In AWA, which reader is (probably) the most miserable with her boo at this time?
How about I give you a list to rank them? From least to most miserable:
Li’l Dip - she was kinda into the fantasy before and Ari confronting her with the reality of it has kinda won her over.
Princess - despite Freezy being taciturn and a little unpredictable, she’s settled into her life with Robert and his expectations. she’s even a little fond of the prickly ice cream man.
Angel - she’s more freaked out right now, as opposed to miserable. she doesn’t exactly understand, but Jake’s been quite the gentleman and quite respectful despite, you know, kidnapping her and faking her death.
Sucker - sure, she has her fantasies of Nick and she’s going a little stir crazy, but overall, she does like being with Lloyd when he’s actually there.
Pidge - she’s captured and locked to the bed, but Ransom’s intent of giving her all the orgasms and ruining her totally for anyone else. it could be worse.
Honey - despite being married now, being stuck with Andy still makes her miserable. she hasn’t turned that corner yet where she can accept and settle. her fire’s still raging at her husband, especially when he tries to act like nothing’s wrong and they’re just a happy couple.

‘Scrublands’ Season 2: Luke Carroll, Debra Lawrance & More To Join Returning Luke Arnold & Bella Heathcote In Stan Mystery Drama; First Look Here
EXCLUSIVE: Luke Carroll (The Artful Dodger), Debra Lawrance (Please Like Me) and David Roberts (Please Like Me) are among the new stars of Australian drama Scrublands, which is gearing up for its second season on Stan and 9 Network.
Also starring alongside returning leads Luke Arnold and Bella Heathcote in Scrublands: Silver are Tasma Walton (The Twelve), Luke Pegler (Hacksaw Ridge), Caroline Brazier (Year Of), Joel Jackson (Peter Allen: Not the Boy Next Door), Toby Truslove (La Brea), Sarah Roberts (Home and Away), Hamish Michael (The Twelve), Radek Jonak (The Surfer) and Damian De Montemas (Hounds of Love).
Above you can see an exclusive first-look image of season 2, with filming now underway in Augusta, Western Australia.
The season is being adapted from author Chris Hammer’s novel ‘Silver’, and here are some new plot details: A year after the life changing events of season 1, investigative journalist Martin Scarsden (Arnold) has returned to his coastal hometown, Port Silver, to set up a new life with partner Mandy Bond (Heathcote). When he arrives to find his childhood friend Jasper brutally murdered and Mandy the prime suspect, Martin struggles with doubts – about Mandy and about his own ability to recognise the truth. As he pushes forward to find the real murderer and absolve Mandy, Martin confronts secrets about Port Silver and his long-buried past.
The series comes from Easy Tiger and Third Act Stories as a co-production for Stan and 8 Network. Martha Coleman, Ian Collie, Rob Gibson and Felicity Packard are the producers. Ben Young is the director, and the writers are Felicity Packard, Fiona Kelly and Jock Serong, with Michael Healy and Andy Ryan from the 9 Network and Cailah Scobie and Alicia Brown for Stan the executive producers. Major production investment came from Screenwest, Lotterywest and the WA Regional Screen Fund, and the season was developed with the assistance of Screenwest and Lotterywest. Abacus Media Rights is the international distributor.
We revealed the official confirmation of season 2 in March when we had news of Stan’s 2024 slate. The reorder had been widely expected with sources within the streamer talking glowingly about its performance.
“Following the immense success of Scrublands, we look forward to working with Easy Tiger and Third Act Stories, alongside lead cast Luke and Bella, as we bring audiences another thrilling season,” said Stan Chief Content Officer Cailah Scobie.
9 Network Head of Drama Andy Ryan added: “Set in the stark coastal beauty of Western Australia, Scrublands: Silver will wow audiences with a gripping crime mystery in a unique environment. With the outstanding Luke Arnold and Bella Heathcote returning along with the creative maestros at Easy Tiger and Third Act Stories, viewers should strap in for another emotional rollercoaster of world class premium drama.”
Easy Tiger co-chief Ian Collie said it was “great to step back into the world of Mandy and Martin, played perfectly by Luke Arnold and Bella Heathcote. Like the first season, we are witness from the get-go to a violent tragedy that implicates both our heroes.”
