Not only will B&C not be as important as many would like, but it could very well be overlooked and have no impact, because they have taken it upon themselves to literally say what is happening at every damn opportunity.

The Red Wedding was what it was because the public LOVED and was attached to Robb and Catelyn, they had screen time, a lot, they showed us who they were and what kind of people they were, and when RW happened NO ONE had any idea it would happen.

Do you really think B&C will have the same impact when it doesn't have any of that? Because the way I see it, B&C is quite comparable to something that already happened in GOT; when Lord Karstark murders two Lannister children, small and innocent children, out of revenge for the death of his own children. Same essence, same situation.

We could feel sorry for the kids, but no one really cared because NO ONE knew those kids. Pity was felt on principle, not out of genuine feeling.
