I've officially traumatized a friend by talking about my own mental health :)))

i made an off handed comment about how I was considering suicide pretty heavily earlier this year and my friend got really upset I forget that my normal can be upsetting to others

luckily I'm doing better now but I ruined both of our weekends I think :)))
