and benefics, because they don't work in the same way, because they're not supposed to. They're also 4 planets and in their scheme we have to consider that malefics are malefics because they're considered to be extreme, and benefics are benefics because they're considered moderate; this is one of the few consensus in astrology. Mars is considered mostly too hot and it has one domicile with the same temperament, Aries. And Saturn, considered mostly too dry, has one domicile in Capricorn. Because they're extreme, naturally they should have domicile signs compatible with their natures and other ones that are of the complete opposite nature as theirs. Choleric (hot and dry) is the antithesis of phlegmatic (cold and humid), and melancholic (cold and dry) is the antithesis of sanguine (hot and humid). The fixed water sign is considered the main house of Mars traditionally, while the fixed air sign is considered the main house of Saturn, signs where their natures are alien. This highlights even more their extreme natures, they're either here or way over there.

But benefics are considered moderate, temperate, so it makes sense that their houses correspond to only one of their lords' primary qualities individually. They are always in the same quality of either temperature or humidity when in domicile, never both and never neither. Jupiter as a hot and humid planet has domicile in Sagittarius because that's a hot sign that isn't humid, and in Pisces because it's humid without being hot. They don't need to be in domicile in a place that is of the same nature as them, just one that has one of their primary qualities.

This scheme is also more interesting, because it makes the malefic and benefic of the same sect have opposing natures. Jupiter is hot and humid, contrasting the malefic cold and dry nature of Saturn. Venus is cold and humid, contrasting Mars' hotness and dryness. If Venus is considered sanguine the entire scheme collapses. This is why Venus is phlegmatic in our opinion.

The Ptolemaic view

But why does Ptolemy say Venus is sanguine? Or what do I think is his reason? As we all know, Ptolemy created the geocentric system that defined astrology for centuries and continues to be a reference. Here's what he says about Venus's nature:

Venus has the same powers and tempered nature as Jupiter, but acts in the opposite way; for she warms moderately because of her nearness to the sun, but chiefly humidifies, like the moon, because of the amount of her own light and because she appropriates the exhalations from the moist atmosphere surrounding the earth. (Ptolemy, Tetrabiblos Book I chapter 4)

He gave astronomical rationales for everything, including for the primary qualities of the planets, using his own cosmogony. He's giving his astronomical reasons based on his geocentric system he's created, he's not the one worried about symmetry in this. He gives the nature of the planets based on their distance from the Sun, or from the Earth or Saturn, or based on them being in between two specific other planets etc. And there's nothing wrong with that, of course. He implies he's taking from "the ancients" the idea that Jupiter and Venus are both sanguine (Tetrabiblos, Book I chapter 5), he's following his teachers, he's not building everything from the ground up, obviously, so Ptolemy himself might not have even noticed how a sanguine Venus is the only loose end breaking a pattern. I'm not all against breaking rules, but if we use the Thema Mundi as a reference for everything in Hellenistic astrology, and we use it to justify criticism of modern rulerships, with the argument that those who use them don't know the rules to be breaking them, then I think we could see sanguine Venus in the same light.

I’m noticing a lot of critical degrees, I got a 5th house stellium, retrograde planets. I got the oppositions but that’s normal in my own chart esp Leo and Aquarius.

I’m a Leo sun with 26’ natally so my ego is still the same lmao, More emphasis on career and how I’m being perceived. Which is true at the time of writing this, I’ve found a job that I love but I’m placing more emphasis on how I’m being perceived professionally and which company I’d to actual work for. I think just balancing my self and my ego in that type of way and realizing I need to shine. My thoughts align with this though, I often struggle to put it into words or how I communicate. Definitely really need to think about what I’m trying to actually say (Retrograde mercury and it’s 3’ off from my bc) I’m also struggling with gossip I’m noticing so far; we’re definitely gonna see how this pans out.

(CW) Aquarius moon is an interesting one, esp bc it’s the 4th house. Would mean I need to place emphasis on detachment especially in terms of the weight of the emotions I feel within my home. Which makes sense since I still live at home and would like to move out but I’m feeling more so caged in emotionally and that restriction isn’t necessarily making my mental health any better. Also with the relationship with my mother (hopefully) finally gets better or at least we can understand each other. The moon feels at home in the 4th house, so while this is more ‘easy’ flowing energy. Basically I’m in tune with this feeling and I feel like it’s obvious.

Virgo Venus is the same except it’s in the 11th house and 16’. I think this year I should be more so focused on my friendships and those I choose to surround myself. It’s also holding those that I choose to hold around me to a higher standard rather just having folks around. I’m cherishing them and nurturing them but also having to actually use discernment with who are actually there for me especially with this being in a cancer degree it’s focusing on my friends from my home town and who respects me and my boundaries. Which I had an issue happen involving that recently.

Gemini Mars in 8th house with 19’; I can interpret this in a multitude of ways. Naturally the drive to push through transformation and achieving I would say an unconventional approach to tackling debt. This is a wild card placement so my interpretation is a bit off

Gemini Jupiter in 8th house with 17’; honestly I think Jupiter is really truly my friend. Like he really got my back, with mars and Jupiter in such close conjunction esp in the 8th house. This amplifies the heavy energy that’s the 8th house, however I view this is either I plunge deeper into debt with my obsession of luxury or face it and tackle my debt in a more pragmatic aggressive approach.

