During the period the other day when the official Dragon Age YouTube account was dropping snippets of info in the live chat, among other cool bits of info such as 'Inky is returning', there were also these lil blurbs about the 7 companion characters. ◕‿◕ some of them have some different info to what was shared here on the official DA website and here in the EA press release. YOU ARE SO RIGHT. I binge watched Recess earlier this year and was SO SAD there were no more episodes until I found COTC! finally something filled that void in my heart!!

the production date makes up a big difference in the themes and representation (recess aired before the whole queer cartoons revolution) but in their core, the harmony of cliques in their own little society, is the same across both shows!

IMO if there was a spin off about the creek teens, it would make sense to be more in vibe of Recess. timeline wise they would be growing up in that era. or maybe I just miss the good old school life genre

Craig of The Creek reminds me of Recess, but if Recess actually had a fluid storyline and more diverse characters.
