Summer break it's here! A lot of us have grown out of shape due to all the stress caused from school, and the lack or time to exercise or live a more healthy lifestyle, are you scared to go to the beach because you feel like you don't have that beach body? Are you heart broken and just want to live your hot girl summer or perhaps you want to finally be confident your body and change your entire life? If so this is the maxi guide for you.
౨ৎHow to get started౨ৎ

Do you remember those girl on YouTube, IG and tumblr?The pretty ones that were living their best summer? Wanna be like them? Then think and plan a summer in the same way a girl with your dream summer would do!
୨୧Make a pre-summer status୨୧
We will use this to track what changed about out life during this summer, I know it might be stressful or embarassing at first, but you're going to be grateful knowing all the progress that you made
୨୧Work on your mindset୨୧
This is so important, read again point n°1, and then put yourself in the shows of the person that you want to become, for example:
-> you want to be a pretty popular girl? "Would the pretty popular girl say that her Summer is ruined and that she has no one to hangout with"? I don't think so.
౨ৎHOW TO GLOW UP PHYSICALLY౨ৎ
if you're interested just in the physical stuff this is the section for you(more in depth in the Google doc)
You need to understand that most of the time a summer glow up last up until the first week of school then it's gone, but you want it to last, right? Here's how:
୨୧Find a low effort beauty routine୨୧
During summer you have all the time to maintain a beauty regiment, but you also need to make it practical, for example you might keep your hair natural during summer, you need to simplify them -> extensions, braids, sew in, silk presses or clip in...
୨୧Change hair color୨୧
During summer you need to grab attention change hair color to blonde, red, or more funky colors like blue, pink etc...
୨୧Diet୨୧
I know, it's hard, with all the ice cream around, but you can also try by drinking healthy smoothies(especially the green ones), opt also for a salad as a snack.
୨୧Skincare୨୧
You have to wear sunscreen and if you want to get a tan you NEED to put that after sun lotion and be consistent with your skincare
୨୧Grow your lashes + eyebrows୨୧
Always, this is a must, you finally have enough time, then start now, be consistent and in 3 months you're going to have the best result, I advise you to use castor oil in the night and in the day a lash growth serum.
୨୧Learn to do your make up୨୧
Optional but very useful, in those days that you're at home you can learn how to do your make up so you're going to comeback to school and slay even in your worst days, plus it's a cute hobby.
౨ৎHOW TO GET POPULAR DURING SUMMER౨ৎ
If you don't have friends at school it would be nice to have them outside, plus having friends out makes you so much cooler! Are you ready to expand your social life?
୨୧Summer school/camp୨୧
A classic, you can meet so many people here, works best if you are between 11-16 yo, If you're 16+ you can try joing a camp and be an animator
୨୧Beach୨୧
Have you even heard of "the beach friend"? Where I'm from they are very common and popular, it usually starts early in childhood, but you can also make them at your age! You just need to approach the people that look like share the same interests as you, better if they are alone too!
୨୧Online୨୧
You can go on a forum site and actually ask in the chat if someone wants to make friends and exchange ig, snaps,discord etc...you might make long distance but strong friendships
୨୧Work୨୧
Now coworkers are not actually your friends, but you might get close to some, better if it's not a competitive environment, try to network between your coworkers, maybe some of them actually know people of your interest, if you can start working with friends!
୨୧Neighborhood events୨୧
Churches usually during summer do some activities for the youths you can try and enjoy them! Or go to a popular place or even host in your neighborhood!

Laidback and calm. Really enjoys movies and series, has a thing for animation and dubbing. Very good at drawing and impersonations. Voice actress / Music producer
Always humming or whistling, she's content to spend her time looking for shapes in the clouds. She's more sentimental than she cares to admit and often struggles with her feelings when she knows that they don't respond to a logical behaviour, which often leads her to close off and avoid important conversations.