Pisces Saturn in 5th house with 17’; Saturn is naturally in my 5th house so I live with a struggle on truly expressing my creative talents publicly and with Pisces here it’s going to take another deeper plunge into the unknown away from everyone. My love life is definitely filled with delusions, and not gonna happen this sr year which I’ve made peace with. It’s definitely giving hopeless romantic and I’m not sure what to do with energy so let’s pour it into my passions, or live in daydreams pick one. Hopefully the retrograde helps the energy flows easier.

Taurus Uranus, 5th house with 27’; More unconventional approach to finances, way I express myself creatively. Trying a new approach within my sexual relationships (with Saturn it’s probably me being single since I haven’t been properly single) I think it’s carving a deeper version of finding a way to give myself some self love and discovery. Approaching my creative projects, hopefully this with the discipline to finish them, investing into them.

Pisces Neptune, 5th house with 29’; once again the critical degrees. Delusion bean, I’m joking but Neptune is at home here, though it’s in retrograde. Expressing self love within my spiritual practices and I think just completely hopefully integrating it deeper within my life and reaching a newer and higher understanding. Essentially building this growth within myself deeply. At least that’s how I’d like to interpret it.

(CW) Aquarius Pluto, 4th house 0’; she’s in her element, in terms of Aquarius pluto. I think it’s the restructuring of how I view my home life, re-evaluating the way I live. Just like the destruction of how I view my home life and what to do about it. I’d like to move but it’s not a right time so building as to how I’m going to move. Not letting social media influence the way I view my living situation and hamper on my mental health. That’s how I view it.

(CW) Aries NN, 6th house, 7’: let’s focus on health. Actually focus on my health, however I’m at odds at how I should approach the way I work and balance my health. It’s trying to find the fine balance, between a chaotic work life balance. Which I constantly am trying to find the balance bc oh boy I’m struggling.

(CW) Aries Chiron, 6th house 23’; Unexpected things happening within my health. And how it ties in to my job. Aries technically rules the head which how I’m going to interpret this is my mental health is definitely tied to my actual physical health. Honestly I’m struggling with my diet and how I perceive myself. I’m having severe disordered eating issues, jumping between struggling to eat and binge eating. I’m working 12hrs some days without eating. Then I struggle to even eat, it’s been a pain to get myself to eat. And I just been beating myself up when I do eat, then I’m just on social media and hating myself because I don’t look like a model. It’s been just aggressive cycling of my emotions and how I am perceiving myself.

Cancer MC 29’; again critical degrees, I’m emotional about my job, but I love her. Building an emotional bond, id like to say just finding my own path in terms of my career and how I can emotionally approach it. I feel at home with whatever I end up with at the end of my sr year. Maybe potentially being carful with who I interact with professionally/potential to build some emotional bonds with more people.

I didn’t do aspects because honestly I feel like I’d be here for awhile and this post is already long enough as is. I hope this helps anyone if it doesn’t oh well off it goes into the void. I used degree theory obviously, with just general traditional and modern approaches in terms of analysis of the signs, as well as placidus houses. I used my home/birth town for this, even though I was abroad on my birthday. I’m writing monthly observations so that’ll get posted soonish.

now that the dlc is out I can play around with my own version of paldea's story and the professors (that I may or may not actually talk about), but they won't be in the rainbow rocket stuff with supersymmetry. "officially" at least. maybe I'll draw something for fun, but I don't intend them to actually be in rr like the rest. they're more interesting to me within the story of paldea, especially with the ai aspects and ... other things going on there.

Lusamine

absolutely yes. in the base universe, her "unification" with nihilego kills her pretty quickly. iota lusamine is luckier since her nihilego seems to prefer keeping her around for longer. slow-acting vs fast-acting poisons, I suppose. by the time lusamine is picked up by rr, it's been about 6 months since she became jellyfish. who knows how much time she has left but her mental (and physical) state will continue to deteriorate along the way. an unsurprising consequence of willingly jumping into the mouth of a parasite

possibly? I haven't given that much thought tbh. considering lillie and guzma's proximity to lusamine when she goes motherbeast, they'd both be lucky to make it out alive hahaha. but I could see all three of them trying to help people and pokemon in the UB-overrun world too

honestly, no clue. I don't even think she knows, and she definitely doesn't care. who needs regular pokemon when she's got ultra beasts now! if lillie is still around she might have taken in a few of them herself though.

sterling/saturn helps run the in-universe equivalent of pokemon showdown because he's a nerd. he enjoys simulated battles more than the real thing most of the time

by that I mean the choice of the base universe for invasion wasn't entirely arbitrary; rainbow rocket didn't just Show Up and hope this universe had what they wanted. beforehand, someone from rainbow rocket (either giovanni or archer, maybe even colress) scouted things out, and approached faba for information about the general state of the world and necrozma in particular. faba essentially sells out the universe (and aether's work with necrozma) in exchange for the promise of power and whatever tantalizing rewards the rr emissary offers haha. it's possible some of this involves planting a device to let rr come back to the right universe when ready too. what faba is up to when everything is going down in rr is not something that I've thought about, but he definitely gets found out for his actions leading up to it. oops!

unfortunately probably not. the rr stuff is happening on the other side of the planet and I can't think of a situation which might result in them getting to meet up. I'm not enough of an expert on the two of them to say how such a meeting would play out either, but it would definitely be... interesting considering their own universe's version of the other person has been dead for several years.