The series is the latest to film in Western Australia, which is being with other states such as Victoria and New South Wales to attract local and international projects, with production credit schemes and other soft money readily available in most. “This is Stan’s fourth project in Western Australia in the last twelve months, and shows our commitment to collaborating with local cast and creatives so that we can deliver fresh and exceptional Originals for Australian and global audiences,” said Scobie.
“We are pleased to welcome Stan and Easy Tiger back to WA and are excited to see Luke Arnold and Bella Heathcote reprise their roles, this time in our stunning South West,” said Screenwest CEO Rikki Lea Bestall. “Augusta is abuzz with activity with WA producer Martha Coleman and WA director Ben Young heading up a fantastic Western Australian crew.”

From "Memories of Michael" by Terry Southern:
Summer of '66 at the top of Duke Street, in the heart of Old Smoke, I...had my first larger-than-life living-colour confrontation with a certain Michael Cooper, Esquire....I moved on a couple doors along Duke Street to the Robert Fraser Gallery and Grill, as we were later wont to call it. I tried the door and found it locked up tighter than Dick's hat-band.
"Looking for Robert, are you?" asked the young dandy, and when I turned I saw something I was to come to love--his extraordinary smile, piercing; and somehow both shy and knowing, almost conspiratorial....
"Yes," I said. "I'm supposed to meet him here at four." It was almost five now.
Michael laughed. "Oh, I expect he's hopped it," he said, affecting a slightly Cockney accent. "Off to Meerakesh, if my guess is any good. Having a right rave-up with Bill Willis and Chris Gibbs about now, I shouldn't wonder, ho-ho!"
I peered through the gallery window; in the shadows I could see the great B-52 sculpture by Colin Self, which he had said was inspired by Doc Strangelove....
"Hold on," [Michael] said. "Is this a bloody Thursday?" I replied that it was indeed Thursday.
"Then Bob's having tea at his mum's."
"And not the right rave-up you had imagined."
"Yes, he has tea with his mum every Thursday, rain or shine." He considered it. "I should very much like to know what they talk about." He laughed. "Robert's poor taste in choosing his friends, most likely. Although she's a very nice woman. Actually quite charming."
"So he won't be coming back here to the gallery."
"No, we'll have to catch him at Mount Street. Have you been to his flat in Mount Street?"
I said that indeed I had....
Many of my memories of Michael involve Robert Fraser. They were ideally suited for the remarkable friendship they enjoyed. Each regarded the other as a grand eccentric, with Robert playing a sort of older brother of a more conservative stamp.
He had a rather protective attitude towards Michael, although it was Michael who was dominant in terms of influence; it was he who always managed to get copies of the latest Otis Redding or Sam Cooke, or to know about a private screening of a Bruce Connor film; and whenever he made a trip to New York, he would invariably return full of enthusiasm for the work of some new artist he had met through Larry Rivers, Andy Warhol or Den Hopper.
He once persuaded Robert to install a 45rpm record-player under the dashboard of his car--a remarkable Italian device that would absorb the bumps and cobbles of Old Smoke without skipping a note. With Michael as DJ and 'Strawberry Bob' at the wheel, driving like a demon, eye glasses glinting in the changing traffic lights, mouth fixed in a smile of stone manic hilarity, we would tool about the city, blasting with our rock'n'roll. A memorable period.
...I once heard [Michael] defending Keith [Richards] in an amusing exchange with Robert. It was during an evening at Mount Street.
"Well young sir," said Robert, waxing indignant, "buzz along the rialto has it that those two esteemed cronies of yours--Squire Richards and Anita Pallenberg--have shown some rather bad form, rather bad form indeed."
Michael brightened. "Oh? How's that, then?"
Robert took great glee (while feigning high seriousness) in recounting how Keith and Anita had run away together, into the North African night, leaving Brian to his own devices.
"'Spanish Tony' brought the news," he said in solemn conclusion and waited for Michael's response. It appeared, however, that Michael had already heard about it, from Christopher Gibbs, and in more detail.
"They left Brian half of the hash and half of the albums," he said in loyal defence.
Robert seemed to weigh the matter anew for a moment, but he remained sceptical. "Including the Little Richard?" he demanded. "I would wager my life they did not leave the Little Richard!"
From Blinds & Shutters (bold mine)
#robert fraser#michael cooper#keith richards#anita pallenberg#brian jones#lol lol lol at 'I would wager my life they did not leave the Little Richard'#I also love that Robert gave off conservative protective big brother energy

August 4th summary
We watched from 2015/12/30 p1 to 2015/12/31 p3.