Deep set brown eyes, dyed blond hair in a wavy pixie cut, but it's naturally a soft chestnut brown in colour. Sharp features, thin nose and lips. Dimpled cheeks.
Confident, master of the innuendo. Loves good (and bad) wordplays and puns. She'd be the intersection in a Venn diagram between Witticism and Self Awareness. Her ability to both fill silences and end discussions in an entertaining manner make her an invaluable asset for any TV show.
Her bold nature lead many to mistake her openness for invitations to go further, which can end badly if anyone dares put a hand on her without her explicit permission.
Openly queer, Dawn is a big fish in the little pond of reality dating shows. Her newcomer label didn't stop her from making a splash from her very first episode. Now a coveted host in the reality world, she turned now the chance to renew her contract with the show that saw her become famous in favour of the upcoming Soul Sister.

how to achieve the “wonyoung” aesthetic !!
people make it seem like you have to wake up super early, eat entirely healthy, have a really long workout routine to have the wonyoung aesthetic, but i’m here to tell you that is not the case at all !! wonyoungism is basically just being your best self like wonyoung, not being wonyoung.
PART 1: MENTALLY
to really get into the wonyoung effect, you have to work on your mental state!! i’ll show you some ways to start thinking positive and such !!
• DECLUTTER: go through your phone and just delete anybody who you don’t talk to anymore, if they don’t benefit you, are toxic, something like that, delete them
• YOU FIRST: start putting yourself first, learn how to say no, set boundaries, don’t let anyone take advantage of you or treat you how they wanna treat you.
• JOURNALING: try journaling, you can experiment with journaling in an attempt to get to know yourself better like your strengths, weaknesses, values, etc !! if you don’t like journaling, you can try different hobbies to see what you like and don’t like to do !!
• CONFIDENCE: work on your confidence, you can do this by experimenting with different styles (if you wear things you like, it can help you gain confidence), have friends that are confident and positive, and try stepping out of your comfort zone (this one isn’t easy so take your time with it)
• YOU TIME: start making days to just hang out with yourself !! you can do anything (movies, food, books) anything that makes you happy !! hanging out with yourself can help you understand who you are inside :)

PART 2: PHYSICALLY
if you wanna glow up physically, this is the section for you !!
•DRINK WATER: i cannot stress this enough, please drink water !! not only is it good for you but it has MANY benefits .. (eg: clearer skin, flushes out bad bacteria in your body and bladder, regulates your body temperature, and more) if you don’t like drinking water, you can try getting a cirkul water bottle or something like that, it’s water but it taste like juice and they have many different flavors!! my favorite is fruit punch !!!
if you cant afford that, you can just try adding fruit to your water (i suggest lemon)
• SKINCARE: skincare is important, no you don’t need a twenty step routine!! all you need is cleanser, moisturizer, and some sunscreen !!
DISCLAIMER: dont just go buying any skincare because the label is pretty, it might not suit your skin, figure out your skin type and buy items that suit your skin type.
make sure you do your skincare both day and night, it’s okay if you forget, we aren’t robots, we don’t need to be perfect everyday !!
first you cleanse (at least sixty seconds, helps remove dirt in your skin), rinse and then put your moisturizer (helps keep your skin soft and hydrated), then you put your sunscreen (helps protect your skin from skin cancer, sunburn, aging, etc)
• HYGIENE: along with skincare, it is important to shower regularly!! make sure you get all the important spots , and this is optional, but you can get some body scrubs to exfoliate your skin!!
(i made a similar post about this next section titled “how to look your best at school” it basically just covers all of this, but i’m gonna go over it again!!)
• HAIR: try a new hairstyle!! it can really enhance your look, you can try and find some that fit your face shape better or just try any !! it’s your life :)
STYLE: find your style, find out what clothes suit you, what clothes you like, your aesthetic !! don’t forget accessories :)

