Fine, it's plausible that link and zelda from skyward sword dont found hyrule, as it isn't explicitly stated (although it's implied).

However, I have issues with a few things here.

Zonai, descending from the sky sometime between skyward sword and the creation of hyrule, and people didn't know what they were? yeah, right.

Ganondorf staying sealed, but completely alive, while other ganondorfs existed? If we take the idea of demises curse making ganondorf a reincarnation, as is the popular idea, a reincarnation can't reincarnate until the current reincarnation is dead (wow that sentence sucked). This doesn't apply to botw zelda due to time travel shenanigans, and also the zelda's don't work that way.

Also, speaking of zelda, the implication in totk that her sealing powers and divine powers come from her zonai lineage and not skyward sword zelda's hylia powers? (memory 4, "I sense your light powers in her, rauru" then the light powers are confirmed to be able to seal evil)

And of course the Rito. Fuck the rito they fuck up the timeline, they don't exist after wind waker. they're not supposed to anyway. Man. fuck the rito

Long story short this blog thinks the zonai lore is stupid and is so fucking tired.

So listen, there's the whole "Rauru and Sonia being the first king and queen of hyrule" thing. But i don't think they actually founded hyrule, replacing skyward sword link and zelda like ppl think. I think they RE-founded hyrule, after it was destroyed by Ganon.

According to the Zelda timeline, the imprisoning war happens in the downfall timeline, right before ALTTP

So basically I don't think they actually founded Hyrule, like the one that exists from post Skyward sword to OOT, but rather Re-Founded it
