the most supportive and understanding partners you could ask for, honestly

eda will go searching for human stim-toys to help you focus

raine will help by composing spells that will settle your brain and calm your thoughts when you listen to it

if your difficulty focusing causes you distress or frustration then they’ll stick by you and offer whatever comfort and understanding you need from them

raine will talk you through your frustrations and try to help rephrase/reorganise things to help you be able to focus easier on the topic at hand

eda will comfort you and offer to help you take a break and cause mayhem so you can get out your frustrations on something more fun

if you need to stim to focus then they’ll go and fetch you objects to help you do that — grabbing things from the market or the human realm based on what you said helps you the most

regarding hyperactivity: eda will match your energy and will help you get out your energy through fun semi-productive ways

magic, training, hiking, fetching stuff to sell and so on

similarly, raine will engage with you and will help you find things to do during periods like this

though they’re more chilled out than eda and won’t be able to match your energy as much

your impulsivity has been known to give raine several mini heart attacks — in the same vein that eda’s impulsivity does

they prefer to plan things out and figure out what they’re doing beforehand whilst you and eda will just dive into activities head first with neither plan nor sense

it terrifies them at times, but they love you both too much to not put up with all of the grey hairs you’re giving them

and, as mentioned, eda will join you in whatever last minute activity you decided to do because she enjoys fun and impulsiveness

which is great for you two, not so good for raine’s longevity

but, in short, these two are incredibly supportive and empathetic partners who make great efforts to understand and support you with your adhd and will provide you with every resource they can to help you where you need it

king clawthorne is slowly becoming the inspiration for a bunch of new stims of mine

i’ve recently been trying to let myself stim vocally (making noises, saying words i like, quoting trending audios, etc.) more consciously

and 90% of my vocal stimming is just replicating king’s little “weh!” in various different intonations (with occasional variations such as “nyeh” and “meh!”) and it’s wonderful

and yesterday i got one of those cute little squishy lamps (it’s shaped like a dinosaur :D) and literally all day i’ve just been going “bap!” when i tap its head like king does with eda

so in other words i’m slowly becoming a baby titan and i am okay with this!

Headcanon that Luz carried stim toys with her (like stress balls, tangles, etc). And on some occasions, Eda would steal one of them because it helps her calm down too.

(Am I projecting? Yes. Do I headcanon Eda having adhd too? Double yes.)
