Lansheng Technology has compiled the latest spot market trends of TI, ST, Infineon, Microchip, NXP, ADI, Renesas and other chips for your reference.
On the whole, except for the automotive industry, the shortage of chip supply has basically ended. According to reports, most of NXP's production capacity in the second half of the year is booked by the demand in the automotive field. In terms of supply, NXP’s product delivery time is also gradually improving, and the delivery time of some products has been shortened to 26 weeks. At present, the hot demand is mainly concentrated in the series of S912XXX, FS32K14XXX and MKXXX. NXP's automotive chip revenue in the first quarter increased by 17% year-on-year, and the main growth point in the second half of the year is still automotive chips.
Renesas' demand in May is mainly for automotive materials, especially R5SXX/R7SXX/R7F70XX/HDXX series. In terms of supply, the delivery time of the order is gradually improving, and the supply of automotive products is still tight, with a delivery time of more than 45 weeks. In addition, the delivery time of optocoupler products is still relatively long, more than 52 weeks. Renesas announced the expansion of production in Japan in May, aiming to increase the production capacity of automotive semiconductors by 10%.
Microchip’s demand dropped significantly in May. The demand is mainly in the medical and industrial control fields. The shortage is mainly in the products starting with ATXMEGA, PIC24 series and DSPIC series. The shortage of some part numbers leads to high market prices. The current demand for Ethernet chips has dropped a lot, and the lead time for general materials has been significantly shortened, estimated to be around 30 weeks.
