you showed off your dozens of letters to your friends, though they were disinterested since this wasn't exactly your first time ranting about your oh so dear secret admirer, in fact it probably was your nth time talking about him in that week alone, your friend kazuha takes a closer look at the letters before letting a small smile take place on his lips.

"The handwriting looks familliar."

"Huh? Really?"

"Yeah, looks like Scara's handwriting to me."

Ah yes, Scaramouche. The person who you were sure only existed to make your college life a living hell, he pestered you daily, borrowing simple stuff like pens and when you ask for it back he shrugs you off with a "i forgot it at home" or a "i lost it."

"That gremlin? Pfft no way, he hates me with his whole being."

"That's not a lot of hate now, is it?"

And with that your group errupts in laughter, you couldn't help but join in, but kazuha's comment made you think, what if it really was scaramouche writing to you? nahh it can't be, your secret admirer is so sweet, they even bought you your favorite snacks and drinks the other day, comparing them to that evil goblin is truly offensive.

And when you parted with your friends to go to your respective classes you kept thinking about kazuha's comment, I mean scaramouche is attractive yes, but you just can't imagine him doing all the things your secret admirer has done.

On your way to your class you bumped into albert, this creep who just can't seem to read the room, you've rejected him plenty times and you've ignored him for plenty more but he just can't seem to get the hint.

"Name! Oh yeah by the way, are you free tonight? Wanna have dinner with me?"

"Oh albert, I'm sorry but I have to go uhh study for a quiz.."

"Aww c'mon, it'll be quick i promise! Or an even better idea is why don't you give me your number? So we can make plans for when you're finally free."

At this point your back hit the wall behind you since albert just keeps getting closer, you're clearly uncomfortable and you pray to archons above that someone passes by and helps you.

"I really gotta go, I'll be late-"

"Class doesn't start for another 5 minutes, name. What do you say we-"

"Finish that sentence and i'll crush your skull."

Out of nowhere a familiar tuff of indigo hair appeared, his hands were wrapped around albert's collar as he pulls him away from you.

"Hey man?! What the fuck is wrong with you??"

"Name said they're gonna be late. If I hear that you ever come near them again, I won't hesitate to break both your legs so you won't be able to go anywhere."

And with that albert ran off, scaramouche looked at you, his eyes no longer holding the dark aura that they possesed not even a minute ago.

"You okay?"

"Yeah.. Why'd you do that?"

"..do what?"

"Save me? You kinda don't give off that knight in shining armor energy you know?"

"Cause what kinda sick fucker let's the person they like be harassed like that? I spent so much time asking around to know what your favorite foods are so I can get them for you and you think I won't punch a bitch for you?"

And when it finally sets in that he basically just confessed to you his first instinct was to run away, and so he did. He turned his back to you as he started walking away, you grabbed his wrist as a way to stop him before he looks at you, he looked adorable, his cheeks stained red while he averted his eyes, trying to avoid your gaze.

"Are you really?"

"Yeah, look just reject me and let's get this over with."

"Reject? No! You owe me ice cream since you finally introduced yourself."

"What."

"I'd like to go out with you, Scaramouche."

In a Tangled Modern au, I adore the idea of Hugo and Varian just, living in Eugene and Rapunzel’s house. There’s no way they don’t end up having a large fancy house and Raps totally doesn’t mind them living off her, and Varian and Hugo are broke college students during an economic crisis. They pretty much make her basement their own apartment. (And it’s a good parallel to the fanon where the two end up moving into the castle.)

But I also love the idea of Var and Hugo buying a shed/trailer/mini house and putting it in Raps and Eugene’s back yard and living there.

Just, the idea of Eugene walking onto his back porch one day and there’s this tiny lil house with explosions going off inside, and the realization that he’s stuck with his gremlin cousin and his chaos goblin boyfriend for the rest of his natural life fills me with so much joy.

He tried moving away.

I personally like to headcanon that there is a Mandalorian version of the Labyrinth featuring a Jedi Goblin King that is Grogu's favorite bedtime story. Din can quote the entire script of the holo version because he's had to sit through it so many times. Grogu subjects everyone who travels with them to watching it and throws tantrums if Din doesn't read at least a chapter of it to him before he gets put into his hammock for the night.

Anyway, I think I'm officially becoming the weird dinluke au gremlin bc we've gone from the Sound of Music to the Labyrinth just this week lol

Even in off-mode, they are able to perform inhuman movements such as mutated hands, fangs, and so on.

He is a Gremlin (in species) and a goblin (in nature)

Has a playful rivalry with the Spaghetti kids, specifically with Giovanni. (Like father like son, tho Pino and Theo they don't wanna kill eachother anymore, besides the kids are watching)

The second born, She is 1 and a half years old.

Has rabbit ears like Her Mom but a rat tail like Her Dad and Brother.

Really attached to Tomás, in return he is surprisingly protective of her (Big bro duties)

The Pink bunny that Tomás had in the photo now belongs to Her.

