Five years ago, after a man deliberately drove a van down a busy Toronto sidewalk in one of Canada’s worst mass murders, the country was confronted with a previously obscure extremist movement, which experts say remains a growing threat.
The attacker, Alek Minassian, had claimed to be angered by women who wouldn’t sleep with him and inspired by“incels,” or involuntary celibates.
[...]
Arie Perliger, the director of security studies at the University of Massachusetts – Lowell, said law enforcement agencies now see incels and groups with misogynist ideology as a rising concern.
“The threat is growing,” he said. “It will continue to be a problem.”

It's fucking disgusting and dehumanizing when aphobes and exclusionists call Ace/Aro people incels. Being an incel is a choice while being Ace/Aro isn't. Also incels are all cishet men who are extremely misogynistic and bigoted who blame women and marginalized people for the reason why they can't have sex or be in a relationship. In actuality, it's their refusal to hold themselves accountable for their extremely bigoted views.
Honestly, anyone who claims Ace, Aro, and aroace people are incels, are probably closeted incels who are projecting their frustrations on any person that experiences little to no sexual/romantic attraction. You all need to get professional help and shouldn't be allowed in public without therapy. We don't need more Elliot Rodgers and Alek Minassians.

Is the "incel movement" effectively pro-system?
It promotes an attitude of personal and political demoralisation ("It's over."), therefore any self-improvement or political action is at best pointless if not dangerous
The ideology is anti-natal, if not suicidal
The label is "bad optics", suggesting that they are driven entirely by sexual deprivation (rather than romantic deprivation, which is far more accurate) and this is associated with the cultural archetype of the ugly, physically weak, evil villain
It suggests that the men who self-identify as incels are inherently disgusting to the opposite sex (which is harmful if not crushing for ones self-esteem, confidence and will) and thus repulsive to other men as well as women, discouraging any but the most despairing men from identifying with it
The term is used to smear genuine opponents of the system by conflating those who believe in (among other things) a virile and healthy patriarchal order with often deranged and depraved, terminally online, nihilistic and impotent individuals
It's a term which (effectively) excludes women inherently, making it far less effective in terms of achieving concrete goals
It becomes a breeding ground for tall poppy syndrome, deranged misanthropy and anti-female invective (probably frequently egged on by federal agents), which hurts your psyche as a man irrespective of anything else (the spectre of inceldom fosters increased hatred and distrust between men and women, with a litany of negative consequences)
It promotes the idea of a race-blind quasi-communist movement against "the matriarchy", which is an inherently unstable, unnatural coalition and based on a flawed analysis of power dynamics in society
The best known "incel hero" is spree killer Elliot Rodger: a psychologically repulsive narcissist of half-Asian descent (other prominent faces of inceldom include Armenian Alek Minassian and a mulatto whose name I cannot recall)
It diverts a lot of fundamentally positive and potentially revolutionary (European) masculine energy into a futile and destructive end

Incel Mass Murderer
So Alek Minassian, who killed 10 people and injured 16 more by driving into and over them with a van, motivated by the lack of hot women throwing themselves on his penis, is pleading not criminally responsible because his Aspbergers distorted his thinking “similar to psychosis”.

Haha isn't it funny that the deadliest mass murderer in the history of Ontario is arguing that it wasn't his fault because he has autism? Haha. Isn't it funny that his lawyer is raising autism as the only illness in his not-criminally-responsible defense? ISN'T IT FUNNY THAT THIS VIOLENT MISOGYNIST MIGHT GET AWAY WITH PREMEDITATED MASS MURDER BECAUSE HE'S ON THE SPECTRUM??????

