FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LITTLE WHILE I HAVE ART TO POST enjoy some Bluerune <3

....... The Red/Blue rot is over taking my brain. Actually, no. IT'S THE GENTLEMAN RED AGENDA! My people, I would like to introduce you to the smoothest and most gentlemanly lad of the colors: Red.

And in accordance to my Trans!Girl Blue agenda (you cannot stop me.) I would like to declare that Red looks at Blue, thinks about how he would want to be treated like a princess if he was a girl, and then proceeds to charm Blue into a flustered mess by treating her like a goddamn Queen! Blue acts like she hates it at first which convinces Red to stop cause he doesn't wanna make Blue uncomfy and then she has to be brave and tell him she likes it because she does. Red (and Erune) know she is a strong warrior but she never has to be that around him(/them). She can just be a normal girl.

Green is not smooth. He is making puns at every diplomatic dinner. Zelda keeps having to stop Green from unintentionally sending Hyrule to war. She loves her goober but he is a threat to Hyrule's peace. She has debated locking him in their room to keep him from punning their way into trouble during the really important meetings. Zelda is terrified for when she marries him and he becomes Prince Consort.

(Blue when not a Trans Girl is also Gentlemanly but in the super awkward wants to be the best but has no idea how he either keeps looking at Red (when dating Erune) for directions or (when dating Red) unintentionally looks pathetic to Red while trying to figure it out. Red thinks it's cute.

Shadow and Vio are not gentleman and never will be. They are in the library being nerds and doing weird shit in abandoned buildings: experiments, graffiti, rituals?, all of the above. Do not invite them to couples events or double dates. They're gonna talk about the weird shit they got away with last weekend that nobody else in the city could.

They are each other's bad boys. Vio in the science way. Shadow in the punk way. They are over here making each other worse and loving it.

In a world where they are not troubled teens. They're the couple who go on adventures and travel around the world. They hate staying in one spot. They show each other unique and interesting spots for date nights. It's adorable.

Zelda loves her husband very much. He needs to stop coming into her throne room looking like a mess after work just to give her a kiss. It is distracting! And not just cause his clothes are askew and his muscles are showing on the really good days. They have a home away from home that they go to for vacations where they can act like they're just married young adults and not the ruler of a country plus her General.

Erune and Blue are adorable. Erune enjoys being the damsel in distress for Blue. She thinks it's adorable and when Blue is puffing out her chest in pride Erune just giggles in delight. On the other hand Blue really likes coming to Erune to get patched up after a fight. She's the most gentle out of everyone with any injuries and it just feels nice when she gives Blue a kiss at the end. Food and gift giving is Erune's love language while Blue's is spending time which means so many picnics! Cheese boards are their favorite.

Back to Red! He is the goodest boy and while I only really ship him with Blue he could absolutely pull anyone. He is smooth and charismatic, empathetic and extroverted. He absolutely wants to be hanging with his partner doing what they enjoy. What he wants in return: to not feel like he needs to change for them and that they will protect his loving heart in return. Those who love him for him without the need for change are his better half. (Blue's good at protecting and even if he hates it will let Red know at the end of the day that he likes his caring nature.)

The contents of a picnic spill haphazardly down the grassy, sunny hill: a thick blanket, a tipped basket, half-gnawed turkey legs, a bottle of wine. The call of a monster cuts off abruptly with a spray of blood and a gurgle, courtesy of a very sharp sword. Its last remaining companion drops to the ground and tumbles down the side of the hill like a rag doll. 

Blue steps away from the bloody monster corpses so as not to get his boots dirty. He looks up at Erune with wide eyes, noting the cast-iron skillet held in both her hands and the way her sky-colored dress doesn't have a single drop of blood on it. She breathes hard and looks back at Blue with a laugh in her smile. 

"You know," Blue says when the sound dies down and he can speak again, "I'd apologize for a ruined picnic, but that was…" 

"Fun!" Erune finishes, and sure, that's not what he was going to say, but he agrees anyway.

"Red and Green are out on patrol in one of the towns," Blue says, rolling her eyes. "Zelda loves to send them together on those because 'they work so well together', apparently."

"And Vio?"

Blue scoffs. "Locked themself up in the castle library again. You know how they are with their research."

Erune wilts, disappointed. She turns around and continues down the hall.

"But don't worry!" Blue is quick to reassure, jogging up and matching her stride. "It's just me, but we can still have fun. Girl's night!"

It is the middle of the day.

She laughs at her antics and leads Blue into the parlor. "Girl's night," she parrots.

A girl's night turns into something a bit more.

Today I had the most weird dream about...guess what? DELTARUNE. Yeah. Bluerune made me search up so much things about the game that my subconscious made a dream just about it.

However forgot almost everything from it, I just remember Kris staring at themselves and their reflection just looked at me like they were going to kill me. Ah, and Spamton was there too! We had an adventure with Ralsei, I think, inside the trail cart.

Not that anyone cares, but I never dreamed about DELTARUNE or UNDERTALE before, so it was quite cool :D

trying to explain the genshin reactor to this twitch streamer but he keeps making leon dbd sounds at me and i'm on the magnesium compounds wikipedia page because there's more oxygen by mass (65%) in the human body than water by volume (60% at minimum, but if you're more hydrated this increases the difference since the majority of the oxygen content is molecularly bound as water) and thermolysis of water occurs at temperatures 45 thousand times lower (2200c) than operational tokamaks (100m c minimum)

so the residue they would have to scrub off after you jump in and immediately quench the superconducting magnets would probably be magnesium carbonate or oxide (this depends on temperature upon contact, i think, but magnesium is what stellar fusion does to oxygen) maybe with a bit of neon (from the carbon), or deuterium and tritium (which would at that point be indistinguishable from fuel fusion products) and honestly, by either volume or mass, more than anything, this would generate occupational health and safety paperwork. if i had to guess

actually my real guess is "there's not a hatch for that, you'd have to deconstruct the magnet assembly to get inside at all, and if there was it would quench as soon as it lost vacuum. you'd probably still melt (in the sense of thermal debonding to constituent elements). it would be a race over a matter of seconds to burn to death before the fairly extreme coolant saps the residual heat, but due to the negative pressure from the vacuum accelerating your descent, the heat would probably win. in truly realistic practice, the fission canard applies: you would get shot by a security guard long before you ever approached the reactor"

anyway if you wanted to fact check the genshin reactor you would have to dig into chinese financial disclosures for either mihoyo or energy singularity in fiscal years 2021-2023 (announced in 2022, i don't know which year they recognized the expenditure) but as far as i can tell they really did invest in that, and i don't know why you would lie about it when it's a comparatively milquetoast investment for the 21st century

due to yuan-to-dollar exchange rate they've already "lost" millions of dollars -- the amount they invested is worth less when converted to USD than it was 2yrs ago. this does not consider whether they bought stock or whether its price changed, but i think they invested in the form of venture capital. it seems premature to conject about loss due to currency conversion before it becomes clear whether the dollar is crashing, but i would also not call fusion a wise investment unless you're planning to ride the hype and sell before Q>1 (net energy gain)

as a minor note, this has been wrongly stated as "a $65m investment" (2022 dollars, $55m 2024 dollars), but in truth it was a 400m yuan funding round "led by" mihoyo, with a handful of other funders including nio, sequoia, and bluerun (mihoyo did not front all 400m yuan, just an unspecified majority of it). this has also been wrongly reported as billions in a couple places, unless i'm wrongly reporting millions
