Becca and I have a long standing joke about characters using fainting couches and me referencing that - but I think Loki is the first one I've been like "Wait, no... he would actually use one - THAT BITCH WOULD CONJURE ONE UP..."
We were joking around about Mobius randomly bringing up the Hulk event, or like gag gifts of Hulk merch. And just Loki being overly dramatic about him teasing him about his trauma~

Tabula Rasa
Tabula Rasa: Blank slate.
Thanks to the wonderful @sonderwalker for the idea. We had a fun discussion about an Anakin amnesia AU and this wonderful thing came out of it. For some quick context, Padmé asked Obi-Wan to come talk to her about Anakin. She hasn’t heard anything about his condition other than that he has amnesia because it is an internal affair and no one knows they are married. So no one knows they are next of kin! (Anemoia, if you read this, HIIIII)
Tabula Rasa
Rating: G
Characters: Anakin Skywalker, Padmé Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi
Word Count: 1352
A summons from Senator Amidala is always a rare pleasure, Obi-Wan thinks as he strides into the elevator of the senatorial apartments. He rocks back and forth on his heels as the elevator begins to ascend with a ding. I wonder what she wants. Not that I’m complaining, she is always a delight.
Obi-Wan does not like politics. Most Senators talk in circles and do their best to avoid questions in a deadly game of misdirection. Not Senator Amidala. At least, not when she is speaking to Obi-Wan. Ever since they met, eleven or maybe twelve years ago, she has always treated Obi-Wan as a dear friend. Not to say that she is not as dangerous as a rancor in her own right. She is. But since they are friends, they both let down their guard. When they speak, they can forget about their responsibilities. Padmé can forget about her politics. Obi-Wan can forget about the war and the toll it has taken. And today, Obi-Wan desperately needs a distraction. Anakin’s condition has been weighing heavy on his mind.
The elevator slides to a smooth stop. As the doors open, Padmé is waiting for him. He smiles and bows slightly. “Good afternoon, Senator. I came as soon as I got your message, is something the matter?”
“Obi-Wan, please come in. Thank you for coming. I... I wanted to talk about...” The senator swallows hard, looking like she’s on the brink of tears. “Anakin. I wanted to talk about Anakin.”
Obi-Wan nods gently and steps into the apartment. Padmé leads him to the couch and takes a seat on the edge.
Taking a deep breath, the senator begins to speak. “He came to see me yesterday. He looked lost when he came in, like a scared child. He asked if I was Padmé. I know I didn’t want to believe you when you can last week and told me and for a while I didn’t. But when he asked...” Padmé choked back a sob. “The way his eyes just stared blankly at me. I had to face reality.”
She starts to cry and Obi-Wan hesitantly puts a hand on her shoulder in comfort. “Padmé, I am so sorry. I’m so sorry we... I’m so sorry I couldn’t get to him in time. We are doing all we can. I know he’s a dear friend. Just hold on, I’m sure he will get better. I’m sure in time...”
Padmé’s head snaps up to stare at him with ferocious intensity. “Obi-Wan, he’s not just my friend.” Her mouth snaps shut under Obi-Wan’s inquisitive gaze. Sensing the question on his lips, she sighs heavily and puts her head in her hands. “He’s my husband... we got married just after Geonosis.”
Obi-Wan’s face falls in shock. He opens his mouth to speak but Padmé cuts him off. Her words, usually so carefully chosen and rehearsed, now tumble out of her mouth. It’s as if a dam had been broken.
“We thought we were going to die in that arena. When we didn’t, we were both acting rashly after and decided to get married. I can’t say I’ve regretted it but I do wonder if we should have handled it differently because now this has happened and I don’t know what to do, Obi-Wan, I don’t know what to do.”
She clutches at Obi-Wan, who gently holds her as she cries. His mind whirling, he murmurs soothing words to her. He wants to be mad at Anakin. But he can’t. Not when it’s clear she loves him in the same way he loved her.
Obi-Wan flies back to the Jedi Temple in a haze. Married since after Geonosis. How could I have been so blind? Everything begins to click into place. How Anakin would constantly find his way to the Senate apartments at weird hours. How Anakin would look at Padmé. It all makes so much sense.
When he returns, Anakin is waiting for him. He is sitting on Obi-Wan's bed, scribbling furiously in that little black notebook that he had asked for. When he hears the door open, Anakin's head snaps up and he smiles widely. "Hi Obi-Wan! Where were you?"
Obi-Wan closes his eyes and steps into the room. The door hisses shut behind him. He can't bring himself to smile back. Anakin seems to sense that something is on his mind as his smile fades into a frown of concern. "Is something wrong? Did I do something wrong?" His brow furrows as he tries to remember if Obi-Wan had asked him to do something.