The celebration after landing on Mars was winding down. Or at least it was winding down at JSC. Margo knew that it would trickle out to various bars in Houston. In fact, she should probably make a note for nine months down the line. She suspected a mini NASA baby boom was on its way.

She, however, is on her way to to her quiet office. It’s been a tumultuous day, full of nerves and triumphs. As she turned on the floor lamp, she wobbled. She vaguely remembered Emma shoving a banana in her hands before the press conference which had been hours ago. She’d forgotten to eat the rest of the day and her adrenaline was wearing off. She felt herself start to fall.

She’s caught before she hits the floor. “Margo? Are you alright?”

She felt her face warming. “Yeah. Just forgot to eat.”

He shook his head as he wrapped an arm around her waist and maneuvered her to the couch. Emma or Nuri had anticipated her not eating. The coffee table had sandwiches, fruit, cookies, and bottled water laid out.

She gingerly sat down and he sat next to her on the couch, a little closer than what was appropriate. She was too tired to argue and tired enough to let herself feel comfort from his presence. “I’m sorry. That was embarrassing.”

He merely handed her a chocolate chip cookie. “Eat.”

And they both did until her head no longer felt like it was floating. It then occurred to her that they were alone. “Where are your babysitters?”

“Much more temptation in the city than I can get into here.”

She sighed and slipped off her heels. “When I dreamed about this day, this is not how I pictured it.”

He turned toward her and smiled at her gently. “Oh? How did you see it?”

“Once we beat you to Mars, I would come back here. I’d call you. On the official line. Not on a payphone. And after you congratulated me, I’d tell you, ‘Race you to Jupiter.’” Her voice cracked on the last word. I’d take your face in my hands, like this.” He brought his hands to cradle her face. She felt her breathing speed up. She should put a stop to this, but found she could not. He brought his face close to hers but before his lips could touch hers, her murmured, “Better luck next time.”

She laughed and shoved him away. Before she could reply, she yawned.

He looked at her so gently that her heart ached. “When’s the last time you slept?” he asked.

“I’m not sure. But I feel like a little kid. That if I sleep, I’ll wake up and find this is all a dream.”

He reached out again, cupping her face in her hand, thumb tracing the line of her cheekbone. “You need to rest.”

She knew she shouldn’t. She could recite every argument against it. But fuck it. She moved closer, burrowed her head into his shoulder and rested her palm on his chest. She felt him wrap an arm around her shoulders and place a kiss on the top of her head.

I'll explain each individually in case anyone else is curious and then explain how the whole placement works together.

Mars in Scorpio

Mars is the traditional ruler for Scorpio (Modern is Pluto), so Mars usually feels comfortable here.

Anger

When I think of Scorpio in Mars, I think of controlled and quiet rage. You might not even know they're angry at first. They have great poker faces. But when they explode, it can be catastrophic. Especially if they're inclined to act on their feelings instead of thinking about how they'll respond.

I can also see them holding off on reacting and quietly plotting revenge. And it won't just be simple revenge. It will be a magnificent and carefully plotted plan. One I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of.

Motivation

Scorpio Mars individuals will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. They will literally knock down any road block that stand in their way of success. There's a lot of discourse on degree theory. Some astrologers subscribe to it. Some do not. I believe heavily in numerology, so it's something I do look at when I'm reading a chart. I have some critical degrees in my chart and I definitely have heavier themes regarding those planets. But that's just my personal experience. If you don't use degree theory, that's okay! We each have our own individual practice.

22 degrees is a critical degree. This means it might bring more challenges to whatever planet it's in.

So many people call this degree the "k*ll or be k*lled" degree. I don't think this is the case. At least not literally. (Speaking as someone with a 22 degree Jupiter). It's not evil. I don't believe any placement is evil. I just believe some are more challenging.

The term was coined by Nikola Stojanovic. He was an astrologer that noted that this degree was mostly found in charts of destructive events or people. He then associated it with a negative connotation.

I think the meaning depends on interpretation, aspects, houses, signs, life events, etc. There are so many ways an astrology placement can play out. So don't panic if you have this degree. It's not inherently bad.

I've seen some astrologers interpret this degree to be associated with destruction or grief. This is definitely a possibility.

I've seen other astrologers interpret this degree to mean that you either transform (lean into the lessons of the planet) or be transformed (the universe will force to you learn the lessons of the planet). I resonate with this interpretation a little more.

Individuals with 22 degree placements might have Capricorn qualities to those planets, because the 22nd degree is associated with Capricorn.

Since Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, I've always interpreted the 22nd degree to have some Saturnian lessons surrounding the planet it's in. Saturn isn't a bad planet, just a challenging one. Saturn pushes you to be the best you can be and it can take many years to work through Saturnian lessons.

