As if I don’t have enough WIPs, I just thought of another dark story idea during a super hectic day at work 😭😂

I want to write a story about the modelling industry and how dark and scary it can be. So reader would be starting out as a model, and Ari would be either a photographer or her agent or both. And it would be about how innocent she is and how he’d manipulate her and take advantage of her while she continues to fall in love with him because she can’t see how she’s being manipulated and taken advantage of. In my head, I’m picturing this story to be super dark. I always imagine very, very dark stories in my head but I do tone them down when I write them because I don’t want people to be put off but I don’t want to water this down. And I think people would like it. Just a story about a young, innocent girl who gets taken advantage of by the man she relies on to protect her and guide her through the industry. It would be extremely dark and smutty. And I don’t want to give the rest away but what are you guys thoughts on this?

the wild flip side of Mello's derangement towards Gevanni is that, in a no-Kira universe, i personally think Near could be almost as bad (at least internally) towards L over Mello. similar situation in that i think L has... not so much interest in Mello generally, & absolutely no interest in him sexually. i also can't really picture Mello's interest in L being sexual in nature, but Near is sitting there watching the fawning and hero worship on the verge of popping a blood vessel about it. imo. imqho. also, L finds this fun, is vaguely charmed by Near's hatred and bloodlust toward him, and possibly occasionally exacerbates the tension on purpose when he's bored. I would like to remind people that I am in finals week and cannot update, regularly post, hold conversations, or basically anything at the moment because my course runs the finals week shorter than the other weeks of the class. So, I'm doing two weeks of class at once because week 5 ends on the 5th and week 6 ends on the 7th. If I am unresponsive or dismissive or inactive, please don't take it personally because it's not. I've dropped literally everything because I need to pass this class and I may not if I can't somehow get my grade up in these two weeks.
