The film directed, written, and co-produced by 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚𝐧 has received many awards including the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam.

Our students Ashish Nayak, Ruchika Patel, Dhrity Viz and Abhinanda Pathak gave introduction of Spic Macay, Spic Macay Cinema Classics, about the film and Professor Gayitri Chaterjee who is the big supporter of this module and who in turn talked about Adoor ji's work before the screening of the film.

More than 200 students watched the film and participated in the interactive discussion with 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚𝐧 (𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐞) - 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦 after the screening of the film.

This was indeed a very enriching and exciting experience for the students where they not only enjoyed the movie but also got the opportunity to interact with the director and share their views about it. Such events always facilitate awareness of their deeper and subtler values.

Inter-house chess competition (Grade VI-VIII)

With this spirit in mind, an inter-house chess tournament had been organized by JP International School, Greater Noida on 13th April, 2022 for grades VI-VIII, under the mentors of the houses 'Dhruv, Eklavya, Kartikey, and Prahaladh’.

The Head of the sports department organized the competition that saw students participating with great enthusiasm and sportsmanship spirit.

It marks the foundation day of Khalsa Panth by the tenth Guru, Guru Govind Singh. JP International School organised a special assembly on Baisakhi on 13th April 2022. The motive behind this was to apprise the students of their culture and heritage and gain confidence. It began with thanking the almighty God for his divine grace and was followed by thought for the Day. The students highlighted the religious and cultural significance of the festival in an enlightening speech. The children adorned in beautiful costumes and attire. Students showcased their talent and recited poems, delivered speeches, displayed slogans, performed dance, and sang the song. Every child participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Our eminent and honorable Principal Ruby Chandel ma'am applauded the student's efforts and conveyed her best wishes to all. The assembly concluded with note of thanks by the students.