Once you work through the challenges, you can access the benefits associated with that planet/degree.

I also think it can tell you about areas of your life that might be important. With the 22nd degree, you might be good in public office positions or politics as a whole. Capricorn can symbolize institutions, like the government, so this makes sense.

It might also mean that there are fears associated with you accessing the energy of this planet. In example, my Jupiter at 22 degrees is in the 12th House. Jupiter in the 12th is usually seen as favorable. However, I experience a lot of mental blocks when it comes to believing that I am worthy enough to receive abundance. I struggle with allowing myself to believe in my own abilities. And I often get in my own way (I'm working on it).

Jupiter is usually referred to as the planet of growth and expansion, but is also connected to excess. Venus is associated with our views on worldly pleasures and indulgence. When you have Jupiter-Venus aspects in your chart you could be prone to over indulgence and possibly even developing an addiction. The severity of this is more apparent in harsher aspects especially with venus-opposite-jupiter.

Just to be more clear on the above observation, astrology is not an excuse for keeping to addictive patterns.

Pluto in 1st people can't stick to any specific aesthetic and will go through a lot of transformations whether it is a style change, body transformation or lifestyle change. I also feel like your perception of self changes a lot with this placement too

I love that you put Minako in there too, cause I feel like she was there at least in spirit, and that is why Venus's tambourine randomly appeared in Mars's hand along with her own. It's kind of a cool resolution to Mars & Venus's arc, cause at first Venus tried to push Mars to be the team leader while she pretended to be the Princess, and then when Usagi was revealed as the real Princess Serenity she was like "JK I'm taking my leader spot back now sorry." After that, they struggled, with Mars becoming more confident and bold - even standing up to Venus in Act 44 by saying she wouldn't recognize Venus as leader since she hadn't awoken her true Senshi power - and Minako's ice queen exterior getting broken down as a result (her impending death probably also had something to do with that). After having fun with the girls in Act 40, losing the ability to transform in Act 45, and having her own POV thrown back in her face by Makoto and being shown her impact as an idol by Artemis in Act 46, she finally found something to live for besides just her mission and got the surgery she needed - though sadly it didn't work, and she died. Her tambourine ending up in Mars's hands kind of feels like Minako finally trusting Rei and saying "Since I can't be here, you fight for both of us." (And then Minako returns the favor in Special Act, using Mars's sword when Rei is unavailable).

And honestly, being the Soldier of War and all, I wouldn't be surprised if Mars was the second-in-command in the past life. Like Venus was the leader, Mercury was the strategist, Jupiter was the big protective muscle, and Mars was probably a co-leader/ranged weaponry fighter (all her Senshi attacks seem to be ranged fire attacks, and she can use archery as well).

I will probably incorporate something like this in my Final Act AU fanfic if I ever write it (the plot is similar to the original but has the girls unlock their Crystal Power forms and also has them fight Beryl and stuff as in the anime rather than the world getting destroyed and stuff).

- a common misconception regarding the South and North Node: it’s not the mission to abandon your South Node, it just represents what you already learned and brought with you here on earth and should be expanded. The Lunar Nodes represent a constant seek for balance, South and North Node should both be equally integrated in ones life. 

 - regarding North Node: the North Node is more an uncomfortable placement as it pushes us towards what we don’t know and have a hard time understanding and integrating in our life, even though we desire it. The North Node is impulsive and aggressive in its desire and thus, on the negative side, can equally lead to trouble when blindly followed.

- when looking at our own, or even other aspects, especially the harsh ones, we always have to consider the age of the person. As you grow into your placements over the years, we then can have the abilities to handle conflicting energies within us better - this is not only an encouragement to people with harsh aspects, but also newbies who might get intimated by their own and others placements!

- a Quincunx (Inconjunction) can be even harder to resolve than a Square. While a Square can find common ground in the modalities at least, the Quincunx comes from completely different sides and can manifest as unknowingly doing the same mistake over and over again, while the individual wonders why it always hurts. At the same time, it can seem like the only option left for them, even when they know it’s not the optimum. Quincunxes can go under the radar as well, since they are a small aspect 

- this a fun thing I recently did with my own and other charts: If you were born too late or early and you happen to know the approximate delivery date of your birth go and calculate that birth chart! I found myself lucky to be born two weeks later than expected asdfghj

- when you have Aquarius/Uranus touching your ascendant or any house that is about self expression and/or the public it could give you a very scattered energy;  you might be flipping on and off energy wise and people could have a hard time keeping up with you or adjusting to your flow of energies. This can also result in a lot of different ‘phases’ the individual goes through, or in equally getting passionate about something but then losing interest 3 weeks later

- A very common trait that a lot of Pisces Ascendants have are the droopy, watery eyes and often times pointed features on the face/a rather pointed face shape

- Taurus, Sagittarius and Cancer Ascendants could stretch features of the face/the overall face shape. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter and Cancer is exalted in it: both of these signs can be prone to easily gaining width, Sagittarius and Cancer also can indulge a lot and thus can lead to quicker wheight gaining. Taurus, being the bull, can give the individual a rather wide, squary/boxy look, but always very sensual and serene with Venus being it’s ruler