The police arrest Ross for Robert's shooting. Debbie tells them he was with her at the time. Robert asks Andy if it was Ross and Andy claims it was someone he didn't know, but Robert becomes suspicious when he sees the two of them talking. By threatening to call the police about Andy's role in it, Robert forces Andy to admit it was Ross, and Andy explains their deal of swapping targets. Robert is angry but agrees to let it drop because going to the police would bring up Andy and Katie.
New year party at the Woolpack. At Ross and Debbie's, Robert confronts Ross with a gun, making him admit to shooting him. Ross says he really struggled with it afterwards. Debbie and Andy walk in on them and Robert makes Andy admit to the shooting to Debbie. Robert pulls the trigger... but the gun is empty, because he just wanted to scare Ross. Debbie says she could never trust Ross again.
Chas finds Gordon's wallet in the Woollie and phones him; they make plans to meet up. Zak turns up with his new girlfriend and is kicked out. Lisa and Belle go home, then all the Dingles burst in at midnight to celebrate the new year with them.
#robronrewatch2023#summary#robert says the description he gave the police doesn't rule Ross out but i find that hard to believe#because it was crafted to get Aaron off the hook and he and Ross are practically Identical in terms of describing them#especially considering it was low light

The horse fucking did it????? Well I will give them one thing, they probably can genuinely say this has never been done before. And hopefully it will never be done again. What the hell
Well Kim was on the horse. But she found Craig in the field and he tried to grab the horse when she was trying to ride away and the horse got spooked and kicked him in the head I guess. He was technically still breathing when Kim left but since he didn't get up again, I guess he died from that.
Very anticlimactic.
They've gotta stop doing whodunnits where there's no drama to the reveal. You had Nicky revealed to be the one who pushed Caleb in like two second and then an episode later Caleb was lying to the police for him and they were sharing a takeaway and everything was fine. And now this.
At least Pierce went to jail for killing Graham. And at least Adam went on the run when Moira killed Emma. And at least there was a dramatic confrontation and a truce with Andy and a twist with Ross and another dramatic confrontation and that led to Debbie leaving with Who Shot Robert.
This is just...kind of pathetic.

i like theo less and less with each passing episode, i don’t really like the way he treats vic and i think she deserves better tbh, i know they talked things through at the station but he still seemed a little condescending to me idk
i totally get carina’s choices this episode although i did think she was oversharing a little with that patient, i get enjoying the attention cause she barely got attention like that from maya the past few weeks (months?) so i get enjoying being flirted with, i do hope she said no to the date or told the woman she’d think about it and then tells her no later
maya is doing so well, she chose to stay home and work on herself instead of going back to work and she listened to carina’s thoughts and concerns, she told carina she loves her and that she’s sorry which is all she could do in the short time she had and carina won’t forgive her that easily which i understand, i just hope maya keeps trying to show carina that she truly has changed and that carina will always be her priority
i’m not feeling it between andy and this british dude, i like them both as individuals but i just don’t see them as a couple, idk they just don’t fit together in my opinion
i didn’t think it was possible but i felt a bit of sympathy for beckett this episode, he’s still an ass and he constantly brings the team in danger but i can see the show going toward a redemption for him which i’m open to as long as it’s done well and taken slow
robert is being so quiet, such a slay
i’m glad jack didn’t confront carina cause that really wasn’t his place and i don’t think it would have ended well but i get where he was coming from, ben did the right thing for telling jack to not get involved

Some thoughts on Vicki and Robert
I rewatched Queen America last night for the third time instead of letting myself think about the impending funeral of my friend, and even wrote a fanfic that probably no one will read because I'm four years late to the party, but I'm incredibly drawn to Vicki Ellis as a character, and I genuinely can't control what inspires my brain to start writing and what doesn't.
Anyway, what I wanted to talk about after seeing this show a third time, is that it's not a secret, even within the universe of the show, that Robert and Vicki have a toxic relationship, right? It's heavily implied, and even outright stated, that they are in an endless cycle of getting together, having angry and sometimes violent fights, followed by rough sexy times, and then breaking up, only to eventually get back together again, even when they're both actively in healthier relationships with other people. But because I don't have any knowledge of Oklahoma's geography, I never understood one of Vicki's digs at him until I looked it up just now.
In episode 9, when Vicki and Robert are beginning to fight, Vicki says, "I remember the time you drove all the way to Norman because you found out I was sleepin' with that O.U. [Oklahoma University] guy."
