hello there! my name is vampy, but I also go by vamp, and welcome to my room posting blog! I post room pics here, as well as outfits, playlists, and other pictures of collection based hobbies.

I’m a doll and plushie collector, as well as an art collector. I do have official merch and wall art but most of what I own poster and print wise is from small artists I’ve bought from at conventions. I’ve been going to cons since I was about 11 ish and I’m 20 now. I’ve been basically a hikineet for the past two ish years, and have only recently started readjusting to being in public again. a majority of my life has been spent within these four walls.

most of my aesthetic revolves around typical goth motifs as well as hyperfeminine aspects, nostalgia, and magic or witchy elements. I’m plus size and enjoy talking about plus size alt fashion as well as historical fashion!

my first anime was sailor moon, and it holds a very special place in my heart, alongside other magical girl anime. I play a lot of otome games, as well as other dating sims and games with similar structures. if you’d like to see my otome/twst/dating sim blog, it’s @touch-starved-apprentice! I’m in a whole bunch of other fandoms, and my general fandom posting/anime blog is @shut-in-magical-girl. my main blog is @big-pink-comfy-couch, so that’s where I follow from. I also run a witchcraft/paganism blog @vampeatscrystals if you’d like to see me talk about spirituality and what I do with my craft.

I’d love to be mutuals as long as you’re 18 or older! I don’t really wanna be moots with minors, nothing against y’all, I just don’t feel very comfortable with it. my blogs all kind of have different rules about minor interactions because some of them have different content. this is an MDNI blog, just because I’ve found minors in this particular community to be people I don’t want interacting with my blog. I also am friends/moots with people who have nsfw figures or wall art and will likely be reblogging their pictures quite a bit. my otome blog has been around for quite some time without any restrictions on who can follow me or interact with posts beyond minors blocking my specific nsfw tag, so I don’t mind it as much there as long as I’m not dm-ed. I reblog mostly there and on shut-in-magical-girl so as long as it’s not tagged as nsfw, minors can reblog whateves, I don’t really care. here though, and on my Instagram, Twitter, and MFC, I’d prefer it if minors would stay away.

I have some other rules but those can be checked on my DNI list.

If you have any questions about who the artists of my wall art are, music I listen to, etc etc feel free to ask. I am rather concerned about my privacy so I’ll be blurring my face/not showing it/obscuring it in all of my photos of myself.

(going with my masks game because this was a song on Clubs and Nightingale’s playlist. In universe, Clubs was rescued from the Lab that rekidnapped him before we brought Nightingale back from the dead, so for this, that’s … swapped)

The pile of loose earth seemed bigger than the hole it had occupied. 

"Dynamo," Butterfly snapped again, nursing the electrical burn on her arm from trying to knock her teammate out. "Stop. This isn't our call to make, and we have priorities."

"I know," Dynamo  tossed over her shoulder as she crouched awkwardly in the grave. "But if we're going to save him, we need her.  This will work. Trust me."

"We did. Why didn't you trust us?" Sundog asked, working again to get through the barrier over the grave. It only sparked angrily.

Dynamo didn't answer as she cracked the seals on the casket, opting to leave it at the bottom of the pit. What mattered now was Nightingale. The information-- partial blueprints and chemical formulas and equations--that her virus had brought to her was enough, she knew it like she knew the feeling of lightning in her fingers. It would Work. 

Sundog paced anxiously around the perimeter, a dim glow that did not come from the moon or stars illuminating their soft pink and gold fur that stood on end. Darkling watched from the shadow, sick with hope. Electricity hummed, the barrier that Dynamo's tech had created fizzling out. A soft green light lit up the open space and shifted blue. 

Nightingale's eyes shot open, glowing blue as she screamed, almost wordless, almost a name. 

"You said it would work," Butterfly said to Dynamo, reaching for Nightingale, trying to do something, anything, to ease whatever was happening.

"It will, it is," Dynamo insisted. "Nightingale, Jenna, it's ok--"

When the glow faded from her eyes, Nightingale stared up at the circle of her friends, her chest heaving as she breathed, as her heart pumped. Alive again. She froze before she could even exhale. "Where's--where's Clubs?"

Silence was her answer,  and her voice rose higher, breaking "Where is he? What ha--happened?" She tried to stand, and Butterfly shoulder checked Dynamo out of the way to support her friend. 

"Someone took him," Darkling offered finally. 

"You left him?" Nightingale asked. "No, we have to save him, we have to get him out of there."

"We will," Dynamo said fast.

"You need to rest," Butterfly cut in. "You... you died." 

"I--I know. It's fine, it doesn't--" Nightingale shook her head, fine white hair fluttering. she glanced down at something crushed in her hand. “We have to find him now.”

The Jack of Clubs card was singed. *

When they found him, in a metal doored cell with a lock that Dynamo could have hacked in seconds if Nightingale hadn't simply sliced through the wall with a sword made of light, Clubs wasn't.  He wasn't bleeding. He wasn't bruised. He wasn't Clubs, just a huddled figure with cold hands and empty eyes, too tired to hold even his head up, much less the sky.

Nightingale took his hands. "Clubs, we have to go."

He rose easily, not with the mechanical obedience of one following orders. 

"I knew you'd come," his cracked voice said. "It didn't hurt. Thought it would."

"No," Nightingale insisted. "You're not dead. We're all--" she couldn't say fine. None of them were. But they would be, now that they were together. the charms on his bracelet clinked softly as he followed her from the cell, from a lab in ashes, into the bright night.
