Some chirin no suzu fanart I've made recently because chirin is my comfort character. Really need to start thinking of a full fledged Crossover between him and cult of the lamb

Chirin's Bell is one of my favorite animated movies, I just loved the painted backgrounds and colors. I don't really do backgrounds so I decided to give it a shot here!

I'm out of energy to draw something, so here's a slightly old drawing of Chirin's bell final scene where he fights the dogs across the fence. NOTE:

At that time my drawings were made with linework while my current drawings are fully rendered, so don't mind the difference. I really appreciate the atmosphere of this one, I believe it still holds it's value. Working on it was really fun, especially the background, I remember how much this drawing contributed to me finding my current style so I have such good feelings about this piece.

I literally got the idea for this design after listening to Caleb Hyles' cover of Imagine Dragons' "Enemy" from Arcane so hell yeah a new excuse to do new Chirin No Suzu fanart

Also my other motivation for this was the fact that I always found Chirin and Jinx super similar to one another- innocent children who grow up into the villain protagonists of their respective media that end up murdering their villainous father figures who raised them (Woe/Silco), come on I CAN'T be the only one seeing the parallels :P