Hiii!! I was wondering if you had any tips on how to regulate your emotions when you're experiencing your menstrual cycle because I went from having the best mindset to completely crashing (╥﹏╥)
first things first, It is completely okay to sort of 'crash' during your period. I do too, so I take off most of my expectations for myself. I have one cheat meal, I either do no exercise or light exercise and I just sleep. Because for some of us, periods affect us a lot more, and we just need time and the extra energy to let our bodies do it's thing. So don't feel bad for 'crashing', okay?!
Also I am no doctor.
HOW TO REGULATE YOUR MOOD WHILE ON YOUR PERIOD
LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF SOCIAL MEDIA YOU’RE EXPOSED TO. Social media is designed to make you go through many different emotions at once, but when these emotions are amplified, it’s best to stay away.
HAVE ALONE TIME. Hate to say it, but we do need a lot of alone time during this period, mostly because we get easily irritated and that’s not going to be good for us or our friends. E.g. spend some time on some hobbies, watch a show or engage in light exercise.
LIMIT CAFFEINE. Sugary drinks, energy drinks and caffeinated drinks are what you want to avoid, as they can amplify mood swings even more. While the best option is to cut most refined sugars, I understand we all have cravings.
GET A GOOD’S NIGHT SLEEP, when you feel that your emotions are beginning to take over your logical state of mind. When we wake up refreshed, we have more clarity.
EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT, sunlight increases the serotonin in our minds, which helps regulate our emotions. Remember to wear sunscreen!
DO SOME MINDFULNESS. Whatever you deem right, whether it’s journaling, meditating, or just listening to(positive!) music. Do anything that helps give you more clarity.

How to live like wonyoung
this is a guide on daily routines inspired by jang wonyoung!

Wonyoung starts her days by stretching, this can help to relieve any tension or pain from the night before. Stretching shouldn't take that long to do, so make sure to stretch for at least 5 minutes every day. If you don't know how to do it, you can follow along a tutorial like this one.
Next step is skincare, to create the perfect skincare routine you need to at least wash your face and then use moisturizer and sunscreen, use products based on your skin type and add more steps only if you find it really necessary.
Now it's time for breakfast! Wonyoung loves to drink a cup of soy milk every morning, she also likes to have light and clean breakfast, so a good idea is to have some fruits and yogurt.
Finally, it's time to get ready for the day! Choose a cute outfit and hairstyle that fits the occasion + do your makeup, find your own style and get inspiration from Pinterest!

