Max and Tristan want kids, as we now know. I don’t think Avery is the type of person who wants to ever be pregnant (I can’t construct a canon argument for this yet but I feel it in my soul), and while kids aren’t a priority for her, if she was parenting with 2 other partners I think she could eventually be game.

Assuming they all stay on the ship long term…

Here’s my crackpot concept I want to share that would be for some future season down the line:

Stowaways.

YES this is a rich people cruise ship, not a fishing boat! Yes they have security! Is this realistic? Of course it fucking isn’t! But since when do we care about realism on this show? That’s not what any of us are here for.

I want to see a couple of mischievous kids (bonus points if they’re thieves by necessity) who are escaping from horrible circumstances stealthily make their way onto that boat as a safe haven.

They can eventually get discovered by crew members and then get taken under the wing of the infirmary throuple. First it’s so they can get checked out and cleaned up, and then maybe the kids sort of become helpers around the ship because they’re brilliant and this way they’re occupied but adventuring (so they flit in and out of episode plots).

“Why would the kids stay on the ship beyond one week / one episode? Wouldn’t they have to be handed over to authorities?” Fuck realism once again! They all do a possibly illegal thing and let the kids stay hidden on the ship / with them for multiple weeks because the captain and the throuple don’t want to throw the kids into an uncaring system yet, and no one out there in the world cares or is looking for them, so surely they can wait a little longer before letting them go. “So do they have to adopt them after only a few episodes then? How is that permanent?” I don’t know. Don’t ask me hard questions.
