So I've been thinking about deuce in @otaku553 sabo and aces au. And I've recently seen their blog about how that deuce might've been a revolutionary soldier or a famous writer.

I can't really seeDeuce becoming a famous writer in a short amount of time- so basically what I've been thinking is that Deuce might get the pen name "Deuce". Even though in the Ace Light novel Ace gives him the name but in boichi makes Deuce give the pen nameto himself but idk man.

So basically Deuce leaves his hometown when he's seventeen (since he looks like he's like in his eighteenth or nineteens.) He sails through the wast blue in different ships (that aren't by pirates) and writes about it. Until one day a Pirate captain who was in need of a doctor. It wasn't like a professional doctor was dying to be on their ship. Deuce took that opportunity to explore the sea and (unfortunately having to remember hid childhood of being forced into a doctor AHEM)

A year later when he's eighteen the pirate group disbands. The pirate ship has traveled through the grandline and through the new world then going back to the grandline or smth. Deuce then reworks on the draft of his adventures then publishes it.

(Maybe his pen name will be Koymia or smth?? Idk man)

After awhile he becomes famous for his chronicles (GRAHHH I PULLED THIS FROM MY ASS)

I love how the interviews were like "Rayla's new obsession is the coins and she will have to learn what's more important, Callum and the world or freeing her parents" for Rayla to choose the current mission right away in episode one and put the coins aside but then Callum inmediatly getting obsessed with them way more than her to the point of putting them in danger by looking for info just because she loves her very much, it's hilarious.

I think O’Khasis would be a very religious “Praise be to Lady Irene” place and that means Zane has religious trauma because I say so.

But I think he abuses that trauma. He knows how worthless, fearful and willing religion can make you so he uses it against others. He threatens his followers (since he is High Priest) with the same threats of eternal pain and suffering and the fear of coming back as a Shadow Knight to get people to do as Irene (he) wants.

He knows it works because throughout his childhood it worked on him and his brothers. He watched his father keep him and others under his thumb using religion and wanted to feel that kind of control since he lacked it so much in childhood.

I think that as Zane got older he didn’t even believe in the eternal suffering because if that was true why was his father so terrible and why was he not scared of what Irene planned for him? I don’t even think Zane believed Irene was a Goddess or some kind of celestial being. I think he probably thought she was a very powerful and clever witch who manipulated people to believe her own hype. And I think he respected that and wanted it for himself and wanted the power and notoriety to get everyone to worship him and thats what started his hunt for her relic.

I think Zane believes everyone is like him in some way. Doing whatever it takes to get to the top which is why he feels no shame or guilt in it. In his mind, from what he’s been shown by his father and everyone around him thats just how people are.
