Hope that is how Holly imagined them! (Although probably minus the kiss but if you know you know.) I wasn’t sure how short Bels hair is supposed to be since she still can put it into a ponytail! Is it short enough? Is Ash too tall? Idk!! But I know that I will have to redesign his hair if I ever want to draw more of them. His curls made me struggle real bad.

Thoughts:

Holly Jackson... YOU ABSOLUTELY DEVOURED WITH THIS. HOLY FUCKING SHIT I'M ACTUALLY TERRIFIED.

Once again, another Holly Jackson ship isn't endgame. Ash Maddox/Bel Price was giving me flashbacks to PipRavi and I had to take a moment to scream.

The fact I had a feeling that Charlie was involved somehow and was so sure that I was overreacting... Holly Jackson is the expert at making me doubt my own theories with her books and I love that for her.

MY JAW DROPPED WHEN IT WAS REVEALED THAT PATRICK PRICE KIDNAPPED RACHEL. I DID NOT EXPECT THAT OLD MAN TO HAVE KIDNAPPED HER, LET ALONE HAVE ACCIDENTALLY KILLED HIS OWN WIFE YEARS AGO.

The sibling plotline... I did not see that coming. The fact that Rachel had Carter stolen from her broke my heart. She deserved so much better.

I had a feeling Charlie was gaslighting Rachel when we saw the home video of her and Bel just before she disappeared. Fucking despise Charlie Price so fucking much.

I've gotta say that I enjoyed this standalone way more than Five Survive. I did like Five Survive, but I found that for me, it lacked a connection to the characters. I just wasn't that interested in Red as a main character or her relationship with Arthur. But here, with Bel, I was so intrigued and cried over her and Ash not being endgame.

Overall, if you haven't read this book yet, then go pick it up! Holly Jackson never fails with her books and I'm so excited for the next one! - Em

heyyy!!! yes i have read The Reappearance of Rachel Price and i LOVED IT. it was honestly imo the best mystery holly has written to date and i loved bel and ash (although no one will beat pipravi <3). im desperately waiting for it to come out in a normal sized paperback so that i can annotate and analyse it

My honest opinion of THE REAPPEARANCE OF RACHEL PRICE by HOLLY JACKSON is that the book was kinda long and it had a lot of fillers but I still enjoyed it very much. And I obviously fell in love with ASH MADDOX.

I just finished The Reappearance of Rachel Price and am in a state of depression. Cried for the last 5 chapters. Some of sadness some of joy. And now I refuse to function. It was SO GOOD. The ending was 🥹 like I cantttttt. Sad that Ash and Bel couldn’t be together because he was literally adorable- especially with his slay clothes. Besides that, it was literally the best possible ending ever.😭😭😭❤️( Rachel is the baddest toughest girlboss bitch) also fuck that dirtbag Charlie