In a discussion regarding acts of femicide, the likes of which involve individuals such as Elliot Rodger, Alek Minassian and Chris Harper-Mercer, he accused me of being "bigoted towards psychopaths." Ergo, the only conclusion I can come to is that he is defending psychopathic men above their victims.
No man on this thread called him out on this, but rather supported him. I take this to be an endorsement of his statement, and further a defence of misogynistic male murderers.
The only conclusion I can come to is that the men on this thread support or are indifferent to men who commit acts of violence or femicide against women. Otherwise, they would have spoken up against his statements.
And I don't particularly care what fate misogynists meet, same as the way they don't seem to care what fate meets women.
Men call women "too sensitive" for getting offended at misogynistic jokes. Meanwhile, women joking about men being bald, short or having small penises is enough for them to become domestic terrorists that go on murderous femicidal rampages.

Faisal Hussain’s lifelong fixation on violence and his dream to do “something criminal” culminated in a deadly shooting on the night of July 22, 2018, an already infamous date marking similar incidents in Norway and Germany. In the vicinity of Toronto, Ontario’s Danforth Avenue, the 29-year-old opened fire with a Smith & Wesson M&P 40 handgun towards neighboring businesses, wounding 13 people and killing two others. He then committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.
Hussain first underwent psychiatric assessment in October of 1998 when he was in fourth grade, due to behavioral issues. These persisted into eighth grade, and another assessment was conducted under reports by school staff he was “disruptive in class and spoke regularly and enthusiastically about gangs, weapons and being tough.” He was assessed yet again the following year in 2004 once he entered high school over growing concerns about his “affiliation with dangerous people” after he showed up with a wad of $20 bills and made comments that he didn’t need to work because he had “found a better way.” During class, Hussain drew violent images instead of doing his work, including one described as “a male beheading a female with accolades from a demon character.” He also spoke openly about his admiration of “the way the Columbine shooter had earned respect with his actions.”
In June 2006, he was found not to be “an imminent risk or danger to others especially in the school setting” by a third party mental healthcare provider. In 2010, he underwent two additional risk assessments during his last year of school. In January, he was listed as a medium to high risk for violence. Another on June 3rd was conducted in response to a comment he made the previous month to a teacher that “he had a special surprise for staff on the last day of school.” When he was questioned if he intended to hurt others, he replied, “I can’t tell you.” That same day he was hospitalized after an incident of self-harm, where he cut his face with a pencil sharpener. Then, on June 16th, he lifted a steak knife from a teacher and pretended to be the Joker, refusing to give it back. Following this incident, he was diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. He admitted to the psychiatrist he “had a long history of violent and aggressive behavior,” including the torture and killing of animals, which he felt no remorse for. Although he entertained thoughts of committing violence, he denied having suicidal or homicidal ideations. Hussain received care regularly throughout the years, but ended treatment related to his mental health on September 5, 2014.
In the cellphone Hussain had on his person at the time of the shooting, there were six audio files of him rehearsing lines by the Joker that “involve discussions of death and plans for killing large groups of people.” His cellphone account and email were also registered under the name of a fictional character, the lead in A Clockwork Orange, Alex DeLarge. An additional cellphone found at his home revealed further audio files related to mass murder. He recorded notes on “Elliot Rodger golf course,” as well as internet searches for that same video, and “Columbine documentary.” Rodger’s manifesto “My Twisted World” was downloaded in full, along with a copy of Mein Kampf and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder. There were also news articles on Rodger and Alek Minassian stored in the images.

Since the incel community is getting a lot of headlines rn, I just wanna make a quick reminder that anyone who tries to console and pity them by attaching isolation and loneliness is full of shit since the incel community is vehemently against including gay men, who are statistically more likely to commit suicide due to isolation. They even make memes and valorise suicide. They’re not here to save men from themselves just like how meninists never gave a shit about police violence against black men. It’s rationalised white male entitlement and violent misogyny masquerading as community

