10mm Carbine and 350 Legend Upper: The Best AR Upgrades for Power and Accuracy
Upgrading your AR rifle is a great way to improve its performance, and two of the best options are the 10mm carbine and the 350 legend upper. These upgrades are designed to give you more power, better accuracy, and versatility, depending on what you need your AR for. Whether you want more stopping power for home defense or a better rifle for hunting, the 10mm carbine and 350 legend upper offer great features. Let’s take a closer look at what makes them stand out.
The 10mm Carbine: Strong and Versatile
The 10mm carbine is known for its power, making it a great choice for home defense, tactical shooting, and even outdoor use. The 10mm round was originally made for handguns, but when used in a carbine, it becomes even more effective. The longer barrel of the 10mm carbine helps you shoot more accurately and with more power at longer distances than a handgun.
Here’s why the 10mm carbine is a great option:
- Versatile Use: Whether you need it for self-defense or range practice, the 10mm carbine is highly adaptable. It works well in many situations because of its power and accuracy.
- Better Accuracy and Range: With the longer barrel, the 10mm carbine provides greater accuracy than a handgun. This allows you to hit targets at longer distances more easily, making it ideal for both practice and tactical situations.
- Powerful Impact: The 10 mm carbine delivers strong stopping power, meaning it can quickly and effectively stop threats or targets. This makes it a solid choice for situations where you need quick results.
If you’re looking to upgrade your AR with more power and accuracy, the 10mm carbine is a top choice. You can explore different models and options designed for maximum performance.
350 Legend Upper: Accurate and Ideal for Hunting
The 350 legend upper is perfect for hunters who need a rifle that’s powerful, accurate, and easy to control. The .350 Legend round was made for hunting and meets the requirements in many states that only allow straight-walled cartridges for hunting. It’s especially good for hunting medium to large game like deer, as it delivers strong performance with less recoil.
Here’s why the 350 legend upper is great for hunting:
- Legal for Hunting in Many States: The 350 legend upper uses straight-walled cartridges, which are required for hunting in some states. This makes it a great choice for hunters who need to follow these rules while still getting great performance.
- Low Recoil for Better Control: One of the main benefits of the 350 legend upper is its low recoil. This makes it easier to stay on target, shoot accurately, and take quick follow-up shots if needed.
- Excellent Performance: The 350 legend upper provides flat shooting and great terminal performance, meaning it’s very accurate at medium distances and delivers clean, ethical kills when hunting.
If you’re looking for a rifle upgrade that’s designed for hunting, the 350 legend upper is the way to go. It offers reliable performance and precise shooting for your hunting needs.
Which Upgrade Should You Choose?
Deciding between the 10mm carbine and the 350 legend upper depends on what you need your AR for. Here’s a quick breakdown to help you choose:
- For home defense or tactical shooting, the 10mm carbine is your best bet. It provides strong stopping power, better accuracy at mid-range, and the flexibility to use it in various situations.
- For hunting, the 350 legend upper is the ideal upgrade. It’s legal in many states for hunting, offers low recoil for easier shooting, and delivers great performance on larger game like deer.
Both upgrades are excellent choices, and each brings something special to the table depending on your shooting style and needs.
Ready to Upgrade you’re AR?
If you’re ready to take your AR to the next level, whether it’s for home defense, tactical shooting, or hunting, consider both the 10mm carbine and the 350 legend upper. These upgrades will enhance your rifle's power and accuracy, making it more effective in any scenario.
Start upgrading your AR rifle today, and enjoy the improved performance and precision that these high-quality enhancements provide! Whether you need more stopping power or better accuracy for hunting, the 10mm carbine and 350 legends upper will give you the performance you’re looking for!

Note
For an AR upper used for hunting:
350 legend, or supersonic 300 blackout?
Both work. .300BLK is cheaper and more versatile.

Brownells…King of Retro?
Tumblr media
What is retro? Well it can be described as something from the past, from history. In the firearm world, retro typically is an older firearm style that’s not commonly produced any longer. Could be an old shotgun or bolt action, maybe even a lever gun. When it comes to retro military style firearms, Brownells has been the absolute king of retro in recent years. Many are trying to do what Brownells has been doing for quite some time.
Tumblr media
Some years ago Brownells launched their complete line of retro rifles. The main attraction here were the M16 rifle variants from around the beginning of Stoner’s M16 design. Think of what our soldiers were carrying in the 60’s and 70’s during the Vietnam war. There were a number of M16 rifle and carbine variants. Many folk were getting some what tired of the same old Mlok handguards and flat top receivers and wanted to go back in time to the days of drum rear sights, front sight- post gas blocks and carry handles. Brownells launched their retro line with the help of content creators like MrGunsngear and Hank & Lola Strange. It was a hit! But that wasn’t their only trick.
Tumblr media
Some years later, Brownells in conjunction with PWS thought it a great idea to bring back a modernized variant of the old Armalite AR-180/AR-18 rifle. This is a gas piston AR variant. So the Brownells BRN-180 was born! I own 2 BRN-180 builds at the moment and these things are a hoot! The platform runs great suppressed as well with it’s adjustable gas system. You can dial back the gas to operate the piston to compensate for the increased backpressure from a suppressor. The system works and works very well in my experience. Brownells didn’t just stop with one BRN-180, but has offered them in calibers like 7.62x39, .300 Blackout, .223 Wylde as well as .350 Legend. Many different barrel length from 10.5” up to 18” to choose from as well. One of their super slick ideas was a .300 Blackout version with a gas shut off so that you can run it more like a straight pull bolt action for supe stealth quietness using a suppressor and subsonic ammunition. And just to keep the retro action happening, they offered a replica AR-180 style folding buttstock.
Tumblr media
In the last couple of years Brownells has started offering the different style retro upper receivers, bolt carrier groups as well as other period specific parts such as castle nuts and charging handles. So for those of us that prefer to build our own retro rifle, Brownells has got you covered! One of my more recent builds was a retro inspired Dissipator build using a Brownells C7 carry handle upper receiver and A1 furniture. This has been one of my all time favorite retro inspired builds and I’m already looking forward to another one. So who is the king of retro? With out a doubt currently it’s the good folks over at Brownells who continue to bring the heat with their retro line up.