First things first, organize your time so you have at least a week to study for exams or get your assignments done. Avoid procrastinating, the more time you have, the less work you'll have to do.
One time, when Wonyoung was asked about study tips, she said that it's important to find your own study style. Study methods don't work on everyone, so it's important to experiment with various methods until you find the one that works the best for you.
Now that we know our study style it's time to actually work and focus hard, for this we need to create the perfect study environment, clean and ventilate your room, turn some instrumental music on (or study with me videos for inspo), get some healthy snacks, water or literally anything to make yourself comfortable! (stuffed animals, pillows, blankets, etc.)
When studying, always focus on understanding the content and continuously solve sample questions, repeating the same material for various days actually helps to remember details better, but if you are in a rush or running out of time you can try and memorize the content.
Take breaks and get enough sleep, taking breaks in between study sessions it's actually more productive than not doing so, some productive ways of taking breaks are meditation, listen to music, reading, journal or taking a power nap, sleep is very important, you can't have a proper study session if you don't have the energy to do so.
Stop comparing yourself with others! You aren't in a competition with the rest, the only opponent you have is yourself, so your goals should always focus on breaking your own records and become even better than your past self.
✸ ꒰ workout routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
When working out like wonyoung we should aim to improve our posture and be more flexible, this will help when doing Pilates or yoga just like she does. Also, we can focus on losing weight or just toning up our bodies if you don't find it necessary.
Wonyoung love Pilates, you can pick any Pilates workout on YouTube based on your time or in your specific body goals, but here's a Pilates routine inspired by her. Also, if you feel like doing a full body workout, here's another video inspired by wony!
If you don't really like to work out at home, the other options you have is that you can try and join a flying yoga class like Wonyoung! She also spends lots of her time doing dance practice, so choosing your favorite kind of dance could be an option too!
Choose one and start doing it continuously to start seeing results, also, it's very important to have non-physical goals, like feeling happier or meet new friends! Remember to always drink water!
✸ ꒰ shower and self care routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
Time for some self-care! First, take off your makeup using micellar water or an oil based cleanser (only if you have dry skin!).
Then it's time to hop on the shower and start with our haircare routine, one of wonyoung's charms is her long healthy hair, so make sure to use the right products for your hair. Here's a quick haircare routine you can follow; massage your scalp using a scalp massager or your fingertips, then use the right amount of shampoo only on the scalp, next use a conditioner from middle to ends to moisturize and detangle your hair. If you identify a problem with your hair (for example too dry, difficult to manage, etc.) you can add using a hair mask to this routine!
While we leave the products in our heads for a few minutes, it's time for bodycare! always clean your body with soap and a loofa, if needed exfoliate your body 1-2 times a week for super soft skin! Next is shaving, shave only if needed and never do it when your skin is dry, if you don't have shaving cream, you can use conditioner, just make sure to rinse it very well after.
After we are done with the shower it's time for skincare, wash your face, you can also exfoliate your face 1–2 times a week (3 if your skin it's too oily). This is also the perfect time to use a face mask! Use a hydrating sheet mask if you feel that your skin is dry, or a clay mask if you feel your skin is oily. Finally, use a moisturizer.
With clean hands and our skincare done it's the perfect time for face massages! Massaging our faces can help to improve skin texture and reduce the puffiness of the face, I personally like to do it with my hands, but you can also use a facial roller or gua sha (just make sure to keep the clean).
We can't forget to moisturize our bodies, make sure to apply lotion all over your body, especially if you exfoliated or shaved, use a lotion with your favorite scent (strawberry, vanilla, etc.) or use an unscented lotion and immediately apply perfume to smell good all day long.
It's now time to continue with our haircare, gently brush your hair and dry it, if you are using a hair dryer you must apply some heat protection. Also, make sure to apply a leave-in conditioner to prevent dry ends!
You can add more stuff to this routine if you need, like applying a lash serum to grow your lashes, or clean your makeup brushes, so you start doing it more regularly! Also, it's the best time to get some motivation, you can scroll down Pinterest or watch YouTube videos from thewizardliz, song jia, vogue beauty secrets or any content creator that inspires you to become the best version of yourself!
✸ ꒰ night routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
First step is to have dinner, if you're going to eat near your bedtime you should mind your portions and what you are eating, avoid heavy or spicy food, so you can rest better and really get that beauty sleep.
Every night, before going to bed, you can make some time to organize the next day (what are you going to do, plan the outfit/makeup/hair, etc.) and clean your room! It's very satisfying to wake up to a clean room, it also helps a lot when you have everything you need in the morning already set up, so you don't end up getting late!
Before going to bed is the best time for some yoga or stretching, yoga can help with relaxing your body before sleeping, specially if you exercised or if you were sitting down for many hours because of work or school.
Finally, the best way to finish your day is to read to help you wind down! Specially if it's near your bedtime and you aren't sleepy yet. You can even read comics! Just read any physical book you have, reading on a device can be distracting and will make you stay up past your bedtime.

I'm desperately trying to remember an rpg that focused on living with chronic pain and migraines - do you know any that fit the bill?
THEME: Chronic Pain, Migraines, Disability
Hello friend, I was able to find a few! Some of these games focus on chronic pain or migraines specifically, while others are expanded to talk about a broader range of disability or illness. A few aren’t full games, but rather supplements that can be integrated into more generic rulesets.
Chronic Migraines for 5e, by Cat Elm.
Chronic Migraine Mechanics For 5e is a set of rules and guidance to enable player characters to experience chronic migraines, which additional feats related to migraine experience and rules on deciding migraine occurrence and suggested side effects.
Designed to allow players to explore real-world disability and experiences in a safe, controlled environment, Chronic Migraine Mechanics For 5E gives players and DMs to the tools to expand their in-game options and representation.
This is a supplement for D&D 5e, not a game in and of itself. If you are looking for ways to express disability in a game that you’ve already established, this supplement might be worth looking into.

Who were they with? How long have they had that cough? Who might have they infected?
This is a solo-journaling game that’s an exploration of guilt and internalized stigma related to illness, with cancer, AIDS, and tuberculosis as the foundational afflictions informing the game.
Designed after the Wretched & Alone engine, this is a solo-ttrpg that is designed to be realistic. Living with illness is heavily stigmatized, and this game guides you, the player, through the physical and emotional toll that this stigma places upon you. Victory in this game means not that you will be “cured”, but rather, that you have the tools you need to make life liveable.
This game doesn’t focus on chronic pain specifically, but much of the prompts in the oracle seem to experience some overlap, such as having better days and worse days, irritating conversations with folks who don’t understand, and the way your situation drains you of money and time. If you’re looking for a solo experience that explores different facets of living with an illness that might not kill you, but won’t let up either, this might be worth checking out.