"No Anakin, you didn't..." He pauses. Because that would be a lie. Anakin did do something wrong, something against the Jedi Code. But Anakin can't remember what he did. It wouldn't be fair to scold Anakin for something he doesn't remember. "You didn't do anything wrong... What do you remember about Padmé Amidala?"
Anakin furrows his brow, thinking hard. "I... I remember she is from Naboo. I went to see her yesterday. I thought maybe seeing her would help me remember, like being around you and Ahsoka helped me to remember that you like tea and Ahsoka's favorite color is green. But it didn't. I couldn't remember anything. But the way she was looking at me..." Anakin looks down at his hands, then back up at Obi-Wan. "It's like I was a very important part of her life and just seeing me not remembering her was causing her pain. Who was she to me?"
Obi-Wan rubs his hand over his chin and sighs heavily, sinking to a seat next to Anakin. His eyes meet Anakin's and he says. "She was... You loved her."
Obi-Wan scrutinizes Anakin's face, seeing the shock and confusion and deep, deep sorrow. "You don't remember anything about her?"
Anakin's frown deepens. He closes his eyes as if he is willing the memories to appear in his mind. "I don't Obi-Wan. Do you mean love her like... like, I loved you and Ahsoka?"
"No, Anakin. I mean you loved her as a wife." Anakin's face drains of color. His mouth gapes open and his eyes dart around as if looking for a way out or a sign that this isn't true.
"A wife...? She was my... I... I was married? I... I don't understand. I thought that was forbidden? Why wasn't I expelled? How did this happen? I... What?" Tears threaten to spill from Anakin's eyes as he desperately looks at Obi-Wan as if he has all the answers. Obi-Wan thinks for a minute. "I did not know, Anakin. I only found out yesterday. She told me that she married you after the Battle of Geonosis. You were under a lot of stress. But she also told me that she doesn't regret it. She loves you, Anakin as much as you loved her. You weren't expelled because you kept it a secret from all of us. Frankly, I'm surprised. I didn't know you could keep secrets."
At this, Anakin jostles Obi-Wan's shoulder and for a moment, Obi-Wan forgets that Anakin doesn't remember. That moment feels just like every other little moment they had shared over the course of their lives. Then the moment passes.
"Are you... are you mad at me?" Anakin's voice is soft and fearful. He can't meet Obi-Wan's gaze.
"No, of course not. You don't remember. And even if you did, I can't say I would be mad for long. I am more concerned with your and her wellbeing. You are my friend, my brother, Anakin. I just want you to be happy, And now that I know, I can help you."
"What do I do now?"
"I don't know. I think for now, you focus on getting better. We will worry about Senator Amidala when you are more stable. She understands. Focus on you, Anakin. That is the best thing you can do."
Anakin nods dully and leans up against Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan hesitates for a moment and then begins to rub soothing circles on his former Padawan’s back.
“Everything is going to be okay, Anakin. We are all here to help you, I promise.”

Hi Gao 👋🏻 , how about no.30 for the Elu prompts ?
Tumblr media
#30: “It’s not what it looks like…”
Eliott knew that Lucas' birthday was coming up soon and Lucas had been pretty adamant about receiving nothing by saying, "it's fine, baby. I don't need anything this year. I only wanna spend time with you." Oh sure, Eliott could do that and be a complete failure as a boyfriend or he could plan a fun surprise party for Lucas, which proved to be more difficult than he imagined it to be. Since they were always tied at the hip, ones where the other would go, the other will follow. Which was why when Eliott tried to be discreet in keeping a secret from him, Eliott didn't notice something was brewing. An unpleasant shade of green began to form within Lucas.
Jealousy was an ugly shade that did not match well with Lucas. It doesn't suit anyone, but especially not with Lucas. His eyes held a drop of cerulean blue, a shade that Eliott wanted to write long sappy verses about forever. His lips that were rosy pink and alluring to form that perfect pout, the things Eliott wanted to do to them was sinful. His skin that was creamy and smooth upon every touch, just feeling them against his own drove Eliott insane with desire. Fuck, there were so many colors that made Lucas' existence pop and glow. And it's still not green.
Eliott could have sworn; those big blue eyes were tracking his every move as he tried subtlety sending texts to the boys on planning the big surprise birthday party. As subtle as he can be, anyway. Which was getting increasingly harder as they began approaching the days before Lucas' birthday, Eliott could only hope Lucas doesn’t suspect anything.
But the late night discussion via text with the boys about the party plans with Eliott going as far as to having to white lie in order to cover for why was he was working out so late. Obviously, he needed to work extra shifts to raise money for the party, but Eliott couldn't say that, and so, he fibbed. Saying his workplace was getting busier and they needed him. Lucas seemed to have bought that, right?
