SOOO BASICALLY

An outcast (after being stuck in a dangerous situation)

meets someone with much more power than their own

Who they then go on to work with (acting as a right hand man)

With a goal to execute a much larger plan that involves:

Overthrowing an emperor whom they had previously tried to manipulate into helping them by convincing him that it would be in his, and by extension, the kingdoms, best interest to do so

Which they did by using the resources/power of someone that they manipulated onto their side

Who then ruled in the emperors place, acting as a sort of figurehead for people to focus on, while they worked on their own plan from the background

However, the same person that they had been manipulating betrays them, trapping them to deal with later

…Which leads to different results in the end

. . .Also they both use forbidden power to furher their plans along like urrrgh

Now for just miscellaneous stuff that doesn’t really fit in well with what’s up there (also I’m sleepy so they are not at all fully formed and basically just random stuff I scribbled down)

Uhh so like the end scene where Ras is all like “we’re going to unlock forbidden secrets that this world hasn’t seen in centuries” to Jordana.    .     . UHHHHHM I SEE THAT YOU CANNOT SAY THE WORDS FORBIDDEN POWER AND NOT EXPECT ME TO NOTICEEEEE. “OH FORBIDDEN POWER THE WORLD HASNT SEEN IN CENTURIES” OH. OH SO YOU MEAN LIKE THE SCROLLS OF WHAT??? FORBIDDEN SPINJITZU. THAT HAVENT BEEN USED/SEEN IN HOW LONG??????? CENTURIES!!!!! FROM WHAT SEASON???? SECRETS OF FORBIDDEN SPINJITZU YEAH THATS RIGHT

Also manipulation seems to be their favorite way of getting everything doneeee because like damn literally half of their screen times respectively is probably JUST them manipulating people to get their way like DAMN

Also both of them are connected to animals a lot like Ras obviously being a tiger n all but then also Vex with the Formlings and stuff
