Update on my neuro spicy eating:

My body has stopped giving me normal hunger signals. Instead it automatically goes to nausea. I think it's cause I would procrastinate eating for up to an hour after I noticed that I was hungry. I procrastinated till I had moderate/severe hunger pains. And my body was like, "well if you're not listening I'm just gonna make you miserable every time you're hungry"

Começa com a fome.

Eu sinto minha barriga se alimentar de dentro pra fora,

Como se meu corpo estivesse se comendo,

Uma apatia física,

Meu corpo começa a entrar em combustão.

Eu sinto tudo.

Desde um fio de cabelo no meio da cabeça até as pontinhas dos dedos dos pés,

Começo a sentir as pontadas nos meus ouvidos,

Sinto fisgadas atrás dos meus olhos,

Minha garganta fecha,

Minha cabeça lateja,

E eu consigo sentir o vazio em meu estomago,

Consigo sentir o vácuo dele,

Como se pudesse sentir o oco, como se o tocasse com as mãos.

Meu corpo fraqueja,

Não sinto mais força nos braços,

E minha pele, meu esqueleto e o que deveriam ser meus músculos vão se atrofiando rapidamente.

O espaço se torna pequeno demais.

Meu coração começa a acelerar implorando por espaço.

Meus pulmões não conseguem mais oxigenar meu corpo.

Minha cabeça vai ficando vazia aos poucos.

Meu cérebro vai perdendo o funcionamento me deixando tonta

e cada vez mais fraca...

Gradualmente sinto a morte chegando ao meu corpo,

Meus sistemas estão parando de funcionar se rendendo ao meu fim pré-agendado.

E assim,

De uma forma simples, mas dramática

Me sinto no leito da morte.

Até que, no meu limite, consigo ingerir um alimento

Por menor que seja, é um grande desafio

Meu corpo reage de forma animada com esperanças de que tudo voltará ao normal

Seu entusiasmo chega a ser pertubador.

Tudo volta a funcionar de uma vez

E a felicidade é tão enérgica que a primeira reação do corpo é a rejeição do que acabara de ser ingerido.

Há o vomito.

As lagrimas por não conseguir mais comer ou manter algo em meu estomago.

O desespero...

E novamente me forço a tentar de novo, logo em seguida

Com sucesso, finjo eu

Meu corpo volta ao seu funcionamento limitado, mas contrafazendo o que é saudável.

E no dia seguinte, o ciclo se repete

As vezes no mesmo dia,

As vezes em poucas horas,

E tudo volta do inicio e reinicia no final,

Um ciclo perverso, com certeza.

Porém, mesmo que perverso, ainda é viciante e fatigante de sair.