- some thoughts on Ceres: Ceres is an asteroid that tells us equally about nurture and destruction. Ceres was Persephones mother, as much as she loves to take care of her lovely daughter, she sometimes doesn’t know the limits and when to stop - once what she loves is taken from her, she can leave a path of destruction behind her and become deeply obsessive. She can cross boarders and break rules for those she loves. Ceres is a mother archetype, responsible for harvesting, she is not only directly linked to nature, but also a good representation of mother natures extremes

-> Also: Ceres can give you insight about the relationshio between a mother and a child. I would recommend looking at your synastry with your mother figure. It can give you additional information to your parental relationship despite other very telling planets, such as Moon. Look where their Ceres touches your chart and what aspects they form

 -> Ceres in synastry can also show you where your mother figure was most present, what they cared for most and maybe even where they were overly critical/concerned, protective or didn’t care for you at all. 

- some thoughts on North Node an karmic connections in synastry: links from one Nodal point to the other don’t always have to indicate a karmic link that has a major impact in your life. Think about it: All people that are born around the same time as you and have their NN in ~ 10 degrees to yours will conjunct it, but does that mean we’re all karmically connected? It’s more likely these people all share a similar karmic life path, sharing the same soul mission.  Most likely the really big feelings and influences are when the Lunar Nodes touch the inner planets/angles, as they have an almsot immediate and very direct influence on the other

- those with Mercury square/conjunct or opposite Mars/Uranus are the ones to accidentally say something they shouldn’t have if they are in a flow of speech or just really comfortable

- Venus square/opposite Uranus often go against social norms or revaluate them, so this could give them naturally the image of a misfit and provocateur even if they don’t actively intent to do so. Their ‘out of the norm’ behaviour/attitude could leave many people irritated. This also can make them suffer from a lot of misjudgement in their life, as people could put them in a box constantly

- having a water signs in an earth or air house can make the individual a huge advocate and humanitarian, especially when it’s in inner planets or when Uranus/Neptune in Pisces are in an air/earth house

 - This might be a quiet controversial thought for some, but I am a social studies student so just a little food for thought to everyone: let’s look at the heteronormative use of astrology, aka women = Venus, men = Mars, and I am not talking about energies, I am talking specifically about assorting a gender to these planets. Venus and Mars will both show up in someone when pursuing a person of interest and developing feelings. But now think about parts of society trying to raise women as ‘the harmonizer’ and men as the ‘conqueror’, because these are the often associated traits with these two forms of gender. Back at astrology, let’s look at the archetype and temperament of Venus and Mars. Venus is the represent of unions and forming connections thus standing naturally for harmony (mostly that is), and Mars is the fighter the pursuer and represent of raw sexual energy aka life force. If people believe that the association of Venus to women and Mars to men is true, maybe look a bit closer into the environment you grew up in and maybe you can see that it’s a consequence of heteronormativity. Chances are, Mars and Venus would be looked at equally, or only preferred in insights if an individual conciously is more attracted to ‘masculine/feminine energy’ - again, regardless of gender.

- Basically: Astrology is defenitely not free of the negative sides of society and interpretations should be scanned of our own bias as best as we can!

- I noticed that people with profound Mercury, Uranus, Sagittarius or Aries/Mars influence in their chart are the ones to watch YouTube videos in 1,5 x speed. The nervous and impatient energy inside their chart wants either to spend less time on a YouTube video (trying to watch 10 minutes in 5) or feel like how most people talk and the videos flow are just too slow (chances are they wish they could do that irl too asdfgh)

 - Pisces with profound Mercury influence (especially in inner planets) can give the possibility for a very quick to judge individual - and usually they are very expressive with it as well, either in accidental, small gestures or by openly showing their thoughts through facial expressions or quick reactions

- that being said, people who have strong Pisces influence in their chart, especially those with Ascendant/Pisces in 1st, usually give their first thoughts away with their facial expressions. Jason and Juno

I just want to talk about them. I have so many feelings and I can’t find anyone else that cares about them. But, like, why not?

Because Rick ignored Jason in HoO and I still haven’t got my Roman prequels, that’s why.

I freaking love Jason anyway and I always have. And I admit, reading original PJO, I wasn’t the biggest fan of Hera, but we weren’t really supposed to be I don’t think. But Juno? Nah man, Juno is cool.

Everybody seems to write her off because she’s Hera and we all know Hera sucks, and obviously Percy and Annabeth don’t like Hera so makes sense that we kinda subconsciously take their lead. But Juno is cool - and I will absolutely fight that corner forever. It’s like, Ares was kinda a dick in many regards, but Mars was a good dad to Frank, Mars was cool too.

Juno was one of the only gods interested in actively helping demigods, particularly her favoured ones, sure, but she still tried to help. And she obviously cared about them too. Not just Jason, it was very evident she liked Leo a lot too (and I love that too). And we know - at least from ToA - that she had a soft spot for Frank too (and honestly who can blame her).

But yeah, so I actually dig Juno in HoO. She helped out, she was awesome, she was actively nice at least to Jason.

So that’s the first thing to get over. Hate Hera if you want to - but let me convince you that Juno is better. Re-read the books and look for her being nice and cool. Because it’s there.

