12 August 2023, Saturday 👀👀

After brooding for a very long time🥴 on the idea, today I finally started the yoga Sun Salutation🧘🧘. It was very exciting😄 as I was learning the different poses😌😌 and succeeded in doing🥳 so but now my shoulders🥲🥲 are paining. It was good that I tried only for two times the very first day otherwise it would have complicated my problem🙃. Now I feel as if I have been working for the whole long day😑😑. As always it is advised to start slow and gradually increase the limit. Tomorrow I am thinking of doing it three times😗😗. You know I have also started drinking coffee☕☕ again for 2 days consecutively, but today I will give it a break✌️.

Since I was bored till death🥱🥱 from the past 2 days, hence decided to do something constructive like doing 🧘🧘🧘meditation and affirmation before sleeping . Basically trying to inculcate some good habits and positive thinking (The Power of Subconscious Mind)☺️. Thought to finally give it a try. At least see if I succeed in doing it daily. Well I was also thinking🤔🤔 to enhance my writing skill a bit. I write amazingly when I am stressed😮‍💨 or I'm freaking out😖, basically when my adrenaline is high🤯. But in future I cannot depend on my adrenaline, instead this should be my skill, my hobby or whatever you say and a polished one. There are other plans which I am planning to work out sometime later let's see if it bore's fruit🙁. Hoping for my counselling to begins soon so that I would officially be a medical student👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️ and step in the realms of the world. 🤗Bye for now. Will update you soon.👀

Tangled Emotions: A Day of Reflection

My sleep routine has taken an unexpected turn in the last two days two days, my sleep routine has taken an unexpected turn. Despite going to bed as late as 5 a.m., I wake up after only five hours of sleep. It's a perplexing situation, and I'm still trying to figure out what's causing my changed sleep habits. Along with these sleepless nights, I've noticed a change in my eating patterns, foregoing breakfast in favor of a quick lunch. This shift and inner fear and inner fear have caused me to keep a tight eye on my weight and complexion, seeking approval through these exterior aspects. In the midst of this emotional roller coaster, I found refuge in a Chinese drama that has absolutely captured my attention. The buried love plot elicited unspeakable feelings in me. I'm left wanting more episodes. I became so lost in this intriguing series that I forgot to write yesterday's blog, having been consumed by the drama's magnetic attraction. Meanwhile, my family has been arranging a trip to Kashi, but I'm apprehensive to accompany them after the holidays are over. Instead, I wish for some alone time to contemplate and recover control of my emotions. I need to make a personal decision, even if it means diverging from the family's goals. A ray of optimism arose amid the emotional storm when I was able to acquire an apartment. Though there is still much work to be done before I can move into my new flat, I am hopeful that it will happen before August. I have a meeting tomorrow. to view the house, which is an important step in validating its appropriateness and visualizing the fresh start it offers. However, the previous two days have also caused me sadness as I realize I haven't spoken with my beloved buddy Gugu. Their absence weighs heavy on my heart, filling me with dread and desire. The bond we have offers us enormous delight and comfort, making their absence all the more poignant. In retrospect, it may have appeared to be an ordinary day with no noteworthy incidents. Within its seemingly commonplace exterior, I struggled with restless nights, nagging fears, the compelling pull of a drama series, family plans, the expectation of fresh beginnings, and the absence of a dear friend. Each one of these The level that elements bring to life's complexities serves as a reminder of the unpredictability that shapes our path. As night comes, I bid this day farewell, hoping for a pleasant slumber and the opportunity to rise refreshed, ready to face whatever difficulties and joys the following day may bring. Goodnight.

Solar will take the baby from both Suns if they're arguing. Thankfully the one dude neither Sun has a problem with actually. Nexus loves to be held by Solar (just like with Earth and Sun) altho will try biting more (that u can't tell here cause my scribble just got worse lol) anyway jack and nexus vibe better in Nexus' new life as a baby. Jack encourages biting- Solar does not.