Private Minassian has done it again. You have to listen to the words he’s “not saying”. He was given yet another chance at an "epic" "meaningful" bad guy monologue, yet, much like his first, now-legendary statement, he has chosen to share nothing but the most minimal, vague, impersonal assemblage of memes possible. You aren't getting the "story" of why he did what he did. You don't get to "learn" anything about him. The negative space lingers for a while, then dissipates.
His initial statement was the perfect anti-manifesto: a deconstruction of the manifesto, if you will. A common thread with incel/whiteboy terrorism is that the perpetrator has to explain what he did through a narrative of self-actualization. Omega chrysalis to wounded bad boy killer butterfly etc. That is how "relatability" is created. My Twisted World is one of the defining works of 21st century Relatable literature. I walk its dark corridors and hallways with the damp familiarity of one's very own secret hiding place.
But Private Minassian just slams the door in your face. His project is one of self-dissolution. His terse writing, comprising a mixture of basic 4chan memes and intense military metaphors, leaves no room for narrative or emotional connection. It is dispatches from the remains of a self that is no longer there. His allegiance is to what I call heroic anonymity. The military is the symbol and reality (Private Minassian was, in fact, briefly in the Canadian army) of the perfect group abolishing and dissolving the individual through formation and affective reprogramming. The motive of Private Minassian to be rid of his name (and self) is all but spelled out right there in his statement. Private Minassian is departing: from here on out, C23249161 is all there is.
Because only victims have names. Having a name is, after all, a languishing in barren isolation; a passive, feminine condition. Where those who embody the female spirit of our time would say "LMAO that fake ass hoe just bought 50000 bot subscribers!4!4!!!!!", Incel Man would stoically respond with, "I want to be a bot subscriber". Of course, this loss of self has an erotic element: especially with the deprivation of erotic experience being the central concern of Incel thought.
Furthermore, there is no military metaphor without the presence of a transcendental Source justifying its hierarchy. And ‘Sgt’ is definitely not the highest ranking official in whatever chain of command it is that made Private Minassian do this. Who does ‘Sgt 4chan’ report to?
So much of the history of internet culture is that of talented and sensitive young men choosing heroic anonymity. Of all responses to the present crisis of the humanist paradigm, celebrating and exploring the possibilities of online anonymity is clearly the most masculine. Imageboard culture is the post-modern equivalent of army logic: names and identities gone, strategic movements acted out in formation, affective group reprogramming (memes), boundaries between individuals vanished and downright ridiculed. These are men with a deep genetic memory of their forefathers dying for Christ in nameless mass graves.
While we may never really know how much of a talented or sensitive “individual” Private Minassian was, with respect to the depth of his commitment to the ideal of heroic anonymity, as well as his intuitive arriving at such a perfect metaphor, I would propose (as much as he wants to be forgotten) that he one day be the model for the statue of the Nameless Soldier of the internet wars.

Minassian appeared in court on Tuesday morning where he charged with 10 counts of first degree murder and 13 counts of attempted murder. Police have released no information regarding a motive, but a Facebook post may shed lighton the alleged killer’s mindset. Facebook confirmed to VICE that the post came from Manissian’s authentic Facebook account, but this does not necessarily mean that Manissian is the person who wrote the post.
The post, which began making the rounds on social media after the attack, referenced an online community of “incels,” a term that means “involuntary celibate.” Elements of this community are known to be extremely misogynistic as incels largely blame their celibacy on women. In 2014, mass killer Elliot Rodger posted a manifesto shortly before killing six people in which he explained that he wanted to punish women for rejecting him. In the video, Rodger dubbed himself the “supreme gentleman,” a moniker that Minassian referenced in his alleged Facebook post. The post also made reference to a “Sgt. 4chan,” apparently referring to the longstanding anonymous message board and troll hub.
“Private (Recruit) Minassian Infantry 00010, wishing to speak to Sgt. 4chan please. C23249161,” reads the post. “The Incel Rebellion has already begun! We will overthrow all the Chads and Stacys! All hail the Supreme Gentleman Elliot Rodger!” In many online communities, “Chads and Stacys” is slang for attractive, non-socially awkward people.
