Seriously though, the entire plot on how the fic is written is just too good to even be true, It feels as if i’m reading a script for the movie at some point (if that makes sense..)

The introduction of Blue and the slow pace of the story has me wondering and waiting for more, AND THE LOREEEE…GRAAAA

i’m gonna be totally honest, i rarely read fics at times! but for some reason your fics never have me not jumping around my bed and kicking my feet around excited to read more, i’ve only been like that towards physical books i have that I read on my free time

THERE IS SO MUCH I COULD GO ON ABOUT… the interactions between Vanessa and Blue and Abby and Blue have me teething on my fingers because it’s too sweet for me to handle, the little references dropped, the plot…the whole thing..i am always amazed by how good most of your fics are written, and i know that they are probably really difficult to come by!

i’m gonna be cheesy and end this off quick cause i’m rambling… I absolutely love your writing style so much..😭💖 it brings me so much joy!

I just wanna say, Taylor as Alex's "God damn I love him" face is so fucking powerful

This promo still came out two days before the movie

And just by looking at this photo, WITHOUT EVEN WATCHING THE MOVIE, I felt so much love from how he looks at Henry that I JUST STARTED TO CRY

Then you have moments like this, which makes me want to scream, he looks at Henry like he's the greatest wonder in the world

And then for maximum insanity there's this compilation/edit of all moments of Alex looking at Henry which again MADE ME LITERALLY SOB (I'm tempted to share a list of my fav RWRB edits on YouTube)

I swear Taylor read the line "Alex is so in love that he could die" from the book and carved that line into his brain, look at him. That is that line personified. What the fuck.

Vanessa being forced into becoming a cop because William wanted a way to cover up the night guard murders at Freddy’s. Vanessa hating herself for following orders (but knowing she would do anything her dad asked her to; knowing that’s all she’s ever done), but thinking to herself, “Maybe this way, I could keep them safe.” She doesn’t know if she means the night guards or the animatronics.

Vanessa during police training, learning all the self defense and all the tactics and all the ways to keep herself safe and thinking, “Maybe, if I just knew this, I could’ve done something—maybe I can do something now.” But each time she meets her father face to face, she’s a little girl cleaning the blood off William’s Spring-trap suit again, scrubbing until her fingers are raw, because she’s so fucking scared of messing up, but he wouldn’t hurt her. He won’t hurt her, right? He wouldn’t do the same to his own daughter, right?

Vanessa, as she’s being stabbed, staring at the aged face of her father who she wanted to earn love from so badly, searching for an ounce of regret in those eyes that haven’t looked at her with affection in a long time, but she doesn’t know if she sees any. Vanessa looking down to see the suit’s yellow hands, her own blood now staining it, thinking of how much of a chore it’ll be to clean it.

Vanessa knowing this might be the day she dies, by the hands of her own father at that. Vanessa knowing the next words she say might be her last. Vanessa choosing to say them anyway—not like a question, but a plead.

“Dad…”

A plead that hides behind her words, a plead for something she’s wanted for so long, a plead for something she’ll never get.

Yesterday I saw someone bitching about the upcoming War of the Rohirrim anime, and they said "Tolkien already had powerful rebellious female characters: Eowyn and Arwen! Way to tell people you haven't read the book"

Meanwhile one of my reactions upon finishing the books, after watching the movies, was: "How strange, I haven't seen Arwen a single time! Oh wait! Yes, that little dot right there! That's her, I recognize her now!"

More seriously: Presenting Arwen as being just as important as Eowyn in the Lord of the Rings novel(s) is a good way to tell people you haven't read the books X) Because I'm sorry, but RADAGAST, friggin' RADAGAST has more lines than Arwen. Yeah, she is the most important part of the Appendices, Tolkien himself wrote very clearly that her story was the crucial part of them... BUT THEY ARE APPENDICES!!! Arwen definitively is not the main female character of the story.

The real important female characters for the novel? Eowyn. Galadriel. Goldberry. And Shelob. Them's the Golden Girls of Lord of the Rings.

Now for the real question: Is Sophia Shelob or Galadriel?

watched hi nanna today and it was so good!

the female lead talking about not wanting to get married or have kids AND not being ridiculed for it was not smth i expected to watch in a telugu movie but it gave me exactly that!

my first favourite scene in the movie was the one where yashna breaks down after finding about their daughter's condition and she starts taking it out on viraj and he tries his best to hug her and they end up on the floor with him holding her down. i just loved everything about it! the acting was honestly amazing. mrunal did a fantastic job and even the way it was shot was just,,, beautiful

my second favourite scene was the one where viraj talks about having kids and yashna freaks out and they argue about it and viraj goes out the door saying he wished he never married her but immediately comes back in and hugs her and they make up

ALSO i love that the movie still has that lil bit of silliness that most telugu rom coms do!

i'm really not sure how i feel about the ending tho bc i didn't like it after finishing the movie bc i thought viraj deserved someone better than yashna?? hated that she blamed him for their daughter's condition but now that i think about it.... i feel like viraj should've been more understanding about her stance on kids so he shouldn't have brought up kids so suddenly in the first place and now i've finally come to the conclusion that it kinda makes sense lol

another favourite thing about the movie is yashna's character! she's a woman who's scared of getting married bc of her parents own broken marriage and doesn't want to have kids bc what if her marriage fails too? she doesn't want to put her kids through what she'd experienced and it's such a valid fear for someone like her. and sure, she gets over her fear of marriage bc of viraj but it's not easy for her to change the way she thinks about kids and so she tells viraj that she's worried that if they have kids and their marriage ends up failing, then it's gonna hit the kids the hardest and she doesn't want that which, again, makes so much sense for someone who grew up the way she did but viraj did not grow the way she did and so he hates that she thinks so pessimistically about their marriage and they have a fight about it

and after they end up having a daughter who's diagnosed at birth with a fatal pulmonary condition, yashna freaks out bc her worst fear has come true in a way she did not expect it to. she has to put her daughter through so much trouble but not bc of why she thought it would be that way

and and and the fact that the three of them don't together until after yashna gets better is amazing! might not work for everyone but it worked for them haha

So Sayaka has obviously been silenced from speaking out against Homura but also it seems oddly malicious? Forcing Sayaka not to speak when she knows what’s wrong with the world is kinda messed up. Like why was she not made to forget everything like we can assume Nagisa was. They both worked for the law of cycles. Also, Sayaka is more of a threat since she knows Homura did something. Like Homura wouldn’t have to worry about Sayaka if she was made to forget everything.

To me, there are two possibilities. One, there’s something about Sayaka that makes it impossible for her to forget everything (maybe her connection in Madoka in life). Two, Homura did it specifically to torment Sayaka. I’m not sure how I feel about that cuz obviously we don’t have a lot of characterization for Homucifer so it doesn’t really feel in character. I feel like that tips the scales towards evil pretty hard so I’m not sure. Interested to find out what’s going on in any case.