Most of us think Rajasthan is all about ‘Pink City’ Jaipur, ‘Blue City’ Jodhpur, ‘Lake City’ Udaipur or ‘Golden City’ Jaisalmer. Bikaner does not get the spotlight as compared to the other places. But this city has its beauty. Splendid Junagarh Fort, which was constructed over a period of four centuries, the famous Karni Mata Temple (popularly known as Rat Temple), where thousands of rats are roaming all over the temple premises, or the National Research Centre for Camel where one can see every detail about a camel, one can’t simply neglect the attraction of this city. Bikaner is an underrated jewel of Rajasthan.
Places to Visit in Bikaner (Bikaner Sightseeing)
Junagarh Fort: This fort is different from the other forts in Rajasthan. You may observe that other forts are built on the top of a hill. But this majestic fort is built on ground level. It took nearly 350 years to complete. Junagarh Fort is a blend of Rajput, Gujrati, Mughal and Western architecture. The combination of red sandstone and white marble make this one stunning. Moreover, intricate stone carving enhances the gorgeousness of this fort. There are a lot of palaces inside the fort with some elegant designs.
Karan Mahal: This white marble courtyard was a public audience hall to discuss and address their problems. It is the place where the coronation of every king took place. Here one can get to see the windows designed with European tiles.
Phool Mahal: Once you step into this place, you can feel the royalty. The speciality of this part is that, from walls to doors to windows everywhere, you can see beautiful flower paintings.
Anup Mahal: It was the administrative headquarter. The golden painting work, Italian tiled ceilingswith inlaid mirrors make this place spectacular.
Ganga Mahal: This place is fascinating as some unique items are preserved here. Old war weapons, palanquin, howdah can be seen here.
An aeroplane used by British Army in the 1st world war has been conserved nicely. After the 1st world war, this plane was gifted to Maharaja Ganga Singh.
Another exciting thing that you can’t miss is the spoon. On the upper side of this spoon has a pointed attachment. As the maharajas kept long moustache, it was a problem while drinking soup. It is the reason behind the unique design of this spoon.
Karni Mata Temple: Karni Mata Temple, also known as the ‘Temple of Rats’, is 30km away from the city. This temple is the home of thousands of rats. When you walk around the temple premises, these rats will crawl over your feet. But one should be careful because if one of these rats is killed, a rat made of silver is to be given.
This temple is also renowned for its history. As per legend, Karni Mata’s son died after falling into a well. Karni Mata meditated and worshipped Lord Yamaraj and brought her son’s life back but as a mouse. Therefore, it is believed that Karni Mata’s progeny is born as rats.
If a rat passed over your feet or among these thousands of black rats, if you can find the white one, it is very auspicious for you, and you should consider yourself lucky. Another temple dedicated to Karni Mata is 2km away from this one.
National Research Centre for Camel: Have you ever imagined a place full of different breeds of camel and their life? Yes, this is the place which gives you a whole new experience. The primary objective of this centre is to research camel breeding, camel milk, types of diseases that a camel can suffer from and find a cure for those diseases. Here you can also see the process of camels being milked. In addition, there is a museum which shows different information regarding camel.
Here you can also taste raw camel milk, flavoured camel milk, camel milk kulfi, camel milk lassi, camel milk tea and coffee; This will surely give you a whole new experience.
International Camel Festival is organised here annually in the month of January. This colourful festival includes camel race, camel dance, traditional folk dance.

𝗔 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵, 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰𝟳: 𝗦𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗸
Sobek is the crocodile god of the Ancient Egyptian pantheon. He was one of the more prominent deities of Egypt despite falling outside of the pharaonic legends of Osiris, Horus, and Ra.
𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗲
Sobek is almost always credited simply as “the crocodile god”, and rarely the “god of crocodiles” or even the god of anything else. This is not because Sobek lacked dominion, but because it is difficult to understand his dominion without the simple knowledge that he is, first and foremost, a crocodile. Like a crocodile he is powerful, aggressive, and dangerous. For this reason he was the patron deity of the Egyptian military. Crocodiles are also rare amongst reptiles for protecting and nurturing their young after hatching. Thus, though fearsome, Sobek was a protector of the innocent which built into his military association and prompted his symbolism as wards against curses. Crocodiles live in the Nile, the great river that made agriculture possible. In this he was a creator god and a fertility god, especially associated with male virility; the name “Sobek” is believe to be derived from a root meaning “to impregnate”.
𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽
Worship of Sobek lasted for an impressive 3000+ years, dating roughly from 2700 BCE to 350 CE. For the first 900 or so years he was a relatively minor deity, or more accurately a loose collection of different crocodile worshiping traditions. His cult came to major power around the reign of the 19th century BCE pharaoh Amenemhat III whose interest in Sobek was likely politically motivated. The center of Sobek’s cult was in what is now Faiyum, called Shedet by the Ancient Egyptians and Crocodilopolis by the Greeks and Romans. Faiyum is located between the socio-geographical regions of Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt, and control over it proved important for internal and external Egyptian unity and security. As part of his rise to major deity status Sobek became fused with the falcon god of the sun and kingship Horus, and then later with Ra. Sobek’s major temples maintained populations of crocodiles who would be mummified upon their deaths.

Hungarian daredevils, the hussars There is no doubt that hussars embody the heroism, patriotism, self-consciousness, triumph, power and pride with which we gladly think of our motherland’s glory. But Hungrian hussars are more like this, they appear in many tales, legends, romantic books. Their figures are a kind of revival of medieval knight's, gallant to women and brave in fights. The figure of hussars first appeared in 15th century sources as an armourless horseman having a helm, a spear and a shield at most. The hussars of Matthias Corvinus constituted formation types of ten, a hundred and a thousand soldiers mounted by landlords and directed by young noblemen and lords. Beside their valor they were famous of their typical wear. They were riding quick and trained horses, were armed with one and a half men long spears, sabres and shepherd’s axes and fought with them. Their clothing was made of well tanned leather. They were wearing heels so that they could strap spurs onto these with thongs. They protected their heads with pointed helmets provided with nosepieces or busbies made of thick felt or sheepskin. Some of them covered their upper body with chain mails, others with short garments (so called mente) made of tanned leathers and lined with sheepskin on the shoulders and they were wearing wolfskin or cougarskin on all this. Their clothing was following development. Their whole appearance emanated power and victory. By the 16th and 17th century, the period of Turkish wars throughout Europe they became famous heroes. This was the heroic age of hussars when Hungarians were defending Europe against the vast superiority during the 150 years of oppression. They got themselves a name in Europe during the Seven Years’ War and Napoleon’s military campaigns. Hussars’ uniform and weaponry came into general use in the 18th century, even the naming was taken over. The decorated distinctive braided, later sewn copies of hussar bonds which were originally made of metal and fended off sword cuts were worn by noble lords on social gatherings (e.g. by English, French, Russian and Polish lords). In the battles of the Hungarian War of Independence in 1849 hussars gave evidence of their outstanding courage, the 350 years of Habsburg domination couldn’t break the Magyars either. They fought valiantly in the cavalry attacks of World War I and they bravely faced more modern weapons, even tanks during World War II. However during this period sands of time were already running out for them and direct, death-defying warfare was defeated by “strategy and tactics”. They haven’t been forgotten, though! God bless their memory!