On top of that though, the relationship between Juno and Jason just makes me so happy and warm. I love it so much, even though I haven’t seen anyone else that seems to care.

Jupiter was at least as much of a dick as Zeus was - that’s something everyone agrees on I think. And I think a lot of us if not everyone can agree that he was a worse dad to Jason than he was to Thalia. And maybe that’s because he washed his hands of responsibility for him after he gifted Jason to Juno. (Dick move btw.) but either way, he basically ignored Jason his entire life and throughout HoO. He was hands down one of the most distant godly parents of the seven and of a lot of main heroes we’ve followed in the series’. So Jason couldn’t really depend on him for help or guidance an awful lot and basically felt like he didn’t have a father. But at least he had Juno.

Juno was a good patron to him. She helped him where she could. She actively and genuinely cared about him. She tried to make herself available for chats when he needed them as much as she could. Gave him presents (his gladius) and praise when he did well, pep talks for what was ahead. As pseudo foster mothers go, she really wasn’t bad. Closest thing Jason had to a parent, and yeah, he could’ve had worse. He did have worse with his alcoholic slightly off the rails actual mother who gave him away, and had worse in a dad who never spoke to him or saw him or lifted a finger to help him until the very last second and who also gave him away. I kinda gotta figure after that kind of treatment from both your actual parents, getting what he got from his patron was probably very appreciated.

And Juno/Hera is the goddess of marriage and family among other things. Throughout the series it’s pretty much her biggest hang up. And obviously she wasn’t always the best mother (poor Hephaestus) to her actual kids, but she kinda held Olympus together. Stopped them all tearing each other apart. Family was important to her and something she valued. Obviously she hated when her husband cheated on her and had someone else’s kids. Honestly? That’s pretty reasonable to be unhappy about. But she watched the rest of her family, literally forever, having kids willy nilly when they wanted to. Obviously Artemis didn’t, but she didn’t want kids and she had the hunters so that’s fine. For someone that loves family so much, it’s very possible she could’ve been a little envious of everyone else having huge families. She still had her Olympian family, but maybe she would’ve liked to have some demigods of her own, if it didn’t involve cheating which she just won’t do. She favoured original Jason and was his patron too, so she was happy enough to adopt them, but it still wasn’t something she did often. So she didn’t get a lot of mortal kids and might’ve felt like she was missing out. But at least she had Jason.

So, being given another little adopted demigod, hell yeah she probably loved mothering him. He was totally her kid. He didn’t have any parent or family to be there for him, she didn’t have any demigod kids of her own and knew she never will. That’s hella cute that they can adopt each other.

Everyone loves found families lately - well this is basically that. Kinda forced at first but doesn’t mean they wouldn’t grow to love each other. They helped each other, could depend on each other. Juno is literally the patron of Rome as well. So even if Jason hadn’t known from the off that he’d been given to Juno, he’d have still had the sense that she had his back along with the rest of Rome, so he might’ve asked for a little help or guidance before HoO, maybe while he was Praetor too. And Juno being New Rome’s patron would’ve probably kept an eye over Camp Jupiter and especially when Jason rose to Praetor she could’ve been paying more attention to him from then. Watched out for him during the Titan War.

I want to know more about them. Especially if Jason was fully aware that she was his patron the whole time before HoO. I want them to have had some sort of relationship. I want them to like each other at least a little. Nico and Hades got closer eventually. Percy and Poseidon (and honestly a bunch of the gods) got on well. Mars adored Frank. Aphrodite seems pretty cuddly with her kids in general. I don’t think it’d be a terrible stretch for Juno and Jason to have each other’s backs.

I want to know if Jason ever made offerings for her along with Jupiter. Burnt food at CHB for her as well as his dad.

I want to know if Juno ever helped him out on earlier quests at all, whether he knew it or not. If she ever gave him and maybe Reyna too, sort of a Praetor deal, counsel.

I want to see Juno fully lean into having Jason as her favourite, as her chosen hero. I want to see her lend some power to him when he needs it. I want to see Jason with the Blessing of Juno. How many demigods would’ve ever gotten that? That’s unheard of. I want it for him. I want to see him marching on Mount Othrys to take down Krios and topple the throne, not with the blessing of Jupiter (although I would also love to see him with that, that would be so cool!) but with the blessing of Juno, patron of Rome. I wanna see him monologuing Krios into intimidation like he did to the giants: I'm the son of Jupiter, I'm a child of Rome, consul to demigods, praetor of the First Legion. I slew the Trojan sea monster, I have the blessing of Juno: Patron of Rome. And she also happens to be my stepmom, dick.

I talked about it in another post before, him getting her blessing. Supposedly with her Roman counterpart she’s supposed to be militaristic, strategic, etc. A blessing from his dad would be like an explosion of power, don’t get me wrong. It’d be like Thor in Infinity War. Magnificent. He could totally burst into the palace and fry Krios and destroy the throne. But I think it’d also be pretty damn awesome if he got zapped with her blessing and became like the ultimate military leader (kind of like Frank with Mars’ blessing I suppose, but more strategic instead of hitting the protein shakes), leading the troops in the invasion and being a total Praetor before he even became Praetor.

