#i think my toxic trait is that i always start podcasts of random people talking about my fave little shows#because i have a long commute and i love listening to people who also love the shows i love#i love community! i love analyzing media together!#but INEVITABLY i find these podcasts... unbearable to listen to because these people have nothing interesting to say!#(not you outinthewilds podcast you are the only exception literally perfect in every way <3<3<3)#but like. i'll be listening to these people and there's NOTHING. it's just super trite comments and pseudo-analysis and like.#cliches about ~~representation. or super shallow ship-centered squealing. which gets soooo boring...#all i can think of is that my mutuals write more insightful commentary in their tags than any of these people#ever manage to come up with in their hour long talk shows#DISREGARD THIS POST i'm just in a bitchy mood