Edgar writes the Theatre & Arts Column for the Daily Prophet. His philosophy is that if someone has a voice, they have to use it to do good; this means that on the one hand one has to push art to its limits or even further, and on the other hand one has to make those voices heard which don’t have a platform yet.
Edgar’s Introduction to Theatre
Much like most families with comfortably filled wallets, the Bones would take their children to the theatre on the weekends quite often. Most of the children adored it but also took it somewhat for granted -- which made the culture shock of moving to England only worse. There are theatres in Hastings, yes but they are small and not at all as dramatic and colourful as what the Bones had grown to know in Mexico. They lacked imagination! And since there was no theatre club at Hogwarts either, it was only on his first trip to London at the age of thirteen that Edgar rediscovered his love for this art.
After that, he began reading and loving play-scripts more than novels, eventually writing down his thoughts, comparing, analysing, interpreting with fervor and a very new, strange sensation growing within him: passion. For someone who found interest in literally anything he encountered (except Quidditch), it was a surprise to many to see Edgar so into something (though one might not forget that his new love for theatre came around the same time as he was beginning to grow apart from Amelia). His friends from school might still remember that one of the best ways to get Edgar talking in a social situation was by expressing a badly thought-out opinion about theatre. Suddenly the shy boy who so often was accused of boot-licking would throw himself into passionate speeches about love, death and every other grand topic of life inbetween.
(One of his favourite topics, that is, urban legends he loved to ramble about for hours was Mundungus Fletcher. Each and every article covering the fiasco was bought six times and each and every time Fletcher’s photograph was cut out and glued to various surfaces; Edgar’s notebooks, the under-side of the topbunk above him, the walls in his room at home. It was the same grotesque-fascination-turned-unstopple-obsession that the Muggle play Cats had about ten years later).
It was during this time also that Edgar began reading the news. Initially he only ever snatched the arts section (despite its terribly boring focus on mainstream theatre), he’d eventually also begin reading the other articles, finding himself growing more and more educated and opinionated about political topics, too.
His passion ended where the stage began, though. He never tried to direct a play, write one himself, or -- Morgana forbid! -- tried to star in one. He was quite content to be but an observer. However, after graduating and leaving England to finally go back to Mexico, he fell in love with an actress of a small travelling troupe (and shortly after with her brother, the director), and before he knew it, he was travelling around the world with them.
When he came back to England, he wrote for the hebdomadal East Sussexian Wizarding paper, simply because the owner was a good friend of the Bones family and needed someone to fatten up the paper with some think-pieces. Edgar neither saw his calling in that nor ever made a name for himself, he was mostly just passing his time, trying to figure out what he really wanted to do with his life. It was only when he met up with Ainsley Abbott again around his 19th birthday that he began considering journalism as a proper career. She’d told him that the Daily Prophet was looking for a new arts columnist and remembered that he had always had a thing for theatre.
London’s Theatres
Contrary to movies, most other Muggle art isn’t completely disregarded by the Wizarding World. Of course one will always find some bloodpurists who think that all magicless art isn’t worth their time, but the more commonly agreed upon opinion is that when it comes to old-fashioned art, Muggles aren’t all that bad at it. The Daily Prophet has therefore always covered the Wizarding Westend as well as the Muggle Westend productions, giving the former more attention but never discriminating between them all too much. They are, after all, similar in many regards: the leads will most likely be traditionally good-looking, born and raised in this country and culture, and introduced to the director by personal connections. The themes of the plays perpetuate conservative values and ideals and have to please the broadest audience possible, therefore not contain any smut or controversial themes.
They’re usually even located in the same buildings as the Muggle theatres, either in magically hidden back halls or underground:
“Two, reserved on the Daily Prophet.”
The lady behind the counter, despite looking just like the other ticket vendors next to her, gave it a nod and handed them their keys. They were small little copper things, meant for a one time use of a door that was titled: “Staffs Only”.
Muggles had this thing to believe that theatres were haunted. The possibility of that, considering just how few people actually died in such places compared to normal apartment houses, were slim, and the idea absurd once you knew what truly caused the mysterious whispers, the unexplained floor-board creaking, and distant moaning: A second theatre down below. Wizarding. Vibrant, crowded, cheerful.
Not having even yet reached the first floor below, the music already met Edgar and Amelia. The chit chat was lively, and unlike the Muggle theatre above, time had not changed the customs of exhibitions and shows here: Roasted-nut sellers were walking around with their goods on a tray hanging down their neck, a fire-spitter was entertaining a group of kids in a corner, and on the stage stood one of the actors, cheering and shouting blurbs about the play in an attempt to motivate the audience. No seats but on the upper balconies, were ladies sat whose robes were so fluffy and wide that their companions for the night attempting to sit next to them probably needed to shout to have their words heard.
The idea to even pay attention to those independent artists who always seem angry or angsty, who always seemed so desperate to speak up about issues that no respectable Wizard would care about? It was unheard of by the general Wizarding Public who didn’t have a great variety of news outlets.
It was only when Edgar accepted his job as the new arts columnist that the ‘Off Westend’ productions -- that is, the exhibits shown in garages, the plays held on rooftops, the stories told by otherwise drowned voices -- were finally given a platform through and by the Daily Prophet.
Edgar’s Own Private Resistance
For about eight years now, Edgar’s been publishing little articles of about 300 to 500 words a day which are usually reviews and recommendations, as well as longer think-pieces on the Sunday edition. They’re all signed E.V.Bones (or at times solely E.V.B when the space is spare), much like his letters, so it all depends on the wit of a person whether they know who is writing the column or not. It’s earning him 6 to 10 galleons per piece, that is 40 to 70 galleons a week, which (at least in modern equivalent) is 210 to 350 pounds a week, so he’s not poor but also far from becoming rich with this. As of now, he never considered changing his job, though. Partly due to the fact that he gets to see all sorts of plays for free, partly because he usually does all his work at the office only once a week (usually a 12 hour work day) and has the rest of the week to deal with Order business. But most importantly he’s still at the Daily Prophet because it allows him to fight this war in his own, quiet terms.
Upon reviewing a play, Edgar always asks two questions: how does this further the progress of art, and how does this further the progress of society? While the opinions in his writing are always expressed quite subtly (as otherwise, Edgar’s arch nemesis Kenny Mack, his editor and son of the Daily Prophet’s current owner, will simply censor out what might be too controversial for the general readership), they’re never suppressed or gentle, certainly never excuse conservative, problematic productions.
(It was because of one of those harsher reviews of his that he met the then-adored Lydia Avery, who he had equated to a piece of morning toast -- something you thoroughly enjoy in the moment itself but would never crave if hungry or a somewhat interesting person. Most of his review had been about the blatant racism of the play, though, and and yet, while up until this day Lydia might still be upset about it, Edgar never left their conversation with anything other than appreciation for her. He’s well aware that actors are a symptom of an ill society, not the illness itself.)
The idea that he could use his job for something bigger, something good, came the night after Ainsley had suggested he take the job at the Daily Prophet. “Me?” he had asked over a cup of tea, not even 20 years old then, not yet in the Order, not yet jaded and made brave by war, not yet used to the idea that every helping hand counted, “Reviewing art for the whole of Britain? Why would anyone care about what I have to say?” “They don’t,” Dell had replied in this earnest way of his, “but it’s not about you anyway. It’s about them. There’s people out there who have no one who listens to them, even though they have something to say, even though so many others want -- no! need! -- to hear what they have to say. It’s not about you. It’s about them. And you’re the one who’s going to make sure they’re heard.” “But the Daily Prophet? It’s so conservative.” “Not your column, it won’t be. Not if you write it.”
What his brother Dell was saying and what Edgar grew to understand over the years, was that there are so many Muggleborns and Halfbreeds out there who never see themselves represented in a positive, hopeful light in stories, or at least by the actors telling those stories. The mainstream theatre productions simply do not care to show such representation, to tell such diverse stories. It’s the back-alley theatres that dare to break the rules of what is acceptable, to break the norm, to help society and art evolve. And Edgar hopes that by writing about this, more people will be able to realise that they’re not alone. That there’s others like them, out there, everywhere. That despite the way the (relatively neutral) Daily Prophet reports it, Voldemort doesn’t have that many people on his side, at least not compared to just how many people are against him. By drawing attention to those smaller plays and their values, he helps to grow and foster a community where like-minded people can meet and share their opinions and realise that they’re not alone at all.
And thus, Edgar had accepted the job, his agenda of political nature, safely tucked between 8 and 11pm, and sometimes also during matinées.