Knows how to say: Mama, Papa, Tomah/To-to (Tomás) and Buh-buh (Bunny)

First off love the heylin omi au wonderful work. Second I'm gonna take a guess and assume that the xiaolin crew are absolutely feral goblin children thanks to wuyas morally ambiguous influence and their being no real authority to balance out their gremlin-ness. The way they see it, omi outmatches them in skill so they gotta get creative, a little underhanded and alot choatic to level the playing feild. I think that's why omi wants them as friends, he sees them go absolutely feral and immediately decides they'll make great siblings co-conspirators.

Oh yes Wuya has encouraged the feral chaos gremlin nature of her students, and yep getting creative is the only way they can get to close to beat Omi.

(Anyone else in showdown with one of them and Omi is gonna be destroyed in the first minute they have definitely scarred some people for life... Chase and Wuya are both very proud)

Clay is the only one who it not full chaos gremlin all the time, and even then he has his moments.

And Omi sees these Showdowns as the most fun EVER! He loves Showdowns with them so much and fighting them it's the best game ever. He very much wants them to join his side but until they do the showdowns are fun enough. (or until he becomes a heylin prince in his own right conquers the world with his dad, then defeats them and makes them his fallen warriors and gets them on his side that way).

He knows they're all going to be amazing and have so much fun conquering the world together (He's going to let them all choose there own animal forms to it's going to be awesome)

So, some more thoughts for the Orin gets Tadpoled AU, notably her relations with the other party.

General Headcanons - uses the fact she is a shapeshifter to hide she is a doppelgänger because Shadowheart pointed out the fact she looks just a tad bit suspicious, however when she is around the party she doesn't bother. She does use these abilities to get around pretty effectively (such as transforming into a Drow to get past the goblins and other good skips like that) and will transform to fit in(she changes into a tiefling around the tiefling, human around the druids, etc)

Violence is an answer however other people in the party teach her there are other ways.... and when people like Gale and Shadowheart begin to give her praise for being more crafty and cunning with her way of dealing with problems, well, why wouldn't she do what they like?

Whenever the urge pops pop she is very loud about it. "I SHALL TRIM THAT MEAT STUB FOR YOU" "WAIT STOP HER P L E A S E" and someone(notably Shadowheart) is able to stop her from doing something stupid. She gets better control and has to deal with the urge in general less than the Durge. (Astarion pouts whenever she is stopped)

She uses nicknames for everyone.

Lae'zel (Wondrous Blood-soaked Warrior) - Other than the fact Orin is pretty openly unhinged they get along pretty damn well. Lae'zel admires how good Orin is at killing, Orin admires how good Lae'zel is at killing. Plus Orin very much enjoys when Lae'zel gives her praise. When they get to the Creche though, Orin is not having a good time and begins to have some flashbacks to the temple of Bhaal especially during the trainee scene and may be pretty reactive which does cause some problems for the two of them, but after things are finished there Orin does her best to comfort Lae'zel for losing her anchor.

Shadowheart (Beloved Cleric) - Shadowheart and Orin are amnesia buddies. I also feel Orin freed Shadowheart from the nautiloid because the more allies the less lonely the better! Shadowheart isn't sure what to make of this gremlin who borders on almost murder, and ends up being Orin's voice of reason most of the time. Now this is just for me, but Shadowheart x Orin romance. Goth GFs who have family issues (that family just being a fucking cult) and need to find a place to belong and sense of being, so why not do that together? Plus we see Orin's hair, she does it herself probably, Shadowheart and Orin braid train.

Gale (Wizard) - Orin nearly cuts Gale's hand off and is barely stopped by Shadowheart, so it is uh, a bit of a rocky relationship at first. However Gale is willing to forgive and keep an eye on their new unhinged doppelgänger friend. I do think Gale wants to study Orin because how often are you traveling with such an adept shapeshifter? Orin of course adores the attention and answers any questions she can and they end up bonding over that. Orin has no problem parting with magical trinkets for the wizard and wishes to fight Mystra herself. Orin also finds herself very much enjoying his cooking considering she can't remember ever having suck well made food in her entire life.

Astarion (Bloodsucker) - Orin ends up doing good things to get approval from the two people she met and bonded with first, thus Astarion being a bitch about it gets him a look of distain from Orin. Besides, Orin being a rogue he is not needed in the party. However Orin has no qualms about his wish for blood and he is free to fill his thirst whenever he wishes.... Plus Astarion does enjoy the fucking wild things Orin tends to say.

Wyll (Fiery Blade) - You know Wyll is a bit freaked out at first with Orin for well, obvious reasons however when it is clear she is going to cause... notably less problems then one might expect, they end up getting along pretty well. Orin I think would enjoy his dramatics and listening to stories and begins to take cues from him when weaving her own tales. When he teaches her how to dance it is quite fun and she may get a bit too into it, however I can only see them being bros mostly because Orin is still yelling about draining people dry.

Karlach (Heated Axe that cuts enemies like butter) - I think these two loons get along so fucking well, Orin will use Karlach as a spring board once her engine is fixed to dive bomb enemies well Karlach will slaughter them from the front. When Orin hears of this 'Gortash' she makes note that they shall split him and wear his enthralls as a wondrous scarf, which Karlach is totally behind. Orin also keeps bringing Karlach hearts because "if the issue is someone took yours, surely it can be replaced. I will find as many hearts as needed to fix your problem" (Orin is not ready for the fact Karlach is dying because the two of them are besties)