Even when your day-to-day might not be as certain as you think.
You have a body that loses it’s energy quite quickly; you have a condition that constantly drains you, but has no official diagnosis. Doing your day-to-day at home is difficult, but you do your best. Today is another day.
A simple game with a few rules, I AM FUCKING TIRED is a solo journaling game so grab a pen and paper. You roll a d20 to see what memory comes to mind, and write about it. If you roll the same number as a previous roll, the Memory Twists - you remembered it falsely, had insufficient information, or someone lied to you. Finally, you also have an Energy tracker. During a Twist, you roll against that energy to see if you can continue.
This game is free, and emphasizes self care before and after play. While this is about undiagnosed fatigue, I would not be surprised if much of the experiences of folks with chronic pain overlap with some of the events that appear in this game.

This is a way to incorporate disability into Apocalypse World, and might work as inspiration for other PbtA games about how to include disability or illness.
You can include a mobility aid that gives you both benefits and drawbacks - such as doubling as a weapon, or requiring frequent repairs. Alternatively or additionally, you can include medication, which provides benefits such as helping you concentrate or focus, while also threatening your well-being if you run out of stock, need a special storage environment, or have difficulties with your supplier.
This is a perfect add-on for players who desire more representation of disabled folks surviving (and thriving) in post-apocalyptic fiction.
Pieces of Me, by Mothworks.
You are young and newly disabled. Try your best to learn your limits, find new ways of doing things, and rest as you can as you tear and repair your character sheet.
Pieces of Me uses an index card, a pen, tape, and ten coins. Your character sheet (index card) will contain a number of boxes to indicate your ability to complete certain tasks. Whenever you push yourself to accomplish a task, you must flip your coins to see how many heads you get.�� Not enough heads? You have to rip off a piece of your sheet. Too few heads and you destroy a piece of your character sheet forever.
Torn pieces of the sheet can be taped back on or redrawn, and fresh scraps of paper represent new aids or methods of doing things. At the end of the game, you will have a memento of your game experience.
This game has a standard and a dyslexic-friendly font. If you’re looking for a personal game with a tactile experience, this might be a game for you.

The exact nature of the affliction -- its effects, symptoms, and expressions -- are determined by you. You describe how the curse affects the character, and how the character treats, copes with, and maybe even transcends it.
This game gives you the freedom to decide how exactly your illness manifests, as well as the power to decide how your character responds to that illness. As a duet game, this provides for an intimate, personal experience, good for exploring a topic that can weigh heavily on many folks.

You are a human going shopping with your service dog.
Microservice is a single-page tabletop roleplaying game. It is intended for solo play, or for play with 1 player and 1 GM.
This is a salty, tongue-in-cheek commentary on what it is like to navigate North America with a service dog, complete with a roll table of unhelpful NPCs that almost certainly drain your energy. You have the ability to play this solo, or with one other person, so it’s best for a quick little game with one other person, most likely someone that you’re comfortable gaming with.