First Look: The Rolls-Royce Wraith Eagle VIII Collection
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will unveil its latest Collection Car, Wraith Eagle VIII, on the shores of Lake Como at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, 24-26 May. Created by the Bespoke Collective at the House of Rolls-Royce, a Collection of just 50 Wraith Eagle VIII motor cars will tell the epic tale of one of the most pivotal moments of the 20th century.
Captain John Alcock and Lieutenant Arthur Brown braved uncharted skies to make the first non-stop transatlantic flight in June, 1919. Contemporaries of Sir Henry Royce, Alcock and Brown flew non-stop from St. John’s, Newfoundland to Clifden, Ireland in a modified First World War Vickers Vimy bomber aircraft. The bi-plane was powered by twin 20.3 liter, 350 bhp, Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII engines. It is from this remarkable engine that this Collection takes its name. Rolls-Royce marks the 100 year anniversary of this feat with a highly contemporary Collection that speaks to today’s adventurers, whilst honoring those who changed the course of history.
Alcock and Brown established a legend and gained a place alongside Sir Donald Campbell in the most select club in the world; those who push beyond previous conceptions of human endeavor to achieve seemingly impossible records on land, water and now, air. Their one binding characteristic? Rolls-Royce power.
The duo suffered every conceivable challenge an aviator could face. The Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII engines were the only components that proved indestructible. The engines propelled the aerial voyage at previously unimagined speeds, averaging 115 mph. Their peril cannot be underestimated. Their radio and navigation instruments failed almost immediately, leaving the pilots flying unaided at night through dense cloud and freezing fog for many hours, sometimes upside down. Eventually they emerged from the cloud and using Brown’s extraordinary skill as a navigator, flew by the stars to the coast of Ireland.
Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, commented, “Wraith Eagle VIII is at once an object of desire; an homage to heroes and a protagonist to today’s visionaries. This Rolls-Royce Collection demonstrates the extraordinary skill of our Bespoke Collective at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, West Sussex. Bespoke remains the jewel in the crown of the marque, creating luxury items that defy the trend of mass luxury manufacturers using ‘tick-box’ options to answer customer demand.”
The exterior of the Wraith Eagle VIII Collection Car is evocative of Alcock and Brown’s compelling night time adventure. Swathed in Gunmetal with a Selby Grey upper two-tone, the colors are separated by a brass feature line, a hint at the detailing that lies within. The black grille vanes draw immediate reference to the Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII engine cowling on the Vickers Vimy aircraft, the wheels are part polished with a translucent shadow finish.
Within, the finely executed interior mirrors the exterior hue. Selby Grey and black leather are accented by brass, redolent of the brass sextant so integral to the success of the transatlantic journey. Executed in a contemporary fashion, the material populates key areas throughout the cockpit of the Collection. Brass speaker covers depict the estimated flight distance of 1,880 miles and ‘RR’ monograms are embroidered in brass colored thread onto headrests. A flash of brass complements the navigator door paniers, whilst the door of the driver includes a brass plaque with Churchill’s quote commending the duo’s remarkable achievements.
Inspired by the night time flight of our intrepid heroes, the fascia represents a modern-day abstract interpretation of the view the pair would have enjoyed as finally, their craft cleared the thick fog and cloud. In a fusion of contemporary and traditional practices, Smoked Eucalyptus wood is vacuum metalized in gold before being inlaid with silver and copper, to depict the rich detail seen in night time images of the Earth from above. The scene extends to the center console providing both an emotive and immersive experience for today’s occupants – the cockpit is in perspective with the headliner. Below, the brass-stitched quilted sides of the center tunnel provide a direct nod to the V12 engined Vickers Vimy.
The clock of a Rolls-Royce is frequently viewed as jewelry, with many patrons choosing this canvas to tell the story of their motor car in miniature. Wraith Eagle VIII is no exception. Our intrepid pioneers recounted that their instrument panel was frozen from the high altitude and the poor conditions, referring to the only illumination coming from the green glow of the control panel lighting and the burst of flame from the starboard engine. In homage to this, the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective has masterfully fabricated a clock with an iced background effect which glows a faint green in night time driving conditions. The red hour hand sits atop compass inspired lines on the clock’s fascia, whilst the landing location coordinates are engraved below.
Perhaps the most alluring feature of the Collection is the extraordinary unique starlight headliner. 1,183 starlight fibers show the celestial arrangement at the time of the flight in 1919, the flight path and constellations are embroidered in brass thread, whilst the exact moment the pair left the cloud to navigate by the stars is indicated by a red fiber optic light. Clouds are embroidered and a plaque reading, “The celestial arrangement at the halfway point 00:17am June 15th 1919, 50” 07’ Latitude North – 31” Longitude West” shows the half-way point of the momentous journey.
Just 50 of these highly collectible motor cars will be created for discerning collectors at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, West Sussex – a Centre of Global Luxury Manufacturing Excellence.