Side note: It’s probably not possible but can you imagine if he got blessings from both of them?? I doubt you can have two at a time, but that would be spectacular if he did. Especially from Jupiter and Juno. He would be incredibly powerful, no wonder the Legion made a big deal out of him in the early part of the series. Always was a little disappointed we never got to see cool Roman Jason. I love Jason, I do, but he wasn’t exactly what we heard about in The Lost Hero and Son of Neptune. It never felt like we saw his full potential. So I’m just gonna sit in my corner and dream it up instead lol.

Anyway, this was purely for me because I have a lot of feelings about these two and I couldn’t find anything about them at all or not anything positive. But if anyone else likes them or has ideas or there is stuff you can point me to, please do, I want to get involved in it and find people that are into this so bad!

Osiris & OCD

I’ve had this post on my mind for a while but I never got around to sitting down and writing it. So here we are.

Osiris has OCD.

Yes, you read that right. Osiris has OCD and I’ll be going into depth here why he can be read that way.

To start off I would like to clarify what, exactly, OCD is since there are many misconceptions about it perpetuated by pop culture. OCD is different for everyone who has it, at least the way the symptoms present themselves. It’s not entirely about “ew yuck I hate germs.”

OCD is a long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and/or behaviors (compulsions) that they feel the urge to repeat over and over.

Obsessions are repeated thoughts, urges, or mental images that cause anxiety. Compulsions are repetitive behaviors  that a person with OCD feels the urge to do in response to an obsessive thought.

Not all rituals or habits are compulsions. Everyone double checks things sometimes. But a person with OCD generally:        

Can't control their thoughts or behaviors, even when those thoughts or behaviors are recognized as excessive

Spends at least 1 hour a day on these thoughts or behaviors

Doesn’t get pleasure when performing the behaviors or rituals, but may feel brief relief from the anxiety the thoughts cause

Experiences significant problems in their daily life due to these thoughts or behaviors.

Now, with this clarified I can go into detail about how these symptoms present themselves with Osiris. Let’s start with bringing up a couple of instances that stood out to me (as local OCD haver.)

Bodies in the rubble.

Evacuees from the Eastern breach caught in the blast.

Their deaths filled his mind through twenty gilded eyes, capturing the scene in its totality.

Osiris would scour the Northern front in golden Light.

He looked to the shattered wall. Through the gap, mind inutile, overshadowed by the eternal precipice. Crowded with menace. Eyes peering down, seeping over, hungry, waiting to flood this last hope with plunging depth. Even now, as Fallen lines break against the Light, others stand watching from deep starless hollows. If not this, another. The dam will fail, as all do in time.

The Pigeon and the Phoenix. 9: Thin

Osiris is absent; preoccupied with insatiable predilections that drive him to worry.

His mind is still taxed from his last visit. He remembers—camouflaged against the rushing atmospheric bands of Jupiter—how he drifted alongside its evergreen moon. He remembers the deep wedge that sunk between the two bodies, dividing them.

The Pyramid before him, lascivious tendrils of wildfire hue flowed from it like a grasping hand across the Cradle. The image as clear as relived trauma. Io had been dwarfed against the black angular pit seated in its atmosphere. His eyes could not leave it then; even now, he feels himself falling into its gravity as they approach again.

“Have you sent it  to Saint yet?” Sagira flitters into view. She brings him back to the present, soaring across space. 

Immolant Pt. 1

Osiris tenses his jaw in forced silence. He twiddles with code. “I’m worried about what Vance found.”

Saint places a heavy hand on Osiris’s chest. “Let go of your obsession. Do not leave chasing phantoms again.”

“Phantoms… You think the Darkness is satisfied? This is just the first move. I need to know the next before it’s made.”

“If there is something you fear, let me help you. We face this together.”

Osiris’s mind drifts to the Dark anomalies. Saint doesn’t need another burden.

“The safest place for you is the Tower, Saint. Time... tends to renege on its gifts.” 

Immolant Pt. 1

So.

Obsessions: Upsetting focus about the dark future he tries to avoid, of the Vex, of the Darkness, and of death.

There is another instance in the Tomb Rider lore where he starts down an “OCD Spiral” of obsessions, starting off with his worry over Mercury. In which Saint promptly shuts him down by grounding (lifting him by the shoulders), and diverting attention (feeding him candy.)

Let’s look at his compulsions.

“He’s dead because of me. I’ve made every precaution. I’ve had my Echoes check against trillions of disaster scenarios.” He turned to look at the fluctuating glow of the exposed chronometric core. “Mercury is the only planet that will be affected. Because that’s where he died.”

Without thinking, Osiris pulled off his gloves. Freed of the metal gauntlets, his hands looked old. He wrung them together, his fingers worrying at the edges of his ragged nails. "If the Darkness is able to claim Mars… if they take Mercury—"

"Quiet your mouth," commanded Saint-14, and Osiris did.

Saint-14 stood and then moved toward Osiris in two enormous strides. He grasped the Warlock by his shoulders and lifted him to his feet. He took Osiris's hand in his own and wordlessly filled it with triangular orange candies.

