The difference between Medjool and Sukari: S U K A R I are smaller with a fresh fruity and super sweet caramel-like taste plus an aftertaste like hunny. They are known of the king of dates in Arabia while Medjoole dates are the king of dates in North-America. M E D J OO L dates are the biggest dates, the fruit flesh is a bit thicker, tasting juicy and also caramel-like. On this picture, you also see Mabroom Dates (right corner) and Segai Dates (left corner) . M A B R OO M are thicker and almost like a caramel candy (check the white caramelized spots).