Lucy was sweating. Why in the world was she sweating this much? Natsu couldn’t understand at all. Sure, it was hot out, but she looked way sweatier than anyone else on the beach. She didn’t seem to feel that much warmer than everyone else though - and to be honest, Natsu would be surprised if she hadn’t built up more heat tolerance than that at this point. Being best friends with a fire dragon slayer wasn’t always without flaws. But she seemed comfortable as she read one of those steamy books she usually only read at night when she thought Natsu was asleep.
Yes, it was indeed a weird sight for Natsu. Not only did she sweat too much, but she was reading a book in public that she usually never would allow herself to be seen with! He couldn’t wrap his head around what was going on.
But for now that didn’t matter too much. Because he really, really wanted to play in the water. Sadly, the other guild members were inside today, complaining about it being too hot outside, and Happy was nowhere to be seen because he was on some self proclaimed mission to find the perfect gift for Carla. His effort was inspiring to say the least.
Lucy disrupted Natsu’s train of thought as she gasped softly. Her right hand slapped her mouth, suggesting that the sound wasn’t meant to be heard at all, but nothing could slip a bored dragon slayer’s hearing. Natsu tried to read over her shoulder without getting caught, but to no avail. If he went closer Lucy would hear his breathing, but he still couldn’t read the small complicated words. Maybe they were in another language.
He was still bothered though. Not by the suggestive sounds she was making in public, though that was a concerning part too of course, but mostly by her sheening skin. There was no way she could sweat that much without smelling - no offence, but it really just wasn’t possible. So Natsu did what he knew the best - he explored the possibilities.
It was sunny outside, no doubt about it. Not even the flies wanted to be outside in this heat, and that said something. But Lucy was since long used to this heat, that tolerance was not to be taken lightly. She could have used sunscreen, but he would have recognised that smell. Anyone could identify the smell of sunscreen, at least from this distance. As he was exploring the possible options, tanning oil popped up in his mind. Maybe he could recall one of their discussions where she mentioned tanning oil - Happy thought it was just a bad tasting cooking oil though, so maybe that was why he hadn’t been connecting the dots?
Natsu, who had been lying on his back up until now, turned over towards Lucy. Her hair was up in a bun, possibly to keep it away from her shoulder so the sun would reach her skin properly, but he wasn’t too sure. Maybe it was due to fashion or something.
As his eyes wandered down from her neck, he found himself looking at the crook of her back for an extended period of time. To be honest, he had no idea how Lucy’s genetics worked, because her waist seemed to be in perfect ratio with her… other assets… like those plump hips and that lovely round bust. The new tanning oil left a shimmery finish and made her long legs look completely flawless. Did she know how perfect she was?
Natsu looked up at her head again. Her bangs were sticking to her damp forehead and her cheeks were rosier than normal. She might not be aware of it, but summer was truly her season. She looked like the very personification of summer. As he started getting lost in his own thoughts, Lucy laughed out loud.
“What’s so funny?��� Natsu immediately asked. He wanted to know why this book was getting more attention than him today.
“Hm?” Lucy seemed to snap back to reality. “Oh it’s nothing, really. It’s a joke that has been building up the entire chapter, it would take too long to explain,” she clarified. Natsu frowned a little.
“Can’t you just read the chapter for me then?” He really wanted some of her attention. Thankfully she seemed understanding.
“Sure, but don’t complain if it’s too long or too sappy,” she warned. Natsu nodded eagerly, finally getting the chance to be involved in her thoughts. Lucy smiled softly as she bookmarked her place in the book and went back to the beginning of the chapter. At first Natsu felt confused listening to all these random characters, and he wasn’t too sure what the actual story was, but as Lucy kept reading he slowly started getting the hang of it.
If Natsu was to put the story shortly, he’d sum it up as a romcom about a man and a woman. Not exactly his favourite theme. The chapter wasn’t too confusing as it contained short information about who they were and their relationship - mostly put in flashbacks or references to previous chapters. The man seemed to be quite laid back and oblivious to any feelings the woman had towards him, but since he apparently was in a high working position he must be reliable and serious when the situation called for it. Natsu liked the man, he often came up with funny one-liners and was surprisingly affectionate with the woman. The woman had striking resemblances with Lucy - she had the same working position as the man, but if Natsu was honest, the woman was way more reliable. She was hard working, had great discipline and did her job with elegance. The best part about her though was how she was with the man. As childhood friends they knew each other inside out, and the woman truly loosened up with him, joking around and playfully scolding him whenever he made things inconvenient for her. That’s how well Natsu understood the book so far. However, the chapter seemed to go on forever and Natsu was starting to lose his patience again. That was until Lucy suddenly started stuttering her words. Not much, only slightly, but it was enough for Natsu to notice. Lucy never stuttered when reading out loud - she was as excellent at that as she was at summoning spirits. Naturally, Natsu’s attention was piqued again. Lucy was now reading the part where she gasped earlier. Was he supposed to make her stop reading at this point? That would be awkward though, since the joke hadn’t come yet. All he could do was listen and try to get through it calmly. Calmly? How on earth could anyone listen to this calmly, any less read it! Lucy’s poker face was too good to be true - she was reading about sexual tension and only stuttered once, that had to be some record. Maybe she could get a prize for it.
As she continued reading Natsu started feeling this weird but familiar feeling that rooted deep in his guts. This was not a good moment to be feeling this. Could he play this off somehow? A boner didn’t suit bathing suits, and as someone who was well known for not falling for sexual charm it could shock Lucy more than he’d like. Thankfully she hadn’t noticed this. Simplest Skin Routine
If you don't like skincare, this is the post for you! You have beautiful skin that protects and contains all your body parts, so why wouldn't you take care of it? I understand that getting into skincare seems complicated and intimidating though, so maybe you wouldn't want to deal with that. But, if you want to take care of your skin without any complicated steps, here is a routine that only has 1 product!
Sunscreen
This is the most important product in a skincare routine. I know that many people hate sunscreen, but there are many different types of that don't feel gross on your skin. I would recommend a moisturising sunscreen, especially the one from Cancer Council. The added moisturiser hydrates your skin as well as protecting it. It also feels nice on the skin and absorbs a bit easier. If you still don't like the feel of this sunscreen, there are even lighter options. Lots of people recommend La Roche-Posay sunscreen, because it feels so light while still protecting your skin. I haven't tried this sunscreen though (because it's a bit expensive for me 😅), but I've heard good reviews. If you want more options, I really like this video by Lab Muffin where she recommends different sunscreens. Feel free to do your own research as well, I promise you will find your perfect sunscreen! Once you find your perfect sunscreen, make sure to put it on any time you go outside. Some people like to put it on as soon as they wake up even if they stay inside all day, either to make sure they don't slack on their routine or because they fear the sun might harm their skin through the windows. You don't have to do this if you don't want to, it's perfectly fine to just put it on before you go outside. It's also best if you reapply it throughout the day, but I personally don't do this. I believe that as long as you put it on at least once a day, your skin is more protected than if you didn't put it on at all.
So there you go! I hope you consider protecting your wonderful skin with this easy one step routine!

