How is engaging in a sexual relationship with something you portray as a animal not a type of zoephilla or however u say it I just don’t get it. Like I get it’s a human walking around as a cow but you’re still making that person act and behave as a cow so it’s coming off as a naughty cow that needs to be punished right?. Because if that was the case why can’t it just be getting punished without the animal part? Like what would being an animal add to it?

And you're a completely blank blog who comes into a 18+ space. Yummers. To be perfectly clear, I'm only entertaining you because I really have enough of this argument and this is the last thing I'm posting about this and then I'm closing it.

I have no idea where the idea that when writing/reading about hybrid characters is about fucking actual animal came from and I frankly don't want to know but here's the thing: they are literally humans with some animal traits. The traits being ears, tails, sometimes a bit of extra fur or horns and that's it. Hybrids are written to be perfectly able to speak, think, do things for themselves, just are regular humans with some unusual traits. The farm/forest/whatever setting people are writing for are just that- settings for a specific au or scene that the authors create but again, the hybrid characters are perfectly capable of voicing and giving/revoking consent, sane adults and it's always explicitly stated. If you read a hybrid character as an actual animal then it's you whos the problem bc why the hell would you even do that. Like. Why.

Put on a headband with cat ears and tell me what happened. Did you turn into a cat? Did you turn into an animal or do you feel like one? Ofc you don't and the same thing is with hybrids. They're humans with fucking ears and tails but the only difference is that they can move them.

If you really wanna be nitpicky then why not bash a/b/o too since the characters have ruts/go through heats/behave in a generally much more animalistic way? Why don't we go further and throw out the mermaid trope too that's been with humanity since the dawn of time? Succubus trope? Yeah fuck that too.

I'm seeing a ton of negativity and toxicity in the cod fandom lately with some random people bashing and shittalking authors who guess what, creating content for free. No ones paying us to write, we do it bc we like to do it out of our free will. It takes time and effort to put out even a blurb and shit like this is just discouraging me and other content creators which results in them stopping writing or leaving the fandom alltogether and honestly? I don't blame them at all and I thought more than once to do the same.

But back on track. My advice? Don't get into anime, like, ever. Because then you will be in for a ride when a uwu catgirl pops up pal.

you forget how Physical depression can get when you're on good meds. i have been drinking so much water all week and forcing myself to eat, but i still feel both bloated and nauseous like ive overeaten + dizzy like i haven't eaten in days. no wonder i had-have disordered eating

#I ate ramen just now it was soooo god I think ramen is just it just is better after 10pm #im right #ughhh ok that actually reminded me earlier my classmate was making an Asian people eat dogs joke like he put on this awful accent and he wa #all like ‘dog tastes so good with rice’ and then he did other stuff too #but what really made me upset is that someone who I thought was my friend found it really humorous! wow okay!#I know it’s not really a big deal but im still kind of sad like I’ve lost all my respect for you now #anddd they were my only friend in the class so now I’m stuck there for the rest of the semester I guess . Ooh, could I request something with a royal vampire Scriabin x vampire hunter or priest Edgar?? I just saw their outfits for day 18 and was like 👀 "I immediately love them", lol. My brain also keeps making a half connection between this concept and vampire moths, probably because of the Vargases' weird relationship with moths/butterflies since the diaryfic. So if you felt like including any butterfly imagery, I'd be interested how you would incorporate it!

#My art #Requestober #Vargas #Scriabin #Edgar #Blood #So I actually had a lot of vampire ideas which is like privately embarrassing because I'm not usually much into vampires these days lol #And while I'm quite happy with how this turned out in the end - the red accents really pop I think ✨ - I didn't get to use most of my ideas #You can juuuuust barely see the butterfly masquerade half-mask I gave Scriabin - and that's nothing to say the Concepts ✨ and Ideas ✨#So I figured I could just put 'em here lol #For the most part I was thinking that Scriabin would target Edgar and hunt him exclusively #And Edgar in turn would just be a rando who'd have to take up the cross (lol) as an amateur vampire hunter out of necessity #Depending on how the logic worked I was like ''Would feeding off of Edgar even be pleasurable? Sounds more like a septic system ew lol''#Maybe it'd be specifically the types of chemicals released into his blood that would taste good more than them sharing a blood type(?)#Like adrenaline or cortisol - makes him spicy! second time in one week where my food order is delivered wrong and i get something with meat on it

#i have no desire to stop being vegetarian i don’t miss eating meat at all #but god during the last year my relationship with food has been so complicated because i have no joy at eating anything anymore #nothing tastes good no flavor explodes in my mouth #and i think it’s because the cousine here is built around meat and everything that doesn’t have it it’s cooked as a side-thought #anyways it’s so frustrating #can’t even live in a place with real vegetarian options the best i can get is cheese-only 😭

As much as I roast Beyond Birthday for his lack of subtlety I also kin him for it. Because in art school we were sometimes required to incorporate deep symbolism into our art pieces, and I was always doing things like drawing a dude holding a compass and wearing goggles to represent that he's feeling directionless about his worldview

#seriously art school was such both a good learning experience and also an embarrassing bummer all at once hahaha #i think the worst part about it is i started feeling like i couldnt have a sense of playfulness or humour in what i made?#not necessarily because anyone told me that but i just somehow internalized it and it sucked all the joy out of making stuff #i had to relearn a lot about why i used to love doing it in the first place and all that jazz people always say about art school #but anyway i just cant not be literal and hamfisted so i really shouldn't make fun of B #for being like #hmmm clocks!! eyeballs!! the number 13 #it's really not as easy as it looks to be subtle and artful about such things #i think part of the problem was i went to school basically for making fine art to hang in galleries #when all i really ever loved art for was all the comics and movies and games and cartoons i took in #i didnt live somewhere where i could often go to museums or galleries so i lived through books and screens alone for art basically #and i really started believing all the stuff i loved wasnt the 'correct' kind of art that i should be focusing on anymore because of school #i definitely recommend considering your influences when it comes to the kind of schooling you do #like pick something where you'll be studying the artists and art you genuinely were inspired by because #so much of art school was studying fine art and artists that legitimately did nothing for me #not because they werent worth studying but just because they werent my personal taste #beyond birthday #p

I find it funny that some people in ed recovery exercise to earn eating, meanwhile I'm over here eating to earn exercising

#listen i will hurt myself exercising if i dont eat #but if i DO eat... then exercise means i get big stronk 💪😌#weirdly i dont like food nearly as much as i did when i was restricting and when i was in the first like 6 ish months of recovery #now food is just a task that i have to remember to do #and sometimes its nice and tastes good and makes me happy but other times its really hard and i need an incentive #and sometimes... its just another thing #i like it being like this. i like how easy even the hard days are #i like that im working on getting stronger #idk it makes me feel like im not nothing anymore #i dont know what the something i am is but I think I have time to figure that out

I got back to Texas last Sunday, took Monday off to rest but ended up having to do a bunch of running around, spent the rest of the week working and looking forward to the weekend to finally rest, ended up spending the entire weekend busy and running around, and now it’s Monday and I’m just trying to make it till Friday so I can rest but I also can’t rest this weekend because I’ll be the only one home with a car and I’ll have to drive my sister around places and I’m so goddamn tired man
