No I'm not commenting on the big heavy stuff cause it's all been said I think. I'll just be happy once they get stuff moving and decisions are made.

You know I really didn't expect to get the blood pool moment. Like, I knew they'd eventually talk to the Matron, but because it was such a big moment in c1, with Vax, I didn't really think we'd see the same thing. But then again, it wasn't really the same, being a group visit and all.

I love listening to Matt talk about stuff. Like I know he's not really gonna give away anything more than he intends to (most of the time at least) but like. Hearing why or how he makes certain choices and things is just. Fun

I could talk about Steel forever bc I love her and she's fascinating and complex but while all those thoughts about what she means within the worldbuilding and the story and to Suvi and during the children's adventure and within the Empire are important I really do think in the end I'm like. some of you just want all parents to be evil, and not just evil, but evil in a very easily written-off way that requires no thought or understanding of why they might be that way [which does not mean their behavior is justified, simply understandable] and I think that is very boring and dumb of you.

​Gonna be really honest: I deleted a similar reply earlier today because I looked at it and said "how the fuck is that relevant".

Saintly is just like, a normal adjective that people use, and isn't even specifically tied to aasimar; "celestial" or "angelic" would make much more sense although "angelic" is still a term that people use in normal everyday life about normal human beings and is not a guarantee.

I also did a Google search on "ashton greymoore aasimar saintly" in various configurations, and the Ashton Is An Aasimar theories date not to Episode 34 (aired September 15th, 2022) but early November (I found a reddit post and multiple tumblr posts treating it as a revelation dated to November 1st), which is when the 4SD episode in which Marisha says "aasimar" aired. Once Marisha said "aasimar", then people started looking for specific signs, the only one of which they've been able to find is the very, very, very tenuous "saintly."