How to Recover Like an Elite Athlete – 5 Recovery Devices That You Can Use Today
Athletes will try anything to get an edge on the competition. And in a flash. Their interest in any recovery device can spark a trend for the masses. Because we all know that if we used the same recovery devices. Then we would all be superstars in our own minds. Luckily for us. These recovery devices get more and more accessible every day. Check out 5 of the more interesting options creeping up from behind the scenes. 1 – Cryotherapy or Cryogenic Chamber Therapy – Found at selected spas, gyms and health centers across the USA. Check your area for a trial session that typically costs between $50-100. Frigid air blast your whole body during treatment inside a liquid nitrogen gas chamber. Inside the chamber the air temperature plunges to between -180°F to -250°F. This results in a drop of a person’s skin surface temperature to 30-50°F. Your treatment last for roughly 2-3 minutes. And this helps the body promote healing and release endorphins after exercise. The Dallas Mavericks believed it gave them a key edge during their 2011 championship run. And many athletes swear that the endorphins it promotes after a tough workout help them bounce back the next day. If you got the time, money and a location near you. Then Google will provide you with some options. 2 – Sequential air compression devices – Both legs rest inside giant boots. Divided into multiple chambers from the foot to the upper thigh. A generator pump fills chambers with air applying intermittent pressure to different sections of the leg. With the goal of applying pressure to the foot area. And gradually moving pressure up the leg towards the heart to help cycle blood and promote recovery. You can get your fix with NormaTec Recovery Systems or Recovery Pump Boots for approximately $500. Used by basketball athletes like: Kevin Garnett, Shaquille O’Neal, Ray Allen, Blake Griffin and Steve Nash. And used by football athletes like: Larry Legend aka Fitzgerald, Vernon Davis and Patrick Willis. Now available, a version for your arms, shoulders and chest. So if you weightlifters, pitchers or swimmers got $350 to spare. Then you got yourself a new recovery tool. 3 – Altitude chambers – Ideal for endurance athletes. And used to help increase your red blood cell count which boost your blood’s oxygen carrying capacity. An altitude chamber replicates living in high altitude elevations. Higher elevations cause you to breathe less oxygen compared to sea level. And your body responds to the shortage of oxygen available in high altitude environments. By enhancing its ability to carry oxygen throughout your body. In the end, your body benefits with a slight endurance boost when you train at lower elevations. Live high, train low. Hypoxico and AltiPower, two of the established brands for altitude chambers. Their units work by adding more nitrogen to the air. Which results in a lower percentage of oxygen consumed per breath. Their units get pricey to buy, but you can rent one for roughly $175 per week. Unfortunately, the rental comes with a four week minimum. And up to 8 payments can go towards the overall cost of purchase. You want to use their units when you sleep, and also for any daily leisure activities. They also make a portable mask unit that you can use with stationary bikes, treadmills and other stationary activities. If you plan on using an altitude training system. Then you may also want to purchase a pulse oximeter for safety reasons. This will allow you to monitor and measure your blood oxygen saturation percentage (SaO2%) and heart rate. If you purchase a pulse oximeter from Amazon Marketplace, make sure you get an adult sized one. Or it might not fit upon arrival. And do beware of the elevation training masks available on Amazon Marketplace and other places. Armed with a misleading name. These mask only restrict the amount of air you inhale. So you breathe less air, but you still end up breathing in your normal amount of oxygen per breath. Therefore, they will not help increase your red blood cell count or lower your blood oxygen saturation percentage (SaO2%) when using them. What do these elevation training masks do? These elevation training mask help you to train and strengthen your diaphragm muscles. By forcing you to draw deeper breaths. When you constantly take in deeper breaths during your workouts. You train yourself on how to take in a larger volume of air with greater ease. You can get your own elevation training mask for roughly $80. Filed in the I need one of those category. Tennis star, Novak Djokovic, uses a CVAC Pod. An egg-shaped, bobsled-sized pressurized chamber. Djokovic goes on to state to The Wall Street Journal, “I think it really helps – not with muscle but more with recovery after an exhausting set.” With the CVAC Pod, you can adjust the pressure, temperature and air density inside the pod. I guess it’s safe to say that if we used one of these, then we would all be superstars. 4 – Electric muscle stimulators (EMS) – With the skepticism of those six pack ab belts still fresh in our minds. It’s finally time to move on and stop associating those self proclaimed no exercise required ab belts with other EMS devices. EMS devices can help you recover from your workouts or from injury. Luckily, active recovery from your workout only requires a low-voltage EMS device. You will find that using EMS in a pulsing mode for 10-20 minutes after your workout. Will stimulate circulation when used at a very low intensity. Thus cheaper devices meet the electric currency requirements of active recovery. And you can find lots of options that fall into the $90-$215 price range when searching for EMS or TENS devices on-line. However, if you want a quality device that can do it all. You’ll need an EMS device with enough juice to maximize fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment, increase muscle strength, increase muscle mass, aid recovery and prevent muscle atrophy. Then you will need to pony up the cash for a high grade EMS unit. Which will fall in the $500-$900 range. Compex and Globus, two of the top end brands in the EMS market. If you plan to own a top end EMS device. Then you will want to work the EMS device into your routine after your workouts or on off days as a strength training supplement. Just make sure to crank the unit up to high voltage after your initial warm up to receive the full benefits of the EMS device. 5 – Compression garments – A bit of a cop out, but surprisingly scientifically sound for recovery. What started as Allen Iverson’s shooting sleeve morphed into 1,195 product results on Amazon Marketplace. Typically worn during workouts because they feel good and after workouts to enhance recovery. If you want to wear them during your athletic activities, then look for a compression level between 15-20 mmHG. Graduated compression garments provide maximum pressure at the wrist or ankle area. The pressure lessens as you move up the arm or leg. With the goal of pushing the blood furthest from the heart towards it. Wear your graduated and medical grade compression garments for 2-3 hours after your training session to help recover. And this doesn’t even cover other athletic recovery tools. Such as palm cooling devices to recover on your rest intervals, and allow for increased arm muscle activity and strength. Cooling vest to recover against the heat, and enhance your overall endurance in hot environments. Zero gravity treadmills to help with injury recovery; check Google for options in your area. And lastly, hyperoxic recovery during workouts, on rest intervals or post-workout via the use of an oxygen mask or oxygen cans to supply yourself with a dosage of pure oxygen. Go sign up at http://allnaturalped.com/ to discover other recovery devices that creep up from behind the scenes. Then get ready to brush that superstar shine off your shoulders.

Exploring the Versatility of AR-15 Uppers: 350 Legend vs. 300 Blackout
Introduction
The AR-15 platform is renowned for its versatility, allowing firearm enthusiasts to customize their rifles to meet various needs and preferences. Two popular upper assembly options for AR-15 enthusiasts are the 350 Legend upper and the 300 Blackout upper. In this article, we'll delve into the specifics of these two uppers and explore their unique features, helping you make an informed decision when choosing the perfect upper assembly for your AR-15 rifle.
350 Legend Upper Assembly
The 350 Legend upper assembly is gaining popularity among AR-15 enthusiasts due to its unique characteristics. One of the standout features of the 350 Legend is its impressive range and power. Designed for hunting, this upper assembly delivers substantial energy, making it ideal for taking down medium-sized game animals.
The upper assembly we're discussing here, found at moriartiarmaments.com, boasts a 20-inch stainless steel barrel and a quad rail handguard. This setup offers excellent accuracy and durability. Stainless steel is known for its corrosion resistance, ensuring that your upper assembly will stand the test of time. The quad rail handguard provides ample space for mounting accessories like optics, lights, and grips, allowing for customization to suit your specific needs.
300 Blackout Upper Assembly
The 300 Blackout upper assembly is another compelling option for AR-15 enthusiasts. It's renowned for its versatility and adaptability. One of its most significant advantages is its compatibility with standard AR-15 lower receivers. This means you can easily convert your existing AR-15 into a 300 Blackout rifle by simply swapping the upper assembly.
The 300blk upper assembly found at moriartiarmaments.com features a 16-inch barrel, making it more compact than the 350 Legend option. The shorter barrel is beneficial for close quarters shooting and manoeuvrability. Like the 350 Legend upper, this assembly also includes a quad rail handguard for accessory customization.
Comparison
Let's break down the key differences between these two upper assemblies:
1. Caliber: The 350 Legend upper assembly fires .350 caliber rounds, which are excellent for hunting due to their impressive energy and stopping power. On the other hand, the 300 Blackout upper assembly fires .30 caliber rounds, which are known for their versatility and adaptability.
2. Barrel Length: The 350 Legend upper assembly features a longer 20-inch barrel, while the 300 Blackout upper assembly has a more compact 16-inch barrel.
3. Use Cases: The 350 Legend is ideal for hunting, thanks to its long-range capabilities, while the 300 Blackout excels in both close quarters combat and suppressed shooting.
Conclusion
In summary, both the 350 Legend and 300 Blackout upper assemblies have their unique strengths and applications. The 350 Legend upper assembly is perfect for hunters seeking long-range accuracy and power, while the 300 Blackout upper assembly is versatile, compatible with existing AR-15 lowers, and suitable for various scenarios.
Choosing between these two options ultimately depends on your intended use and preferences. Moriarti Armaments offers high-quality upper assemblies for both calibers, ensuring that you'll find the perfect fit for your AR-15 platform. Whether you're a hunter or a tactical enthusiast, Moriarti Armaments has the upper assembly to meet your needs.
So, whether you opt for the impressive range of the 350 Legend or the versatility of the 300 Blackout, you can trust that Moriarti Armaments will provide you with a top-tier upper assembly for your AR-15 rifle. Note
I mean, I might go for a five power, with an offset Red Dot, But yeah.
A 16-in gun with A 3 to 5 power prism and an offset rds will do a pretty good job at most things; conveniently, that's also approximately what the military typically runs. (At least until the xm7 adoption completes, they'll be running Lpvos)
Now- that'll technically hunt. But it won't be a great hunting rifle. Not because of the optic, but because of the limitations of 5.56 from a carbine. Unless you're somewhere with particularly small deer, hunting them at particularly close range- I feel uncomfortable using 556.
My real solution to this would be to build a typical fighting rifle, And an 18 or 20-in upper in a beefier cartridge like 350 legend, 25-45 sharps, or any of the myriad " ar-15 but heavy" calibers.
What optic for a do-everything (including hunting) rifle?
well- do you want it to suck at hunting, or suck at tactical?