Robert responds: "Well, that was back when you had a 22-year-old's ass, and I'd do anything for that."
Obviously, from context, even someone who doesn't know where Tulsa is in relation to Norman would understand that they're far away from each other, and that he must've been pretty darn jealous and possessive to be willing to go that far to follow her, but now that I looked it up, I'm like... wow. Two hours? He drove two hours to Norman because he didn't want her sleeping with another guy? That's...that's a lot, right? Like, Vicki complains about having to drive to Okmulgee in the first episode, which is only 45 minutes away, by comparison.
Vicki also provides the context that she didn't tell him about the guy she was seeing; he must've done some "digging" to find out. So this man did some digging and followed his presumably ex-girlfriend to a town two hours away, just to...what? Break them up? They don't really tell us in the show what he did, but since Vicki knows about him following her, I assume he confronted her and they got in one of their famous fights that ended in sex.
Something I'm also interested in is that Nigel clearly knows about all of this toxicity, and usually doesn't comment on it, because it's Vicki's business... but when he originally brings up the fact that Robert is back in Tulsa, even though he says he "didn't mean to upset [her]" by doing it, he absolutely intended the revelation that Robert is back in town to throw Vicki off enough that she'd stop criticizing his own romantic choices. But throwing her incredibly toxic and unhealthy relationship with a man in her face just to get her to stop talking about his own choices was a low blow, even for best friends who frequently call each other out, and what's more, is that he realizes that he's gone too far almost immediately, and while he doesn't exactly apologize, he acknowledges that he upset her.
Similarly, after Vicki runs into Robert at church, Regina immediately says, "Are you alright?" in an uncharacteristically compassionate and knowing tone. It seems like everyone who has known Vicki long enough to know about Robert is also aware that even just mentioning him, or in this case, seeing him at church, is enough to upset her.
What's remarkable to me is just how...normal...Vicki is with the chef instead? Like, before she tries to babysit his kid, she and Andy have an incredibly healthy relationship, by comparison? They communicate openly, and whenever Vicki hears herself saying something she shouldn't (like when she says he'll never make a name for himself with only one restaurant), she immediately apologizes. He seems genuinely worried for her when she leaves their dinner date early (ostensibly because she feels sick, but actually, seeing Robert has so thoroughly thrown her off that she can't stay), and when Vicki says, "You don't have to be so nice to me all the time, you know?" he insists that he wants to be nice to her, as if there isn't any other way of being, in his mind.
I don't know, I just find it fascinating that it seems like Vicki and Robert really do bring out the worst in each other, because Vicki manages to have a relatively healthy relationship with another man at the same time that she's showing her worst colors with Robert? She's so unused to all the kindness in her relationship with Andy, in fact, that she outright states that Andy being so good to her makes her "suspicious," which is a pretty classic sign of having been in a manipulative or emotionally abusive relationship in the past.
I just have a lot of feelings, I guess, about the fact that Vicki has so rarely known kindness, even/especially within her own family (I mean, Katie literally punches Vicki in the face in the very first episode?? Right after Vicki spends a whole afternoon being insulted by her daughter niece?!), and she seems to be fighting a constant battle against everyone around her, except for maybe Nigel.
I just want to wrap Vicki up in a blanket and keep her away from all the people who are constantly hurting her 🥺

Art History and AI
“The Art of a Generation..and the Next”
American art has played a significant role in shaping the identity of the Baby Boomer generation, as it reflects their social values and cultural revolution. The Boomers, born between 1946 and 1964, were at the forefront of movements like hippie modernism, which emphasized peace and love, reflecting their experiences during the civil rights movement and the upheaval of the 1960s. Influential artists like Andy Warhol used pop art to critique consumerism and champion individuality, while Robert Rauschenberg blended different media to challenge traditional boundaries of art. Moreover, artists such as Cindy Sherman and Barbara Kruger in the postmodern era addressed themes of identity, gender, and societal norms, mirroring the Boomers' quest for self-discovery and authenticity. Their artistic expressions encapsulated the cultural markers of the Baby Boomers' youth, driving movements that altered the landscape of American art and resonating deeply with the generation's rebellious spirit and desire for change.