Absolutely not. Lucas was getting too anxious and paranoid for any sane person to handle. Lucas didn't want to jump to conclusions nor did he want to seem like the over possessive type but—Oh fuck it. He was jealous, and he needed answers. The little voice of Lucille was coming back to haunt him again about Eliott having "others." It wasn't fair to assume Eliott was having an episode when Eliott has been dodgy for a whole month now. Lucas has gotten better at spotting the signs, and this was not it. It was something different, and Lucas did not like it one bit. Having decided it was enough, Lucas decides to speak up on the day of his birthday.
...
"Be honest with me, Eliott. Are you cheating on me?"
Oh, fuck.
Eliott immediately recoils from his phone. He had been intently texting the party group chat. The boys were informing him that they were almost done setting up everything and that people were slowly making their way to the party. Eliott didn't think it'd go this far, but the way Lucas was holding back his tears as his nose began to show that lovely shade of red was sending Eliott into panic mode.
"Wha—of course not, Lucas! Lucas, listen to me, I would never do that to you." Eliott said hastily and made his way over to Lucas, cautiously. Almost as if he was approaching a wounded animal or rather, a very distressed hedgehog. Eliott knew he fucked up the moment he held Lucas face to look into his ocean eyes. To only have them burst out tidal waves as his boyfriend falls apart in his arms.
"Fuck! Eliott, pl-please tell me it's not true." Lucas muffled pleas was barely audible as he cried into Eliott's chest as he squeezed his torso, like a kid who didn't want to let go of their favorite toy. "Don't leave me…"
It was breaking his heart. Eliott needed to lighten up the mood, required to make Lucas stop crying. Anything! Fuck! He had no one else to blame but himself. He should've realized all his suspicious activity was going to come back to bite his ass one way or another.  The result was either an emotional wreck, Lucas or an angry outburst Lucas. It turns out it was the former.
He tried to soothe the shaking Lucas, "sssshhh, I'm not going anywhere, my love. It's going to be okay—"
After a moment, Lucas seemed to have stopped entirely altogether as he looks up from Eliott's chest, looking determined now as his eyes glowed. "Ouais, I'll be okay as soon as I see who you've been texting for the last couple of weeks!"
“It’s not what it looks like…” Eliott tries to explain but was cut off by Lucas.
"—Well, it looks like to me, you've been far more engaged in some 'chat' than having realized it's your boyfriend's birthday today!"
Yup, it seems he was getting the angry Lucas now. Eliott braced himself for the impact when suddenly his phone began to ring. Not even a second goes by, and Lucas reaches for the phone before Eliott does.
Holding up his hands as Eliott surrenders to Lucas' flashing eyes. Lucas answers the phone.
"—Yo, Eliott! Where you at? The party is starting. Everyone is asking for the birthday boy!" Came Yann's voice from the other line.
Eliott watched the way Lucas' expressions went from a defensive facade to having his eyes grow to the size of saucers as he absorbed the information and was now looking like he was going to cry once again.
"...Uh-Ahem, I'm coming soon, Yann. Thank you for telling us." But Lucas was now grinning mischievously. "But first, I gotta have a little chat with my lovely boyfriend."
"Oh shit! Lucas found out guys! Uh—” Lucas hung up before Yann could finish. Eliott gulped as Lucas finally put down the phone and stared at him. A predator was coming for the kill.
"W-wait, Lucas! Forgive me! Ouch—” Lucas only came at him with a pillow, and soon they were pillow fighting as Lucas curses him out for keeping this a secret from him. Driving him mad with worry and jealousy. Eliott only could reply with, "uh haha, surprise?" Before getting hit in the face with a pillow again.
"Never do that again, I would rather have you tell me than being sneaky like that, you asshole!"
"Okay, okay. But you know I'm your asshole."
"Damn right, you are!"
"...But Lucas, I'm sorry for making you think that I could leave you—.”
"Sshhh, it's fine. Just don’t. I love you too, you big sappy dope."
"I love you so much, Lucas. Happy birthday."
"Thank you, baby. But if you keep sweet talking me, I'm afraid we wouldn't make it to the party."
"Who said we couldn't arrive late, after all, it's your birthday party."
"Exactly. It's my birthday party, and I was the last to know about it, and I don't want to be the last to arrive. So let's go!"
"..."
"You can give me another special birthday present when we come back…"
"Mmmm, that is tempting."
"Oh, please, you can't resist me."
"I'm not even fighting it, so consume me. I want you to consume me, Lucas."
"Uh..W-what time we do have to be there, again?"
"As I said, it's your birthday, baby. Tell me what you want."
"Fuck! You. I want you."
"And how can I say no? Come here, let me make it better…"
...
A/N: Hiiiii thank you Shamrin! I had a lot of fun writing this! Hope you like it too!
