I don't know if it's been discussed before but since apparently, the Paris special will be first released as a novel in France on October 4th (source), I believe tons of spoilers will pop up everywhere and I'd rather avoid them before watching the episode 😬

Is there a tag yet to block spoilers from the novel or not? Cause I don't really want to have to filter all of the emo content (fanarts, fun posts and all) until the 21st, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. And if not, should we try to make up a tag for it? 🤔

kaito’s quirk is “electromagnetism”. he can manipulate and emit electromagnetic energy— when he was younger the only applicantion of his quirk he knew about was heat emission, so that’s what it was registered as? when he got older he started puzzling out the underlying mechanics of how his quirk actually works and [knocks out the power grid] OH HOH HOH. he doesn’t tell anybody this information, lol. aoko makes microwave boy heat up her hot pockets. hakuba puzzles out how his quirk works and is so so so smug about it bc it draws the line of connection between kuroba kaitos heat quirk and kaitou kid messing with the power grid / radio frequencies but like dkjdkdjd he still can’t prove it.

aoko’s quirk is a mutation type! she’s a fish person. her gills work but she didn’t gain a lot of abilities out of it beyond some fish like physical features (webbed fingers, some scattered scales, she’s cold blooded) and the gills/resulting duel respiratory system— she didn’t gain enhanced strength or water manipulation or like, the ability to withstand a lot of water pressure. she has some vague dreams of being a hero but they’re not realized & also chief nakamori is REALLY personally annoyed by hero culture partially bc he’s quirkless djdjjddk... she loves her dad.

hakuba can talk to birds but kaitos doves refuse to be chatted up. he DOES have a provisional hero license but it’s mostly nominal so he can get around more places, he refuses to wear a costume dkjdjd.