Osiris obediently placed a few in his mouth and chewed silently.

Tomb Rider.

I see infinity.

An infinity of possible worlds, so perfectly simulated as to be indistinguishable from the experiences I once called "reality." I can touch them, taste them, pass lifetimes in them! They grow within this machine like fruit upon a tree—no, a forest of trees, its fractal expansion nigh unmeasurable.

I said that to Sagira and she replied, "Sounds like a challenge."

This Ghost of mine knows me too well.

It strikes me now that I could find in this Infinite Forest a reality in which Ikora accompanied me into its endless mysteries.

What an awful, destructive machine this is.

I must know everything about it.

Kairos Function (Chest)

Osiris nods, realizing he had no right to demand action. “I apologize. Thank you.” He motions toward the windows’ reinforced glass. “The Traveler’s reforging was  a sight to behold.” His words have a faint reverence to them.

Zavala turns away from the Traveler’s pale light, his face dimmed. “Indeed. I wish it was more than just that.”

“These events were beyond us all, Zavala. I should have seen it… I just want to correct my error.”

“I’ll help you where I can, Osiris. Remain in contact, and if it is dire, I will point every gun at whatever fiend you uncover.”

Compulsions: Checking and double checking again and again, picking at his nails (picking is another common OCD Thing), learning everything he can about an Upsetting Thing, chasing “loose ends” to correct stuff he considers his fault.

Interestingly enough it seems that both Saint and Sagira are aware of his tendencies and respond to them by either physically grounding him or distracting him. ( “Saint places a heavy hand on Osiris’s chest.”  -  “Sagira flitters into view. She brings him back to the present, soaring across space.”  -   “He grasped the Warlock by his shoulders and lifted him to his feet. He took Osiris’s hand in his own and wordlessly filled it with triangular orange candies.” -  “Sagira darted down as if to dive bomb her chosen, but stopped just short and met him eye to eyes.” )

Let’s also not forget that Ikora, the Speaker, and Saint have described Osiris to be obsessive, and though Osiris denies this it’s hard not to see that he is. Thus… “Obsession” part of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

So there you have it. There’s quite a bit of lore that points towards or at least allows it to be read as him having OCD.

Is today you explain gojos sun in geto 7th house? I wanna know 🤠

I wasn't really planning to, but since you asked I'll ramble about it.

First of all, here is a link to their synastry chart, according to the risings I usually give them.

What I really feel about their synastry chart is something that tbh I always thought but only recently I started to see people agreeing with what I thought, so I finally found the courage to give my interpretation about Gojo and Geto's dynamics.

Gojo is the one who refers to the other as "his one and only", so you'd probably think that he would be the one with Geto's placement in his 7th house. Yet Geto's Sun falls in his 3rd house, while most of his Cap placements fall in his 2nd house (with the exception of his Mars and Uranus, which are in his 1st). Geto's Sun in Gojo's 3rd house is easy to explain: he was a classmate, somebody who is easy to speak to, somebody who is always by his side. The 2nd house synastry is a bit more puzzling to define: Geto for Gojo is definitely someone who can rely on, and it's so reliable that he may have even starting to feel like a certainty. Knowing this + the fact that Geto's Jupiter is in his 7th house, you'd definitely understand why Geto seemed used to share treats with him and such. So when Geto went on his own, it must have felt to him like a /tangible/, almost physical absence (imagine you reaching for a lamp on your bedside table just to remember that it got broken a while ago, but in a more emotional way). Also I just noticed that Gojo's Mars is opposing Geto's Moon (not the closest, bust still there): he knew that any angry word or action he did when Geto was leaving would only have made things worse, probably.

Geto having 7th house synastry with Gojo is more curious, but also maybe more easy to understand. When people think of 7th house synastry the first thing they say is romantic partners, and then maybe business ones, but the 7th house is way more than that: it's where "me" ends and "you" begins, thus it's someone you have to make a deal with to. When you reach an agreement you can then become lovers or co-entrepeneurs, but if you don't agree then that makes the other, essentially, an "enemy". So when Gojo refused to follow Geto, Geto chose him as an enemy.

Now, another thing I think exists in their dynamics, at least on Geto's side, is that he has a lot of 8th house placements, so I think that when he was breaking down back in 2007 was also due to a feeling of power balance. Only Gojo's Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are in Geto's 8th house, but maybe since that house is already packed on its own can highlight a feeling I believe he had, at least unconsciously: he felt like he didn't have enough on his own, not enough power, not enough resources, and because of that he, along with the rest of the Jujutsu society, had to rely on Gojo and his strength.I am not saying that he was envious of what Gojo had, more like he felt he didn't have enough to support him as much as Gojo did for him. There's a reason why he said "don't worry, Gojo will (be the one) to take care of this" to Nanami, or why he said "are you Gojo Satoru because you're the strongest or are you the strongest because you're Gojo Satoru", and I think that can really show what 7th and 8th house synastry can be. Also take note that Gojo's Capricorn Venus is actually in Geto's 9th house: the 9th house is the the one that rules over justice (at least in a virtuous "principle" way), maybe this is why Geto, deep down, was almost fine with the idea that if somebody had to stop him, then that must had been Gojo.