American art has served as a vital medium for Generation X, reflecting their unique identity, cultural experiences, and societal values. This generation, often characterized by disillusionment and skepticism, found expression through artistic movements such as Neo-Expressionism and Postmodernism. Artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat and Julian Schnabel utilized raw emotional styles and bold imagery in their works, conveying a sense of urgency and social commentary that resonated with their cohort's experiences of alienation and societal critique. Meanwhile, Cindy Sherman and Barbara Kruger embraced concepts of identity and consumerism, using irony and cultural references to challenge traditional notions of art and authority.
The values seen in Generation X art emphasize individualism, authenticity, and a critical approach to mass media and consumer culture, which stand in stark contrast to the more optimistic, idealistic themes celebrated by the Baby Boomer generation during movements like Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art. For instance, while Baby Boomers focused on expressive freedom and a celebration of popular culture through bright imagery, Generation X artists often embraced irony and a raw aesthetic that questioned societal norms and authority. Furthermore, the generation's engagement with graffiti and street art, as seen in the works of Keith Haring and Basquiat, highlights a rebellious spirit aimed at reclaiming public spaces and confronting social issues. This divergence illustrates a fundamental conflict between the idealistic expressions of Boomers and the critical, often cynical perspective of Generation X in their artistic outputs.
Access to computers and digital technology has significantly transformed American art and its influence on Millennials and younger generations. Digital tools have expanded artistic possibilities, allowing artists to experiment with new mediums, engage with global audiences, and challenge traditional art concepts. This shift has fostered a generation of artists who embrace accessibility, collaboration, and messages that resonate with societal themes, such as social justice and environmentalism. As these generations continue to shape the art world, the integration of generative AI imagery poses both opportunities and challenges, particularly regarding authorship, creativity, and the socio-economic impacts of art.
Digital technology has revolutionized how artists create, share, and experience art. Artists now use various digital tools, including software for graphic design, digital painting, and 3D modeling, to push the boundaries of artistic expression and introduce innovative techniques. The internet enables rapid dissemination and accessibility of artwork, making it possible for artists to reach global audiences without traditional barriers. Furthermore, social media platforms have become essential for promoting art and connecting creators with their audiences, giving rise to a culture where art is more participatory and community-driven.
Millennials and Gen Z have distinct preferences regarding art styles and messages, frequently favoring contemporary art forms that reflect their values and experiences. They are particularly drawn to street art, digital art, and art that incorporates elements of activism, known as "artivism," which highlights social, political, and environmental issues. The use of humor and irony, especially through memes and internet culture, characterizes the artistic expressions of these generations. These movements address the complexities of modern life and push for dialogues about identity, inclusivity, and sustainability within the artistic community.
Generative AI is set to play a pivotal role in the evolution of American art, offering artists new tools to explore creativity and redefine artistic boundaries. By utilizing algorithms and machine learning, artists can generate complex visuals and interactive installations, allowing for a unique collaboration between human creativity and technological innovation. AI can provide personalized art experiences, making it possible to engage audiences in ways that traditional art forms have not. However, the use of AI-generated artwork also raises questions about authorship, originality, and the ethical implications of using algorithms based on existing works without consent. As artists continue to embrace these technologies, generative AI has the potential to enrich the artistic landscape while challenging our understanding of creativity and the role of the artist.
The influence of government and corporate entities on the growth and use of generative AI could significantly impact the future of American art. Potential risks include the prioritization of profitable AI applications over artistic integrity, resulting in a commercialization of art that may stifle creative expression. Governments might implement regulations that shape how AI is used in artistic contexts, affecting both the autonomy of artists and the accessibility of AI tools. Additionally, the commodification of AI-generated art could lead to a scenario where corporate entities control the narratives and representations within the artistic community, consequently marginalizing certain voices and viewpoints.
Moving forward, it will be crucial for artists, technologists, and policymakers to collaborate in establishing ethical guidelines and equitable policies that foster creativity while protecting the rights of artists in the age of generative AI. Emphasizing artistic diversity, authentic representation, and inclusive practices will be vital to ensure that the evolution of American art reflects the multifaceted experiences and values of its creators and audiences.