Jagannath Temple--
Jagannath Temple
The temple of Mahaprabhu Sreejagnath in Puri This article is about the Jagannath Temple in Puri.
The Jagannath Temple (also known as Baddeul, Srimandir) is an ancient shrine in the middle of the city of Puri in Odisha, where Sreejagnath, Sree Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra and Sreesudarshan are worshiped. The temple has a special place on the culture and lifestyle of Odisha. Built in Kalinga architecture, the temple is located in the southeast of the world (India), in the Indian corner of India, in the Odisha corner of Odisha, in the corner of Odisha, in the Puri corner of Puri, in the Srivastava temple, and in the upper corner of the temple. Although it was in the ocean, the well was dug and fresh water flowed without salt water.
History-- In the twelfth century, the king of the Ganges, Anangbarma Chodgang Deb, now began the work of the 214-foot-8-inch-high shrine from the fall of Baddanda, and Anang Bhimdev completed the work and installed the Srivigraha. It is located on ten acres of land. In 1452, Gajapati Kapilendra Dev built a Meghnad wall around the temple. It is 665 feet long and 640 feet wide, 22 feet high and 20 to 24 feet high in some places. After the Meghnad fence, the Kurma fence is 420 feet long, 350 feet wide and 20 feet high. The splendor of the temple is enhanced by the blue wheel, and on top of it the fallen banana leaves fly away, attracting innumerable devotees, sinners to the temple, and reverence and fulfilling the name of the sanctuary. The present temple was built by the Gangetic king Chodgang and dates back to the eleventh century. It is said to have been located south-east between the Navikata Mandapa of the temple and the footsteps of Shri Gannath. Some have speculated that the temple's art and sculpture date back to the second or third centuries AD. The temple is now home to the Amuhi Deul or Shri Gannath's Ratnabhandar. Even today, the face of the temple is on the outskirts of Shri Gannatha towards Gambhira or Jagmohan. Apart from the east-facing Jayabijaya Gate, another gate of devotees to Gambhira is located to the south. To get through the gate, devotees have to climb several steps to reach the gate. There are two lions on both sides of the aisle. So it can be called a lion's gate. The entrance is to the east of Majana Mandapa and to the west of the entrance. The Mukti Mandapa is located a short distance south of the entrance of the devotee, where the hanging procession is held. On the west side of the Mukti Mandap is the Srinivasa Temple or Purushottam Temple and on the east is the Kshetrapala Temple. The face of the Kshetrapala temple was to the south and the temple was worshiped with the power of Shivalinga, but the foundation behind the idol was named after Bhairab, not Shiva. Instead of Karthik, Parvati and Ganesha, on the three sides of the temple are statues of Nirmundamalini sword-wielding Bhairavi. Of these, Bhairavi Kutamchandi, an orientalist, is widely known and worshiped. On the east side of the temple is the Eternal Basudev, on the southwest corner is the Mukteshwar Mahadev, on the west is the Muktimandapa, and on the north is the Surya Puja Mandapadi. Baishi steps-- Legend has it that by worshiping Jambeswar, a childless king named Vanudev, he had a beautiful son. The king learned that his son was only 22 years old when he was born. Aware of his son's short life, King Vanudev worshiped Jambeswar again. Satisfied with the devotion of the king of Jambeswar, he ordered the construction of a Baishi staircase inside the temple. The king built the Baishi stairs and rolled them on the Baishi steps to extend the life of his son. Devotees roll the steps to increase the life expectancy of their children.

PUMA and MCM Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the iconic PUMA Suede
Tumblr media
Legends collide as PUMA and MCM reinterpret the iconic Suede sneaker in honor of its 50th anniversary. The result is a classic that feels fresh—and freshly monogrammed.
Now MCM reimagines the Suede, viewing its legacy through a lens of modern luxury to create a limited-edition selection of footwear and apparel. PUMA X MCM pays tribute to the founding days of hip hop—when the brands first became expressions of music culture. The resulting designs channel the DIY spirit of this era and deliver the new urban icons of today.
Made in Italy, the 50th anniversary Suede reinvents the codes of the classic shoe with a focus on texture and detail. Its upper is constructed of elegant, durable Visetos canvas—redeveloped specifically for this product to offer greater breathability and comfort. On the shoe’s tongue, a gleaming, jewelry-polished brass plate bears the MCM logo and a unique registration number—a nod to the exclusivity of MCM’s famous handbags. Each pair includes coordinated laces in two distinct styles: leather with contrasting edge-stain and fabric with metal tips. Primary packaging is similarly elevated: the shoes are housed in a textured “canvas” shoebox stamped with lacquered MCM logos and foil details. Custom tissue paper bears the signature pattern of the Suede’s outsole. MCM offers the shoe in three colorways: classic cognac, white, and red-blue multicolor.
The apparel is also a nod to hip-hop culture. The classic PUMA T7 Track Jacket and Pants, with signature 7cm taping on the sides, is reimagined with swag and sophistication. The T7 ensemble features a slouchy fit that cuts a classic urban silhouette with textured nylon panels, embroidered in the Visetos pattern. The T7 Jacket’s back features a varsity-style patch that proudly displays the MCM logo. Both pieces are offered in classic cognac and red-blue multicolor.
The PUMA x MCM limited-edition collection is available on May 24, 2018 at MCM and PUMA shops and select retail locations worldwide. The Suede retails at 350 € / $340, the track top at 300 € / $300, and the track pants at 250 € / $250. MCM will exclusively drop the red-blue multicolor colorway in stores and online

REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: OFFERS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
PROS
Good battery life
Massive display
Sturdy design
CONS
Basic cameras
Dated chipset
Polycarbonate back
VERDICT Narzo 30A is an interesting phone. It's heavily inspired by the Narzo 20 launched last year, but that doesn't make it a bad phone. In fact, starting at Rs 8,999, it emerges as a value for money offering that impresses with its long-lasting battery, overall performance, and design. Its cameras do leave a little to be desired, but that's understandable, considering its price.REALME NARZO 30A DETAILED REVIEW Realme launched the Narzo series last year as the company's answer to growing user demand for affordable phones that also offer plenty of processing power for watching videos, browsing the web, playing games, and more. Realme even delivered on this promise as it launched a number of phones under the series which despite a few compromises impressed as complete packages. Now, Realme plans to do the same in 2021 with the launch of the Narzo 30 series smartphones. The series brings with itself two new phones, the Narzo 30A and Narzo 30 Pro.Of the two, we have the Narzo 30A with us today. This is the more modest of the two smartphones, as it brings with itself as it's available at a slightly more affordable price point. However, the phone still manages to pack within its frame enough firepower to impress when you start using it. Among its highlights are the Helio G85 SoC, a 13-megapixel lens-based dual camera set-up, a big display, and an even bigger 6000mAh battery. But as we found out during our time with the Narzo 30A, there's a lot more to the device than just the above-mentioned specs. Here's everything you need to know about it.📷 REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: PERFORMANCE The Realme 30A is surprisingly good enough for most tasks that you throw at it and the primary reason for this is definitely its Helio G85 chipset that's paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. This chipset is built using a 12nm process and has been used previously by Realme on the Narzo 20 launched last year. The chipset features an octa-core CPU that uses two ARM Cortex-A75 performance cores clocked at 2.0GHz for heavy lifting and six ARM Cortex-A55 efficiency cores running at 1.8GHz for apps of daily use. At the time of its launch, this chipset was touted to be one for mobile gaming on a budget, and even in 2021, it manages to live up to the promise. While the CPU definitely helps with running heavy-duty games, it's the ARM Mali-G52 GPU that does most of the rendering graphics. The GPU can boost up to 1Ghz for peak performance which helps provides a responsive user-experience while running games. But more on gaming later, let's first look at a few scores to see how the device does at synthetic benchmarks. This Helio G85 SoC powered device scored a decent 201637 on AnTuTu and when compared to the competition in its segment clocked an impressive 350 in the single-core test of Geekbench 5 and 1283 in the benchmark's multicore test. It also did okay when we tested the graphics performance using our battery of GPU tests. In GFX Bench (Aztec Ruins, high tier) the phone scored 746 while also scoring 701 on 3D Mark Wild Life. But Gamebench gave us the most insight into how the device handled popular titles like Call of Duty Mobile and Asphalt 9 Legends, with Narzo 30A clocking decent results for both. 📷 📷 For the former, Gamebench revealed that the Narzo 30A running at medium graphics settings clocked a median of 58 FPS at 87 per cent stability. As for Asphalt 9 Legends, the median was 30 FPS at stability of 99 per cent. Considering we're testing a budget segment device, these numbers look pretty impressive. These results also fell in line with our general experience of using the device in day-to-day life as the Realme Narzo 30A felt snappy and responsive for most parts. Apps and games were quick to fire up, with the device rarely feeling sluggish or turning unresponsive. As we found out during our review, the chipset can handle games like Call of Duty well at the highest available medium graphics settings with a few other toggles for visuals turned on. While the game initially recommends the low graphics preset for the device, we found it
to work without any hitches at the higher graphics setting also. The experience was similar for Asphalt 9 Legends which ran at high graphics settings without displaying any signs of stress on the hardware.📷 REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: SOFTWARE AND FEATURES The Realme Narzo 30A comes running the Realme UI which is based on Android 10 and provides a relatively clean Android experience. The custom skin is built using Android 10, however, Realme has already promised an upgrade to the more minimalistic Realme UI 2.0 which the company claims will be coming soon to the Narzo 30A.While the update is definitely something to look forward to, in its current form, the Realme UI also brings with itself a lot to like as it is powered by the company's latest quantum animation engine which improves the screen fluency. Realme UI also brings in 11 new wallpapers inspired by natural elements.Further, it also brings with itself support for features like Dual Mode Music Share which enables output of audio through two different devices at the same time. For this, the user can connect a pair of wireless earbuds and wired earphones to share audio with a friend. Apart from this, this Android 10-based copy of Realme UI also brings with itself support for features such as Focus Mode and Dark Mode. Overall, all these elements come together to provide a good experience on what is essentially a budget segment device.📷 REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: DESIGN AND DISPLAY Realme 30A offers an industrious design. However, the use of a sporty diagonal stripe pattern on the back panel helps make the device look a little sporty. This will be appreciated by gamers. The back panel also uses a Pixel-like dual finish scheme, where this striped design covering almost 70 per cent of the back, and the upper end of the phone using a more subtle solid black again in matter finish. This section also houses the phone's square camera set-up and round fingerprint scanner. Both look well designed, with the former protruding very little from the back panel. All the buttons of use are on the right of the device, with the volume and power button working as expected and feeling tactile and responsive. The phone's speaker grille is placed at the bottom which can be muffled while playing games. Moving on to the display, the front of the phone uses a 6.5-inch panel with support for HD+ resolution (720x1600 pixels). The display also promises a decent pixel density of 269ppi and high peak brightness of 570 nits, although when we measured it, the display topped out at 419 nits. In the real world, this panel does get plenty bright for use even under direct sunlight, however, its feels lacking in clarity because of the low resolution it runs at.The Realme Narzo 30A flaunts an average screen-to-body ratio of 88.7 per cent with some amount of bezels remaining visible at the chin of the display. At the top, and the sides there's little in the way of bezels to take you away from the experience, however, we do have a small water-drop notch that houses the phone's front camera.Despite weighing 207 grams, the Narzo 30A doesn't feel too heavy in the hand with the weight appearing to be evenly balanced across the device. The phone also feels quite compact in the hand, especially if you are moving from a bigger smartphone. Overall, it's a well-built device that feels nice in the hand and does just about enough to look appealing to the eye. 📷 REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: BATTERY One of the most impressive things about the Realme Narzo 30A is its battery life. The phone is backed by a massive 6000mAh battery pack which provides very good battery life. On average, the phone can easily last a day and a half on moderate use with only gaming draining the battery of the device fast. During our review, we found the phone to lose about 7 per cent charge after a 30-minute session of Call of Duty Mobile when the phone was set at full brightness and audio played through the device's speakers. We also received similar battery results for Asphalt 9 Legends. But when it did run out of charge, the battery of the phone
took some time to charge as the device comes with support for only 18W fast charging. At this speed, the Narzo 30A takes over 3 hours for a complete charge. Apart from this, the Narzo 30A also comes with support for reverse charging to help fuel up other smartphones.REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: CAMERA There's not a lot happening here in terms of the cameras with Realme deciding to equip the Narzo 30A with a rather basic dual-lens set-up. At the heart of it is a primary 13MP lens with an aperture of f/2.2. This is sat next to a secondary B&W portrait lens for adding extra information to shots. This lens has an aperture of f/2.4. In terms of features, the camera can click images in Super NightScape Mode, Night Filters, Chroma Boost, Beauty, Filter, HDR, Panoramic view, Portrait, Time-lapse, Slo-mo, and Expert Mode. All the heavy lifting here is done by the primary lens which clicks good enough shots in well-lit situations. Resultant images come out with a decent amount of detail, and the shots are generally sharp with adequate dynamic range. The lens does a decent job at locking into focus, however, the shutter response between images is poor with the camera app taking at least 2-3 seconds to process one shot and then move to click the next one. While this may not be a deal-breaker, it is definitely very frustrating if you're trying to click a few shots quickly as this delay between shots can easily lead to the user missing the intended shot. The Narzo 30A also clicks decent portrait shots, however, edge detection remains a problem. The phone does well with low light, with the NightScape mode definitely improving the quality of the pictures when the f/2.2 aperture lens is not fed enough light to work with. There's also little in the way of noise to ruin the shots clicked in low light using this lens. The phone also comes with an 8MP in-display selfie lens with an f/2.0 aperture. This lens manages to capture plenty of detail and accurate skin tones in daylight. However, its low light performance leaves a little to be desired. The selfie lens also offers support for features such as AI beauty, HDR, Panoramic View, Time-lapse and also brings with it various filters. The front camera can also click portrait shots, however, these are let down a little by the camera's average edge detection.REALME NARZO 30A REVIEW: CONCLUSION The Narzo 30A is by no means a stand-out phone that changes the game with the sheer value it offers in terms of its hardware or aesthetics. A quick look at the spec sheet will tell you that the device is heavily inspired by last year's Narzo 20 as it shares not only some hardware but is also similar to the previous generation Narzo device when it comes to the display and to an extent even the design. Yet, this does not make the Narzo 30A a bad phone. In fact, in isolation, the device manages to impress both with its overall performance and design. Its cameras do leave a little to be desired, but that's something that is a fair trade-off for the low price point that Realme has launched the Narzo 30A at.REALME NARZO 30A KEY SPECS, PRICE AND LAUNCH DATERelease Date:24 Feb 2021Variant:64 GB/4 GB RAM , 32 GB/3 GB RAMMarket Status:Launched KEY SPECS 📷Screen Size6.5" (720 X 1600) 📷Camera13 + 2 | 8 MP 📷Memory32 GB/3 GB 📷Battery6000 MAh