All this information is so helpful, thank you !! I feel as if I trust a regular person who isn't really invested in the beauty influencer scene who just deals with their skin normally, it's so hard to find good recommendations and genuine advice. I get these little bumps that don't really look inflamed and are sort of just oil deposits under my skin, do you know anything for those? I do wash my face and moisturize in the morning and before bed, so that's all I've got going right now.

I totally get it, the skincare scene is filled with beauty influencers trying to sell you stuff you don't need and it's really hard to wade through the bullshit. if you go on youtube though there's a lot of dermatologists who make videos talking about popular skincare products and will tell you what's worth it and what's not, so if you're ever unsure about where to find some info, look for videos like that.
now as for your problem, again this got long, so putting it under a read more
now I'm not an expert but one thing that came to mind when you described your bumps is fungal acne. do these bumps itch at all? if so, it could be fungal acne. the healthline article I linked talks a bit about what can cause it, and a common treatment I've heard works really well for it is, strangely enough, dandruff shampoo? specifically I've heard of people using nizoral shampoo on their face for fungal acne, although I don't know the details so definitely do your own research.
however, it might not be fungal acne. again, do your research to see if that fits or not. if it's not fungal acne, it could just be your natural skin texture. a lot of skin does just have bumps and uneven patches naturally. the idea that most people have naturally glass smooth skin is a total myth created by the beauty and influencer industry. skin isn't going to be perfectly smooth and that's fine. if you want to try and do something about it though, a possible option could be exfoiliants.
for the most part, scrub exfoiliants are considered a bit too harsh these days so a lot of people use chemical exfoiliants instead. there are a whole variety of these out there, but if you really want a strong one, I use an at home chemical peel solution from the ordinary that's around $10.
this is the strongest at home chemical peel on the market, so it's something you want to be careful with. if you do end up using it, you're definitely going to want to do a patch test first. apply some to the back of your hand for 10 minutes, wash it off, and then wait at least overnight if not a few days to see if you have a reaction. if you don't have a reaction, I'd recommend only using it for 5 minutes the first time you put it on your face, and slowly leave it on for longer and longer every time you use it, but never leave it on longer than 10 minutes total. also, on the days you use this, the only other products you should use on your face is face wash and moisturizer. make sure to use a moisturizer with spf or sunscreen right after using it because it makes your skin very sensitive to the sun!