unfortunately everything effects me emotionally very much and i could cry staring at a wall but media that changed me . mash 1970 cascaded me into the new hollywood era which is my favourite and turned me onto elliot and donald who have both had movies that have changed me in some way, as well as changed my pov on actors as artists. it also introduced me to the subtle nature of robert altman who is top 5 director now whose made me cry so many times. it also opened the door to forms of masculinity i came to identify with both sexually and gender wise. it was a really big thing to me and i still watch it whenever i'm really depressed.
twin peaks altered my perspectives on human grief, the collective pain, the pain we cannot reach or touch or grab onto. that things happen and we must come to peace with them lest we lapse into our wounds and never leave them. it opened me up creatively to the possibilities i could make in my writing and drawing. in a way, it provides an effigy to society's collective ache in laura. it taught me that there's some things that we will never understand and that's okay. it's okay to not know. and it's okay to be human.
people is . i mean andy warhol and bowie and john cass are the most influential people to my world. nick cave, as well, as he forces me to confront myself. idk. john lurie hunter s thompson, just the art of taking the plunge. but people is something entirely different

Pictures TRA PRETESE DI REALISMO E ATMOSFERE NOIR, REEVES PRESENTA IL SUPEREROE PIÙ SERIOSO ED EMO DI SEMPRE. David Kunzle
Pp16-22
Willem de Kooning, Abstraction 1949-1950
Abstract expressionism -
dealing with irrationalism - oscillations between realism and abstraction
Pure naked spiritual energy - creative gesture outside real depiction
Painting - a labour outside modern labour associated concepts
primal energy
Cultural atavism - a unique body autograph in a machine world
Arose at a time of a large sense of social responsibility. Great Depression and fascism. Human personality.
Avant-garde a refuge
Mark Rothko, Untitled, 1968
1960 - faith in betterment though wealth and acquisition began of erode - consumerism critics
Communism not as bad as they thought? Idealogical cracks - but the doubt was countered by more aggressive advertising - people keep buying but more anxiously
Acquisition and necessity
Art a luxury buy- but art does not become obsolete like cars do..
“Permanet aesthetic significance”
New at patrons of the time - newly rich - “part cog part control lever” in dehumanised economic systems
But the style was of course superseded taken place by a style names like Warhol, Lichtenstein, trova, Indiana
POP ART and THE NEW REALISM
1960 when people were doubting their buying habits
Andy Warhol, Debbie Harry, 1960
Art moved away from an outright escape to a confrontation
Pseudo-confrontation provided by pop art
Co-opting criticism and absorbing anxiety
Under a cloak of irony it propped up consumerism “Americasm” Robert Indiana
A universal language?
The American way of life seemed to others as perhaps an answer to problems around the world……
Negative characters of art exposed? Sought to share/reflect power
Newer art movements of 60s/70s seeking symbolism, physical realisation. utopian fantasy
Robert Indiana, The American Dream, 1961
Challenged by minimal art (do research on minimal art)
Pop art a fantasy of appropriation
Playing upon the triviality of American culture - circulating around the world
Romanticisations?
Acted as advertisement for what it depicted
The us dominated world art market guaranteed pop arts exposure
Aesthetic and social critics - without political content “it is like a vessel purposely built to be kept empty” Rosenberg
Pop art - a Coca Cola bottle with no bottom - never overflows - absorbs criticism
Roy Lichtenstein, Girl (double page headpiece, pages 118 and 119) from 1¢ Life1963, 1964
Reductive method of pop art (warhol and Lichtenstein) representation is flat, uninviting, unsensuous. Emphasis on the reproductive technique - twice processed. Reproduction of a reproduction.
Monotony, uniform. Meaninglessness. Vast quantity
Opposite is odlenberg - enlarged and inflated in 3d. Luscious and artificial. Synthetic. Magical.
Claes oldenburg, Pastry Case I, 1961-62
Glorification and parody
Not just an artist but a producer of product
The delegation of aspects of the art making process - olden burgs wife sewing the vinyl, Warhols ‘immaculate conceptions’
Absolved guilt in consumerism to a degree

Meanwhile, Aaron and Paddy tell Chas about Aaron's part in Katie's death. She wants to report Robert but Aaron and Paddy point out that the police will see Aaron as being just as culpable, and that there is actually more evidence linking him (Aaron) to her death than Robert.
Lachlan practices confronting Robert with the gun in the mirror. Later, he's about to go after Robert when Rakesh bumps into him and sees the gun. Lachlan runs so Rakesh follows him back up to Home Farm and tells Chrissie about the gun. Soon he comes home and Chrissie puts the gun in their safe.
The police arrest Robert for Katie's murder but Robert manages to squirm out of the questions enough to get released, implying that Andy is accusing him as revenge for having an affair with Katie.