The History of Superhero Trading Cards
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
This article is part of our Collector’s Digest series powered by:
For over 80 years, trading cards have been an essential part of collectors’ lives. Whether baseball cards or Garbage Pail Kids, the card collecting bug bites early and often. This seems doubly true when it comes to cards inspired by the beloved heroes and villains of DC and Marvel Comics, who have been the subject of countless non-sport lines across the decades.
These companies (and their independent peers) have released comic book characters into the pop culture landscape who have impacted our lives in ways that cultural anthropologists are still scratching their heads trying to figure out. And so we wanted to present to you a history of superhero trading cards via the genre’s most memorable offerings.
Just be warned that we can’t be held responsible for the desire that the following collectibles will stir deep within you.
1940 Superman Trading Cards
Price: $150 – $9,000
Look up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… one of the coolest and most collectible non-sport card lines ever made! Originally printed by the Philadelphia-based Gum Inc. company – which subsequently was renamed as the Bowman Gum Company before being bought by Topps in the 1950s – this was the first-ever line of Superman cards. The decades have seen many sets based on the Man of Steel (Topps’ Superman in the Jungle line from the late 1960s is also well worth your time), but this specific line is a souvenir of an era when Supes was the biggest comic sensation in the universe. Since these were released in an age when pop culture was considered ephemeral and disposable, they are rather difficult to find in an acceptable condition, thus the astronomical prices for individual cards in the line. If you somehow manage to compile a complete set, congratulations, for you are truly a Superman of collecting!

1966 Donruss Marvel Super Heroes
Price: $4.99 – $175.00 per card
Released just as Marvelmania was truly getting off the ground, Donruss’ 1966 set – which appropriately consisted of 66 cards – marked the first time that some of the House of Ideas’ most iconic characters were included on trading cards. As such, the prices for individual cards fluctuate wildly, and it’s best that you comparison shop various eBay sellers to get the best deal. What makes these cards stand out is the charmingly corny humor on display in many of the cards, as well as several entries that let you fill in the word balloons spoken by your favorite heroes. ‘Nuff said? Probably not, as we could talk about how much fun this set is for days…

Batman 1966 Topps Trading Cards
Price: $60 – $250
As Marvel was just getting their feet wet in the trading card game, DC had already established themselves as the industry leader. It’s especially easy to understand why when you glimpse the Topps company’s tie-in line for the Batman TV show. Each card features stunning paintings from Topps legend Norman Saunders (the artist who also worked on iconic lines like Mars Attacks and Wacky Packages) featuring Batman and his rogues gallery of villains in action scenes that remain the purest example of how creative trading cards can get. FYI: This set was re-released in 1989 in conjunction with the Batman movie (more on that in a minute) and prices for the reissued cards tend to be lower.

Iron Man flies through the air asking if anyone has an oil can. Dracula makes jokes about doing the Hustle. The Human Torch advises against getting a sunburn. Yes friends, Topps’ 1976 line of stickers featuring Marvel heroes and villains is easily the goofiest entry on this list. And if you love dad jokes and horrific puns, the best.

Bubble Funnies
Price: $10 – $30
We’re flipping the script here for a second to clue you in on a line that may look like trading cards but isn’t exactly trading cards. Amurol’s 1981 Bubble Funnies line was an assortment of baseball card-sized comics with pocket-sized adventures from The Amazing Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America, Spider-Woman, Archie, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Because they were somewhat hard to find and the retail cost was more than the average wax pack, the line died after its initial six entries. Bummer.

Marvel Superheroes First Issue Covers Set
Price: $89 – $170
Discussions of non-sport cards tend to focus on the major distributors like Topps, Fleer, Donruss, Skybox, and Upper Deck, which is a shame because sometimes sets released by independent vendors get lost in the shuffle. Case in point, this 1984 release from the Fantasy Trade Company which showcased the first issues of Marvel’s most beloved comics. From Spider-Man to Werewolf by Night and everything in between, this series was packed with unforgettable covers on the front and trivia about their respective books on the back. This is a line that doesn’t have the popularity of its big league brethren, but it is unmatched in terms of its coolness cachet.

1995 Fleer Marvel Metal Inaugural Card Set
Price: $200 – $350
Along with the various Skybox lines, the so-called Marvel Metal card sets from the Philadelphia-based Fleer Company helped usher in the comics-related trading card boom of the 1990s. These highly coveted collectibles weren’t made of adamantium, but for fans it was close enough. The talent involved in the production of the inaugural 138-card set included George Perez, Jim Lee, and Adam Kubert, adding an air of authenticity to the proceedings. Looking back at the iconic debut series of Marvel Metal cards nowadays offers a welcome flashback to the frenetic fun of collecting in the 1990s.

Upper Deck Marvel Ages Lenticular Puzzle Spider-Man Cards
Price: $150 – $300
This four-card set from Upper Deck’s current Marvel Ages set recreates one of Spidey’s darkest moments by recreating a legendary scene from The Amazing Spider-Man #50 through four interconnecting lenticular 3-D cards. As you can see, these are absolutely stunning. More than that though, they illustrate how far the card collecting hobby has come over the last 80 years. Despite the technological advances that differentiate them from the earlier entries on this list, these cards share the same purpose as their bell-and-whistle-less counterparts – to dazzle anyone who holds them in their hands.
