지난 강의는 콤비네이션 드리블에 대해 강의했습니다. 콤비네이션 드리블이 어느 정도 되었다면, 기본 드리블의 마지막 일명 “지그재그/zigzag” 드리블 입니다.

다양한 공간으로 방향전환을 하기 위해서는 드리블의 방향도 다양하게 움직여야 합니다. 그러기 위한 동작의 드리블입니드. 이 정도 드리블이 되어야 이제 고난이도의 드리블을 구사하실 수 있습니다. 옆에서 누르면 자연스럽게 나올 정도로 연습해야하는 드리블입니다. 얼마나 중요하고 중요한 드리블 기술인지 아시겠죠!!

하루 아침에 좋은 기술이 나올 수 없으니 농구에 사용되는 기본적인 기술을 이해하고 매일 꾸준히 연습 부탁드립니다. 오늘도 학생들을 지도하면서 한 층 더 성장하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 건강한 모습으로 다음 시간에 인사 드리겠습니다^^
