sometimes [ most of yhe time ] i wish i was religious because i know prayer would and does help ground me so much, more than meditating has, even if im not praying to someone or something in specific, but i always forget to. i think if i was religious i, personally, would be a lot more strong mentally in terms of i would actually dedicate that time to prayer and working on myself.
